desired to be pulled to the note you can leave all of the items unchecked and pull them in is desired from within the note the system will remember the chosen auto population options the next time the note template is chosen when all desired terms are selected click OK to finish opening the note power notes are structured documentation with many predefined options to choose from you select the various options you want to display in the note the final note will not look like the template in power notes if an item is not charted on it will not display in the final document some basics of the
