[Music] hello looking up at a tree i remember how it started i was lost in a dream [Music] hello everybody and welcome back to another vlog how are you guys doing happy sunday if you're watching this when it comes out it's friday evening here uh finished work for the day a little while ago actually but i was just on the phone to vicky for a while much longer than i thought we were on the phone for but just putting the world to rights and having a good old chat and catch up which was lovely um yeah it's been really hard not to meet up and see each other at the moment but god bless modern technology i had a busy working week as i usually always do so no change there but neuters eating stuff off the floor um but i had a few really nice deliveries this week one of them is back there human muscle essential oil um whoa why can't i think of the word humidifier mister you know what i'm trying to say but got one of those off amazon i'll leave a link down below for you guys but it's so lovely i've got lavender going at the moment also don't worry i am checking which ones are and are not which are which essential oils are not safe for dogs um so i am keeping an eye on that i had a really really good wwe and on monday with a five pound loss i know it's not all about numbers but um that's how i did last week it's good to kind of just share that there's nothing wrong with sharing how you're doing if you are on a health and weight loss journey so that was really great which means i'm now down over half a stone already since the beginning of the year um because i obviously started working on things as soon as we were done with the new year weekend so yeah that was really really good i've been trying to walk and move but i haven't done as much this week so i did try that walking with oh i forget the name now really really fun hello hello this husband i'm not here let's just take a short one then but i did a walking at home workout at lunchtime which was really really good um oh forget the name walking with leslie i think it is one of you actually recommended her so thank you whoever that was i think a couple of you recommended him so really enjoyed that it was just a 15 minute one mile workout so yeah i got that in today i'm not feeling i'm still not feeling super energized or motivated to do too much so that's why i just did a short one husband you got anything to tell anyone this week hello any exciting news anything positive did i mention it in last weekend's vlog i might have but he has been loving that blooming watch oh my gosh every five minutes you should see what you can do now oh look at this new video oh i just found this new feature it's brilliant because i i already know the point i can do it on the watch and it's got a little thing in the corner that you'll be able to see in the bottom right hand corner there is my points my leftover point but it is very tempting to get one as well as much as i love my little amazon bargain i'm super tempted to get an apple watch um but i'm torn i'm not sure i don't know i don't know maybe maybe not and i do want one no but i don't want one i do but i don't want to know okay so there's his smart points and all sorts and he's got it on that so very very cool he's a happy man good morning guys happy saturday from a very sluggish me it is uh what is the time it's just gone 10 past 10 and i'm just removing myself from the couch newt stay stay um yes so it's been a very very slow start to our day bubs has been cleaning the oven this morning you wanted to um get it sorted because it was just looking a bit grimy but i think we're going to have to get a professional oven cleaner in because there's just some things you can't can't get get off but um still looking better my love especially like the door and thing but would be better so yeah bubs has just been doing that this morning it's just cleaning the glass at the moment thank you vicky for letting us know how you take a door off an oven we did not know until we saw that video on vicky's instagram yeah been posting really useful hacks and tips and tricks so thank you very much not much else going on today i'll be quite honest with you i am feeling a bit lackluster this this fine morning i feel really tired i woke up tired i slept pretty good though i mean slept till like half eight which is not really like me but i might take a a nice walk oh might take a nice walk today but that'll probably be about it i don't feel like decluttering or doing anything probably just do a light cleanup of everything put the hoop around and maybe watch a disney movie or something because i just haven't got the energy and motivation to do much that's just the truth might put a little face on though bob so have you got planned today uh gaming with jeff ah oh yeah of course eleven yeah so bubs is going to be gaming with jeffrey and i'm just oh i've got to finish the vlog so i'll do that because i still actually need to add some more footage and all sorts so i'll be doing that and then hopefully get out for a walk a bit later it is absolutely bolting today it is so cold so yes i'm definitely not going just yet but we got our odd box this fine morning um i showed you this couple of weeks ago so we have continued with our subscription because we've used pretty much everything from the last box and what we didn't use we gave to our neighbor who were very appreciated appreciative of it so i figured we could see what's in the odd box together today i think i i can just about remember what we were supposed to