we will now show you how to sign the invoice when you get to the customers after you've created it there's two ways that you can retrieve your invoice after you created one is going through your gmail account which automatically gets sent after you create the second is going through your invoice daily log which is found on the google drive for this example we will use the invoice in the invoice daily log first click on your google drive on the tablet your google drive will open up with many folders you want to go to my drive and inside you'll see a folder that says invoice daily log go ahead and click on that folder in this list of invoices are all the invoices that have been created by all the drivers and all the routes find the invoice that you've created for the customer that you are dropping product off to for this example we will use this invoice we open the invoice using significant this warning is to tell you that they are changing the file name it's okay go ahead and press ok here you will have the op the opportunity to sign the invoice open this tab at the top click sign document click somewhere near customer signature on the invoice and then tap on the green screen this is where you will have the customer sign his or her name this signature says that they received the product click accept the next thing you'll do is click the same tab at the top and you'll add a text annotation the box near the bottom of the screen have the person that you dropped product off to put their put their name in print click done notice how the box moves up to where the signature is after your to this point the date automatically is stamped on the invoice so you don't have to worry about putting the date now we're going to show you how we save it into our signed invoices folder click the green check box go to the arrow go down to send document click ok we're going to send the document into our google drive everyone has access to this inside of our google drive we will click in the folder and find our signed invoices folder this is where we are going to save it we're going to go ahead and press select here is where we will put the document title which is the invoice number after we've completed all the steps here we will hit ok we have now uploaded this invoice signed and ready to go to our invoicing department and we put it into our signed folder so that they can retrieve from anywhere they are at this stage we're almost complete but now we need to send it to our printer so that we can hand it to the customer before we leave click the arrow again at the top open document with press okay we're going to open the document with our big brother print if your printer is set up correctly all you have to do at this stage is hit print since there's no printer connected here we'll see an error but that's it thank you
