I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

returns to make a communication between our commerce site and warehouse system communicate with shipping vendor like ubs vdx or communicate with the payment provider like adrian cyrus now let's talk about order status and omas when we send order to omas the ohms will create an ordered object with waiting approved status so first order status is waiting abroad in this case we should go to omas admin console and approve this order after approving order the status will be updated to be waiting allocation in this case we we will should assign and allocate all order item to package to prepare item to ship and we should assign a package to specific warehouse for example if we have order xyz and this order contains three item a b and c and we want to assign item a and b to package number one and assign item c to that number two then assign then we should assign package number one to warehouse for example arizona warehouse and assign a package number two to new york warehouse so after allocating all order item the order status will be updated to waiting fulfillment so after i get all after i'll get all order items the order status will be updated to working fulfillment and this means waiting ship all items so after ship all packages the order status will be closed so to summarize all order status first wedding approved two wedding allocation three wedding fulfillment four clause there is also another two steps void to cancel order and suspend assessment order why we need customization it's impossible to go to oms console and approve each order or allocate each order so we can write a custom code to automate this process for sure om has to provide sitting to approve order automatically or request item but usually we don't use this this because at most time we want to write a custom logic or do a custom checks before approving or allocating item so the second reason to customize on us is to add a custom logic between order workflows or as supporting a lot of payment providers like babel apple bay avian cybersource clarinet but sometimes we we need to integrate with bmi provider and this provider did not support it by our spike clutch so we need a customer we need to customize oms to accept this provider same thing with the shipping window so we need customization too but i made order workflow write a custom logic before go to next step integrate with unsupported bmt provider or payment vendor from my experience i think this is the main reason to customize oms now how we can customize omas salesforce provide to us arrest api and we can use this api to communicate with omas for example we can use api to build all waiting approval orders then we can approve them or we can order details and do some checks and save a value on custom attribute or we can pull order orders and make some updates on that and all the data i would like to highlight salesforce can be used by any e-commerce system like a websphere magento shopify and salesforce itself but if we are using salesforce cloud commerce the salesforce give us more advantage like the order will be flowing from website to almost automatically without any interact from us or we can sync catholic data between our website and oms easily or we can do a payment method mapping or shipping mapping three we can communicate with on us using script api and this is the important one so we can customize on us in two way rest abi and this for all e-commerce system to script abr and this for only sfcc now i i will show you example of crystal bi if you can see the boost man this is an example for rest api to get order details we just pass order id into path parameter and click send if you can see we received a response and we received some general data like shipping total total allocated order status waiting for fulfillment or waiting waiting shipping in the world customer information billing address etc but if you notice we don't receive any information about order items or payment method or these some extra information so if we want more details we can use expand parameter and when we using expand parameter we can request more data in the same we can request more details now i will use expand parameter and i will pass i i want attribute details and order identifiers and now you can see some custom attribute has embroider product rcc side etc this is all custom attribute in in to order level now we can see shift to address and order item and this is order item and this is custom attribute on order item [Music] there is a special documentation for all the management api and we you can see order apis okay there is a lot of api orders to create all the record if we are using a salesforce cloud commerce we don't need this api great order because the order is flowing from woodside to or amazon get order we can use this this is the most important abi advice execute we can execute an instruction through through this api for example alert allocate the order approve order close order now i will share this documentation with you after now let's take another example about great fbi okay uh scriptdbi and in this example uh we will now learn how we can write a code and this code will communicate with om as directly this code is for approve order so as i mentioned previously if we want to approve order we should go through oms admin console and a group order but if we want to automate this process we should write a job and this job we should execute for something like that so at first at first i will include the required package and if you are noticed uh the oms packages start with dw om so all oms packages will start with dwl.org now we should prepare a request or order request to communicate with oms and we will define a variable called advanced request new order order advice request now we we should assign the order gu id to the order request the order guid is something like ordering uuid in an sfcc site we can also pass order id or order known id instead of that now we will we should define the instruction in this case we want to approve order so we'll define order uh order advice instruction approved and after we define the approved instruction we should approve we should add approve instruction into request the one request can actually can accept more than one instruction after we prepare our request we should send this request to us in us order dot order mgr execute advice this execute advice or this syntax is equivalent to this api or the order advanced execute now unfortunately i cannot execute this code because i don't have any test environment now let's take another example for log and event okay in this example we will look an event and message on customer object basically at first we will include or require packages and the classes then we will set up a request for customer in a previous example we set up request for all the orders now we will we should set up very quickly customer a new customer.customer advice request we should assign the customer gu id to this request now we should define the instruction and in this case we want to look an event so we will define a customer instruction loop event and this instruction accept more attributes like creator event id source description even time information there is a lot of types like errors debug world and we will send the instruction to omas and there is a lot of example i will share this documentation with you so you can explore this documentation and read a lot of examples and enjoy and this is a quick introduction