get but we'll open it up together burnham's already had a look so let's you and i have a little gander shall we right excuse the edge of the cupboard but you should be able to get a decent enough shot from there um again this is the large fruit and um bedroom oh my lord this is gonna be a great day babe yeah this is the large fruit bed box and it is packed out this thing is heavy i struggled to get this in the door this morning but we have fresh curly kale and it just looks so good it looks so fresh i just don't understand why this wouldn't be in a store did they tell you why oh yeah it could be defects surplus probably surplus but looks of all this this is a lot of kale thankfully i really enjoy kale especially like um you can crisp it up in the oven with garlic and chili might try that today actually make some kale chips um so we've got a whole load okay [Laughter] a heap of kale oh that's a lot of kale my goodness and obviously we can freeze some of it as well then we've got some rocket a big bag of rockets i love this in salads so so good so that's awesome uh we got some mighty big apples oh my goodness those are massive um we've got quite a lot of big apples which is great because burnham really enjoys apples and so do i have ever tried apple with peanut butter no i'll say it appeals to me apparently it's meant to be really really good next up what is this no not ginger too sure what this one is so we're going to google that is going to give it a giggle a giggle oh my goodness a google then we've got persimmons i don't think i've actually ever eaten a persimmon so these will be quite an interesting one to try today and taste i believe when they're ripe they're meant to be quite sweet otherwise they can be quite tart so there are a couple which aren't quite ready by the looks of things yeah jerusalem oh yeah what does it say about the flavour oh um asparagus flavor okay should hopefully like that then we've got some massive massive peppers these are huge guys i think those are the biggest peppers i've seen for a long time no so these are awesome really nice big peppers and we do enjoy peppers in salads and in cooking so those will definitely be used plenty uh next up we've got some more mushrooms then we've got parsnips carrots potatoes lots of potatoes this week which is good and then lots of little oranges as well lots more apples um we didn't eat a lot of our parsnips last time so i'll probably drop those off to our neighbor and carrots peaches i think that's a really really good box that is a lot we got a lot a lot of stuff this week same no pineapple but we got plum peaches it's really sad about this pineapple oh my god you're not gonna get it every week i'm excited to try persimmon though that one looks quite right apparently it's supposed to taste like a plum corn really according to alexa i'm gonna try and make some kale chips today and see how that goes oh i made um roasted chickpeas in the week so good so so good you just drain the chickpeas and uh kind of pack them down with some paper towel or a cloth and then whatever spices you want on them i did lots of chili and paprika and garlic and salt and stuff not enough salt though and roasted them for about half an hour so good i've still got some i'll show you them but they are so crunchy and so delicious and such a healthy snack so definitely enjoyed those but yeah red onions all sorts so oh my god there you go the dogs i shall pop this away get everything in its allocated spaces and cold think about some breakfast yes yes yes all right so i went and dropped off the parsnips to our neighbor and he was very grateful so that was lovely always good to see another human socially distance of course i had a parcel delivered boohoo sent me out a couple of bits so i'm going to show you those to you a bit later i'm going to do a little try on haul for you guys i'm excited i'm excited to share those things with you some really cozy comfy winter stuff in there and i'm looking forward to sharing that with you um so i'll do that in a little bit i am gonna check out a recipe for doing some kale chips and everything's been put away oven's done um need to do dishes and hoover and stuff but all in good time i'm gonna warm up the rest of my coffee and then i think sit with burnham for a little bit on the couch with the doggos and then i'll go put on a face and we can try on some new bits i'm very excited see i promise there'd be fashion it's just going to be in the vlogs so yeah looking forward to that oh it is freezing today okay i'm gonna wash some of this curly kale kale okay it's just kale looks girly and fluffy look at that i'm gonna wash some of this and just kind of give it a go for making kale chips i hear this can be quite the trial and error so i'm going to wash a few pieces i'm not going to do too much initially i'm just going to try test the waters first so i'm going to wash her a handful it needs to dry so i don't have unfortunately a salad spinner so i'm just going to spin it around i don't know if anybody else's parents used to do this they used to um like actually it was my bavar in portugal she used to do it put it in a tea towel and just spin it like that the water's used to get everywhere still but um that's how that's how she used to do it this kale looks so delicious and so fresh i just can't get over how good that looks um right tea towel let's grab a fresh clean one now fresh clean [Music] i one like i feel like my mom and my grandma oh yeah that is definitely getting it dry it needs to