she contemplates cutting the penis off my son 20 minutes later they go into you know deliberations and they come back voting against me i mean the the texas that i grew up in the texas that i live in you know if a parent did that we're just going to give them to the other parent we're not we're not going to we're not going to tolerate that kind of craziness so it just tells you i think really how far our society has changed and how how much less christian we are and the way we we uh think about things now and i i hope it's a wake-up call to the churches to awake from their dogmatic slumber and step back out onto the streets of the agora as paul did in athens and start taking on these issues head on and how are you feeling going into this the judge ruling today are you optimistic or what what are kind of your thoughts so far you know my experience with family courts is that they pick a winner parent and a loser parent and the reason they do that is because of title 4d so the federal government gives matching federal funds for the collection of child support it's about three quarters of a billion dollars to the state of texas alone it completely funds the texas attorney general's office for example it's a lot of money okay and so to we actually have a statute on the books that says the courts have to act in such a way to maximize title 4d reimbursement money and in order to maximize that money one parent has to have the children and another parent doesn't get the children and the parent that doesn't get the children has to be child support i call that the loser parent and what the court will do is it will interpret all evidence against the loser parent every single time so my experience since i've been designated the loser parents is that the court will do its worst and i fully expect it will did you expect the national outcry against this injustice that has kind of launched i mean i'm sure you've seen the governor's tweet that they're going to be investigating i predicted it um the very first interview that i ever did was with luke macias and i said i don't believe texans will allow this to happen to children when i when i wrote my dossier massive social unrest because people will not allow this to happen to children the they did their best to suppress me they did their best to push me down and what most fathers do is they they get along to go along they get scared they run out of money well i'm not backing down this is my son's life and i'm not backing down and i was not surprised at all that americans stood up for my son because that's what americans do do you plan to appeal or what's your plan if things go the worst you know i've always said no matter who wins in this case it's going to be appealed this case is going to wind up in the texas supreme court i would i would be surprised if it doesn't make it into federal courts and even go to the u.s supreme court and i'm ready and willing to go there because i would like to protect every child in the united states from these abhorrent uh practices by the medical community that's one of the reasons why we you know we've always said from the very beginning we didn't just say save james we said save james save thousands of kids and the reason we said that last part is we did not want to forget the other children who are suffering from this with parents that just don't have the resources the will the capacity the circumstances to fight you've been pretty open about this um in your divorce proceedings there are a lot of accusations against you there's a lot of history that they pulled up and a lot of really negative things that the court um deemed to have found can you just kind of tell us about um some of those uh accusations and what the portfolio found yeah so uh i did an appeal after my annulment and let's be clear what the court did it annulled a five-year marriage with two children and by doing so it made those two children illegitimate and born out of wedlock you know i've told that this this to judges other judges in other counties and lawyers and they fall out of their chair i mean as far as i know that's never happened in texas before right we don't make children illegitimate we don't do that in texas but that's judge did that the the findings of fact i've published them on the save james.com site and i've been very open about them because there's two interpretations of them one is that they're very damaging to me okay and they probably will follow me for the rest of my life but there's another interpretation i think if you read the findings of fact you'll find that they're ridiculous and i think they're an indictment of the court and that's why i put them out there let me give you a one example i believe it's finding 57 i'm not sure the number but one of the findings says as if this is a finding of fact from a judge in a court okay an official finding effect keep this in mind here it is quote jeffrey damon younger will do and say anything to get his own way unquote the court actually found as a matter of fact that it knew what i would do in the future which is totally absurd right the other thing i would say is the whole uh annulment was granted on the basis of marital fraud basically i had misrepresented my military background my education where i'd worked and how much money i had made but here's the thing that nobody ever talks about we signed a prenuptial agreement and in the prenuptial agreement we disclosed seven years of employment history seven years of address history all of our bank accounts all of our retirement accounts and financial assets all real property that we own all personal property that we owned in addition we gave each other our social security numbers and our driver's license number so we could run background checks on each other every single page of the prenup was initialed texas law requires that a lawyer brief you on the contents of the prenuptial agreement then it was signed by both miss george lisa and i and by our attorneys and the judge still said i misled her about these things and was the prenuptial agreement allowed to be evidenced in court it was provided as evidence to the court wow okay um now there's one finding that i think a lot of christians would find controversial miss georges actually accused me of being homosexual because of i was discharged for for this uh from the army well what happened there is back in my youth my you might say my misspent youth or my house let's be nice and say my checkered past i was a libertarian i was not a conservative i was libertarian and a cook in the mess hall of the 45th company in the united states army airborne school which is where i was i was running the lateral drift trainer uh was was discharged dishonorably for being gay now dishonorable discharge is worse than a federal felony convention pretty much nothing nothing worse to you can happen in america than getting a dishonorable discharge from the military it was real and my it's really reserved for cowardice and bad okay so i led a protest against that and the office of court didn't like it and took it out on me and that's what happened to me in the army um so i think if if you hear these people saying that i'm some kind of anti-gay or anti-trans ideologue you know my answer to them has been have you ever been in jail for gay rights have you ever stood up and had had a career like my military career threatened for standing up for the rights of somebody when i don't even believe in gay marriage and never have but i do believe in human rights of people and that the government should treat people well so i don't hide any of this i put all this out there i want everybody to know you know what that's about and miss georgialist knew all about this i had long discussions about these things her mother was a prominent gay rights activist herself and we had discussions about this too so this was no surprise this was all presented to the court but the judge still found ms letter despite all the facts i'm telling you right now so i think the i offer you two interpretations of the findings in fact inclusions of law from the 255th court one one interpretation is wow jeff totally misled miss georgeless and he's an untrustworthy character the second interpretation is that the court's crazy right but i would also say this let's say that the first interpretation is the one you believe that i'm untrustworthy i'm not trying to cut the penis off my son and i'm not trying to cross-dress my son and mislead him into thinking that he's a girl and i'm not pushing my son towards medical transition and i haven't done all that without the consent of the other parent so i think if we're looking at two parents who are imperfect let's say you buy the first interpretation of those findings of fact i think i'm a lot less imperfect than miss george was in this on this particular issue and what can people do to help support this cause we need to pass a law against this in texas and this shouldn't happen to any other child the family court should not be hearing these cases cps should simply
