I have to use electronic signatures with easy in order to use easy sign you need to log on you need to put your username password and coin code which you received upon registration then simply click connect once on your home page you will need to go in the EZ sign tab on the left hand side of the menu bar click easy sign what we will do today is we will have a brokerage contract signed so we want to create a new file click on new file you have to give a name to the file most of the time you will probably give the address let's name it one new street in love out and then click Submit when you arrive in your file you need to add the documents that you want to have sign and you need to add the signatories in the signatories list we will start with signatories by clicking the green plus here to add a new signatory when adding a signatory you need to put their first name last name email address then one phone number when all the information is filled out you simply click add i will then add myself the broker as a signatory as well so manic the seller and the broker will sign the document once the broker and the seller have been added as signatories I can come in the documents list and click on the green plus to go select the document I want to have signed when click plus I can browse through the documents I have on my computer so I will select a brokerage contract and simply click open then I will click Add in order to add the brokerage contract after that the next step is to identify the places where I need signatures on my document so I will click on the green plus with the pencil here to add signatures we always recommend that you little template when Oh a ciq document signed so if your document is in English you will select the exclusive brochures contract to sell the system will ask you in your signatory which one is your broker so broker one is Kannan I have no broker true seller one is manic and I have no seller -