be super super dry though so also trying to eat some breakfast at the same time [Music] do [Music] [Applause] [Music] i have a big bag of stuff to show you which i'm very excited about so okay first thing out the bag i ended up selecting some leggings these are the plus high rise legging in size 24 um kind of just not not feeling the jeans in this whole you know lock down life so they are definitely quite long but it's okay i just kind of roll stuff up not a big issue they look like they should be okay they've got pockets at the back faux pockets at the front little belt loop fully elasticated waist how's the stretch in the leg not too much stretch but i'm hoping they'll be okay uh cycles just like the old days 66 cotton 32 polyester 2 elastane so really nice composition i'm going to pop these on and we'll see what they look like here are the jeggings on they are really really nice length isn't even that bad i'd probably just have to fold them up maybe once love the color they're not too light they're not too dark i feel like they're really holding in my belly area which is nice quite a bit of stretch i'm glad i went from the for the 24 the 22 would definitely have been too small for me and i just really like how they look so little vest open tea quite a little bit of stretch not too much like they you know couldn't do a full lunge in these but i really do like them as you can see really nice and high-waisted it's just how i like them and then you've got the pockets the nice detail they look quite nice around the bote the bote area i've got stickers in these pockets i can feel them and um yeah i'm really impressed and these were on sale i'm pretty sure and really quite a good price point maybe 10 to 12 pounds if that i'm a well i'd probably say about maybe a 44 42 to 44 inch waist at the moment and my hips are about 57 to 58 inch hip so if you're any bigger than that i would probably size up to the 26 i'm not sure if they go up to 26 in these i think 24 is the biggest but there's not huge amounts of stretch if you know what i mean so definitely definitely quite true to size because i'm a 24 on the bottom and they fit really really nicely now i feel like i can wear jeans without really wearing jeans happy days okay next up is the plus premium soft knit maxi cardigan and i got this in a 24 to 26. this is part of like their super soft fluffy fluffy range unfortunately they did not have the little crop top and trousers in my thighs i'm not surprised oh wow this is soft guys so it's just a really nice long cardigan with a waist tie and let me just take my top off and show you definitely like these sorts of things sized up because i figured i could kind of wear it as like a little evening cardigan as opposed to a daytime one i'm just putting the straps here i can see it's got pockets pockets are always a win that is so soft here it is on i'm five foot one to be a bit shorter on most of you pockets are a bit too low for my tiny arms but that's okay and then you got the tie waist i just thought this for the evenings with loungewear during the working day absolutely perfect and you can kind of see how super soft and fluffy it is there next thing is something i am super excited about so this is the plus faux fur lined hooded parker i got it in sand and in size 24. oh my gosh this looks amazing really love the color i just i do like my sheen one but i wanted something a bit lighter and this is just perfect oh i'm so excited so it's got like the little poppers down the front kind of like most of them do and then sort of gold detailing which is quite nice oh the inside is all for trim oh my gosh that's gonna be super snuggly and soft oh my gosh i don't even think i needed the 24 oh my this is really big oh i don't even think i needed the 24 guys i think i should have gone for the 22 in this i don't know if you can tell but that is absolutely massive i did not expect it to be so that big i'm glad it's got the drawstring so i've kind of tightened up that waist a bit okay so don't size up on this one whatever you do do not size up otherwise i love it it's just really massive i think you can see how big the balloon sleeves are i think that's how they're meant to be the hood oh that's so cute it's got the pockets at the front really nice big pockets i do love it it's just big on me i'm definitely like it's still the 22 to 24 but i guess maybe it's meant to be because these sleeves go right down to the waistline not like under here so maybe it's just an oversized did it say oversized on the back i almost like the oversized look it gives me those sort of 80s vibes um i don't know let me know what you guys think should i should i size down or should i just keep it as is i can cinch in the waistline super cozy i do kind of like that it's so baggy as well part of me likes that quality is lovely it's super warm really nice quality actually i have to admit nude last three are three loungewear sets i've got a stone colored one which i think would look really nice for that long cardigan i've got a really pretty pink blush colored one and then this one was actually a replacement for another sort of pinky toned one that wasn't in my size but this is a really nice lilac two-piece set so i'm just going to uh try these all on and then i'll show you in the mirror and also go sort you out who is whining profusely this is the first of the three sets so this is a stone colored comes with leggings with the striping down the arm and the legs really really cute super soft really really