I need a video editor I've managed to organize things in and the the revenue that's coming in sir from the channel on my team so I can actually expand slightly and actually hire a full-time video editor now because I I need to study a lot more than I should be editing I think I think I'm far more productive when I'm writing scripts and recording them than ham editing them and putting them together that's one of the major barriers to me producing long-form content like the Starship Troopers demolition man video I want to hire an editor so I can do so do these kind of videos more frequently like the most recent one being what is what culture and how the north went to Tory these are the more common ones I hope to get one a week out like those because I think they're easily my best work like the best argumentation best presentation and so these videos hopefully you can share confident with people and know that this be high quality work and you won't have to worry about you know the sort of the initial taste of low quality video even if even if the video contains really good information like if it's not high quality video and I know it turns a lot of people often I think I just like to have that now it's been long enough that I've had low quality videos because I can't edit for a [ __ ] so what I'm offering is a rolling monthly contract so you'll be an independent contractor you'll send me an invoice the after the work or the beginning of each month or whatever and I'll pay for the work done and then I'll just send you across audio files which will be me speaking and I'll expect you to transform that into a beautiful impressive video I would be aiming for something like what mouthy Buddha did with the to honor the dissidents video that I'll link in description so you know you've got an example but I've already given you other examples I just want these videos to look good you know it's wantin to look decent most of them as I said will be the 10 minute ish think piece videos but some of them will be the long scale Starship Troopers demolition man style ones there are a few others I really want to go through but there'll be less common obviously this and like said this needs to be very high-quality work professional work and that's the important thing I need I need it to look professional and I would like a reasonably fast turnaround speed but I can understand that these things take time so that's less of a concern but would be preferable because like for hot takes and stuff I can just record like this and this you know I use chopped little segments out and put all together takes me no time at all these videos are not what I need editors for an editor for it's it's the the big stuff I need an editor form that doesn't that's genuine generally not that time dependent so that's that's fine what I'll do is I'll leave a link in the description to an email address which will be a CAD editor at male comm please send me an email there with your previous examples of your work any interesting things you think I might need to know about you and salary expelled contract wage expectations and we can go from there I'll look forward to hearing from you I'm really looking forward to having pressure met because then I can do a lot more writing and then because it's a lot easier to just record the voiceover and hopefully I can produced a lot of high quality content quite quickly because the thing that holds me back from doing it is the editing because I'm terrible editing it takes forever for me because I have no skill in there in the in the air in the subject and I've always just kind of winged it but yeah I think that's I think that's everything if there any questions leave them down in the comment section or email a CAD editor at male comm and I'm sure either myself or Callum will get back to you as soon as possible thanks very much looking forward to hearing from you as well
