I think the more dangerous part especially for the lenders is that there is a culture now that CP ends are legal and if you go through any of the credit repair sites you try to think that try to solicit the selling of these CP ends they will cite areas of the law that make it seem as though it may be legal but in essence what they're doing is they're taking away the financial institutions to make a informed decision about the person they're about to lend money to and where the real problem exists is that you have hundreds thousands of people who believe or have been told that these CP ends are legitimate way to get a second chance on your credit so they're going out and getting these CP ends and now the financial institutions who are providing the loans to them are not notified or not aware of the credit history of the real person who they're giving money to so on the bureau side the bureau is unfortunately i think the only real answer for the bureau's is to find legislation and work with legislators to get some kind of access to Social Security Administration records to it to positively identify Social Security numbers as legitimate Social Security numbers but in in the absence of that solution I think the only way that that bureaus are some things that bureaus can do is be more restrictive on how they're getting their information because if they take this bad information as we spoke about earlier with businesses fraudulent businesses reporting credit history for our clients and their fraudulent reporting credit history if the credit bureaus are not doing any of their due diligence to ensure they're getting good information that is bad information that other lenders are going to rely upon as far as business and lenders there needs to be or the best thing they can do is is look at the credit applications so when they get a credit application not just have the score be the the final decision-maker but we always see that the application will include misrepresentations of income misrepresentations of employment and even misrepresentations of check stubs which are all easily available online and they do that often where they get fraudulent or fake counterfeit pay stubs to try and qualify for loans and they work for companies that don't even exist and I think if that lenders were to spend a little bit more time doing the background of that credit application to see if if some of those things make sense they would they would see a lot of those red flags [Music]
