get distracted and use facebook and instagram a lot which led me in delay in my work and a lot of procrastination so in order to solve this problem i use this app i suppose you also might get distracted with your phone so this is a unique app which motivates you to put down your screen and stay focused on your task the outlook of this forest app is also very simple plant the seed when you are ready to get a work then set a timer if you stick to the task your tree grows but if you exit the app for whatever reason your tree dies soon you can grow your entire forest and stay motivated that you had grown our entire forest by working on yourself i use this app daily which helps me to complete my small task in a particular span of time and which has led me to increase my productivity because you know i am bound that i need to complete this small task in 25 minutes or 30 minutes and i do that and basically when you do something successfully it motivates you so this is a wonderful jeans evernote is by far my favorite note making app and i have been using this app since my college days like since 2015 and this is a wonderful app i'll tell you why because sometimes you get uh to learn something and you need to write it somewhere you cannot carry your pen and paper everywhere and keep it at one place but evernote has made my life very easy as all my learnings and all the things which keeps on my mind is at one place even if you are using phone laptop desktop everything is at one place and you can access that same data from anywhere it works very well with the ios with the web android everything because it's a cloud-based application everything you write over there is stored in the cloud even if you change the device your data is there and you can write it over there so i personally love this app i know some people might prefer the traditional method of making notes like using pen and paper even i use that but you need to have a good note making app in this mobile era so this app is not only good for the students but also good for the people who are working as it helps us to maintain a good note with pictures and we can also style the text in whichever way we want if you want to get a little bit more from evernote such as devices to sync across offline access or more robust storage features you can sign up for the plus plan that starts with 25 annually i personally feel that the free version will do just fine i have found 60 mb of space to be pretty adequate for notes so number three on my list is freedom app this is an amazing app for the people who get distracted with their phone like more often even if you have tried several productive apps but still you're getting no results try this out i'll tell you why freedom app is the app which will help you to block the apps which are disturbing to you like instagram facebook or the websites which you want not to use and that particular of time you can just block it and do your work with more focus and increase your productivity this app has done wonders for me because you know we have a habit of scrolling our phone within five minutes ten minutes we cannot stay away from the phone so what this app does it blocks the websites and the apps which are disturbing to you can set that and for that particular span of time you can use for doing your particular task even if you touch the phone and try to open those particular apps or websites you cannot open that so you will be focusing on your work stay focused productive and distraction free with the freedom app so number fourth on my list is google drive one of the best thing which you can do with your business is to organize it whether you are a freelancer blogger designer engineer doctor whosoever you are if you are having messy files and folder structure you won't get things done rightly at the right time so if you are trying to make your life easy and organized and also productive then you must use this google drive app to upload your important files google drive allows you to organize your files and folders and access them practically from anywhere with 15 gb of secure cloud storage more if you have g suite backup features and sharing capabilities you can also have pdf slides photos audio clips and movies all at one place create documents presentations spreadsheets survey form and drawings in a minute so number fifth on my list is trello i love the interface of this app the board the structure the listing it is immensely good which is used to manage the workflow very easily you can review your accomplishment the things which are going around if your work requires collaborating with teammates or sharing information with clients trello helps you to organize projects with an easy to use layout smaller tasks can be grouped into cards and boards all of which can be assigned to groups or team members and then assigned a due date for an easy way to manage the process it helps me to review all the accomplishments as well as the plan out your next week's biggest task using a simple to do doing and done list structure this app is also available on every platform web android and ios so number six on my list is google calendar we all know the importance of calendar because it keeps us reminding us that what all tasks need to be executed when and also the beauty of this app is that it reminds you 15 minutes before or 30 minutes before as per your settings that your next task is going to be started at this particular time so it is a lot ideally all of these information can be at one place and i think this place should be google calendar there is a good chance that you already use this popular cross platform application but the truth is that there is truly no better calendar app out here with the easy scheduling tools for setting tasks appointments reminders this online calendar service is a super easy way to keep on top of your daily tasks and events and is basically essential for anyone with a busy schedule so number seven on my list is grammarly grammarly is the best tool for checking spelling and grammar i have listed this into the productivity apps because this saves a lot of my time because in our mind we think we are writing right but it might not be grammatically correct so this app is very much useful as it will be showing errors then and there and you can correct it without wasting your time and you can also sound professionally good in your emails in your scripting in every way whatever you are writing grammarly is without a doubt the best tool for this purpose once you install the grammarly browser extension it automatically highlights the grammar and spelling errors in anything you write whether you are composing an email and even writing in your google docs grammarly will make sure that your writing is correct and it sounds professionally good and you get all this for free so number eight on my list is be focused so if you're a kind of person who works well with breaks then this app is for you because this app follows a technique called pomodoro technique which is a famous technique in which you work for 25 minutes and then take a rest of 5 minutes which helps to reboot your mind it is same like when you restart your system it works well so this is the idea of be focused so if you are a beginner and you feel that all these apps are too much for you then you can begin with this app in this app you will be setting a time span of 25 minutes in which you will be working and then also you can set the break time so you can set the time break intervals and you can definitely track your work progress because when you get a break you work in a better way you function well so this app is a wonderful app for the people who need break and the people who are a beginner in terms of increasing their productivity this app is also available for both android and ios so this will do wonders for you just try it out so number nine on my list is pocket application pocket application is a great application if you are a reading freak when you want to read any article but you have got no time and you want to save it for later this application is for you when you have read an article and you want to keep it saved at a place where if you want to take or learn something from that article in future then this app is useful for you it is a similar kind of pattern which we use in bookmarking and which is converted into an application right now this application is available on both android and ios so keep using it and increase your productivity and keep all your learnings and good articles at a place so number 10 on my list is notion notion is a great productivity app for the people who work in team and have got a workspace where they need to share their documents guidelines their ideas their flow of work then this is a great collaborative app because it functions and is a mixture of several productivity apps in the market like google docs google sheets trello so if you are tired of switching into different productivity apps uh to you know track the work so by notion you can keep all the things at one place so instead of using google docs you can use notion to basically achieve the same thing likewise you can also use it as a task and a project management tool because it has feature like trello and also you can have spreadsheets and database which aim to replace the likes of excel and google sheets i am not saying that those individual apps are bad or you should use this only but this is a
