file save as and we're going to go to your you drive okay and now this isn't going to be widgets this is going to be called the tulips letter form so double click on widgets and type in tulips letter form alright okay save it and now we're going to take out the body because we are coming in with something different okay we've taken out the body which is good but now we want to put in a new body so we're going to go to insert and you've know this one object drop down arrow text from file and we're going to go to your classes Drive abt and mail merge and I want the tulip letter data okay now again as you saw it came in on normal spacing okay alright so here we're going to go down and I'm going to put on no spacing right away so home and put on no spacing now I steamed up two of these flower patches and I don't need them so this one I'm going to delete okay and I don't need this I'll delete that too but this one I need okay so this is my letterhead where does your letterhead go I'm going to cut it and of course it goes at the beginning of your document now what is the top margin for your letterhead the top margin is layout margins when we have letterhead custom margins are 0.5
