[Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hey thanks for watching guys we got another good video for you as always hit that thumbs up get subscribed get notified thanks for watching just do a quick pick up for a dresser with two little meters back here well there for like a sliding door for our closet so we got it picked up on our way back to shop an early day today done by one are you guys doing small pickups like this just a dresser in the mirror you got doing couches just matches in the box springs simple recliners what's the smallest pickup you guys have done um so far in the drunk removal industry okay so there's a few things you probably want to get um squared away right off the bat if you're getting new into trunk removal and that's going to be your truck your trailer getting rid of stuff how you're going to resell stuff somebody helping you if you're able to do that you're advertising getting your bank account put together getting licensed and registered in your county or in your state all of the above so let's kind of talk about a few of those things tires where are you guys going to get rid of tires what are you going to do with them you have somebody that can take just the rubber you have somebody to take them with their own rim you have people that can take bigger tires tractor tires so what are you guys plans when it comes to tires tvs what do you guys do when you get tvs flat screens old tube tvs big projector tvs monitors flat screens what about other electronics printers fax machines keyboards we're gonna get rid of it is there a recycling center in your area are you gonna have to travel before or you're gonna have to charge an upcharge for the tv recycling are you gonna have to maybe take them to a different facility or the hour is gonna be different than your landfill disposal or your recycling center what are the rules can you take them just to your local landfill do they have a recycling center on site at some of the bigger places after you've gotten tires figured out what are you gonna do with the big tvs if you guys are able to find somebody in your area or know a family member or a friend that can buy and resell your appliances your mowers tvs really anything that has anybody has a niche if you can find 10 people that like selling one thing constantly maybe you just get a list of things that you know that right off the bat when you get you can sell them you get a washer dryer you can sell it you get a bunch of bikes you can sell them tvs etc now of course there's going to be you know a bunch of um there's going to be mowers that are just crap and aren't worth anything of course you can have the one so brandt's making new worth you know hundreds of dollars so there's gonna be ranges in between to get through all your disposal costs will go down you'll be able to make more room for inventory in your shop or in your garage or wherever you're working out of if you're able to find a facility where you can donate some of the things that you know you're not able to really resell as quickly but you know that you don't want to throw it away there's some things out there that are just outdated maybe or that you're just not as knowledgeable about or you just don't have the space for a whole you know entertainment center or a bunch of dressers and couches and bedroom sets and nightstands so just donate to stuff you don't have to take it all to the landfill and you'll have to pay a fee and you can get a donation right off tires tvs take care of your meddling you got your metal you got your trash taken care of rocks and bricks if you guys are picking up that there should be a place around the area that might take crushed up rock or bricks and lawn care yard waste things like that there's somewhere that the city is taking it and all the landscaping guys are taking all their brush leaves and things like that accumulate throughout the year shrubbery big branches trees things like that should also be taken to uh the same place as well and it all really depends on your location the bigger the population the more resources you're going to have as far as your recycling your yard waste your tv disposal tires where you can take items that are too good to throw away or donatables your trash your plastics your cardboard all that good stuff it's all going to be different different states counties same as when you do your dba or registering your business or anything like that some other tips as well if you're using a trailer utility trailer dump trailer strap strap straps and a tarp as well something to keep the debris from falling out plenty of straps just in case you guys get a real big load you don't want to not have enough you go halfway and you're like crap i wish i had two more straps buy plenty of straps 12 15 16 give them in the truck check them regularly that way your helper doesn't actually leave one or you actually leave one or it just gets broken things happen right you can never be prepared too prepared if you got a box truck buckets trash cans all right that'll help you get everything from the back of it out to the front and out to the back all that little debris remodeling bricks rock um drywall little stuffed wood you got a big box truck man it gets tiring walking from the back all the way to the all the way from the front of the cab all the way to the back and pushing it out or sweeping it or carrying it just get buckets things like that um maybe floor movers or dollies where you can just pull it out push it out hopefully that'll help you guys anyways another video check up on the others as well get subscribed get notified trying to help you guys out with little information tidbits things like that these are just my thoughts and opinion