comfortable uh i don't feel it's too clingy which is nice i like the longer sleeves top is slightly cropped but not too bad i think definitely can get away with this and it'll probably stretch a little bit in time love the color i think the color is really really nice yeah this one is definitely a win i think these are all like a 22 to 24 in sizing so yeah i really like this one super super cute really nice okay here is the next set this is a ribbed sort of lilac colored set comes off very very gray on camera but it is actually quite lilacy in real life and i am in love it is so soft so comfortable i actually really really like the leggings they are obviously a bit wide around the ankle but i don't really care it's loungewear for the house um i love the deep v-neck i think that is so super flattering and i like the little tie waist detail just kind of centers in that waistline and gives you a little bit of shape i don't feel it's too clingy or too hot i really like the oversized sort of drop shoulder sleeve on them this is just perfect chuck on working from home lounging about you can wear these as pjs if you wanted to take this off to sleep in yeah absolute winner in my opinion this is a size 24. it is spot on in love with this one really didn't expect to love the color as much as i do but it is so pretty give me maggie maggie newt is still going for it i'm sorry i'm very sorry okay we have a winner we have a clear winner this set is perfection of course i love the pink you know pink is my color but it's a slash neck stripe detail loungewear set i love the length on it it covers everything it needs to cover the leggings are a perfect length on me love the stripe detailing which just like matches them so nicely together super soft love the wide neck at the top really flattering um over time i think you know it would stretch out a little bit more and i just think it's so beautiful guys this i got in a 24 spot on i just think this is probably the nicest of the three sets comes in a whole heap of colors so you're not limited to just pink which i really like about boohoo they tend to do things in quite a big range of colors so that's always a bonus but this is definitely my favorite i don't even want to take it off it's so cute but right so that's everything from this little boohoo hall i hope you enjoyed it i really love this set there i don't think i'm going to take it off i might just stay in it now just to do all my editing and stuff because i really like it i hope you i hope you enjoyed that thank you to the boohoo team for sending me out those goodies i really appreciate it um as always just super super impressed with the quality um always have loved the quality of their bits and bobs i'm not taking this off i'm going to leave this on i really like i'm going to show burnham as well but right oh that jacket is just massive i can't believe how big that jacket is it doesn't even say oversized yeah okay cool i'm going to get a few pictures in my lounge set pop it on instagram i think and maybe the wwf as well share a new outfit and then i'm going to go down make another cup of coffee and oh i don't know when to go for my walk actually i might go for my walk might have a drink have a coffee maybe have a bite to eat then i might go for my walk and then come back and do my editing and stuff because the vlog needs to go up tomorrow morning and i'm very far from it being done there you go okay i'm gonna quit my rambling i shall see you a little bit later right back downstairs thought i'd show you those kale chips here's how they turned out and just for asmr is that what it's called get one that's not too crazy spicy i may have put a bit too much chili on oh it's so spicy that's a very very cool cool idea i'm shouldn't we i'm going to get this scary face off off the camera and i will probably see you guys in the morning good morning everyone happy sunday as you can see i have not gotten very far today got up at eight o'clock to a very rainy miserable day um i was gonna go for a walk with carly today because we are close enough to be able to go for a walk together and um the heavens had opened this morning so we rescheduled for next weekend and now it's blue skies so typical but now i don't have any motivation to go for a walk i'm here with the pups they're both just snuggled up there's gears and there's new i know it's sometimes hard to tell them apart and i'm just um sorting out my breakfast had shreddies for breakfast and replying to your lovely comments so thank you everyone who's commented so far and uh yeah always bright brightens my morning to sit and chat with you guys actually didn't realize our grocery delivery is today not tuesday i thought it was coming on tuesday so stupidly late last night we finished that off so that's arriving this afternoon so we'll have a little tesco hall and yeah it was up till really late last night with vicky i think we didn't finish our call until maybe 11 half 11 it was quite late i know we didn't go to sleep me and badm didn't go to sleep till after midnight but had such a lovely time with vicky just having a drink putting the world to rights chatting about everything and anything and just having a good old giggle um as you saw we did face masks she was painting her nails we had the pups with us like it was just really nice so we both enjoyed that a lot and uh yeah so it was a bit of a late night so i'm feeling a bit like tired today but gonna watch church in an hour then i'll probably get up put a little face on and get dishes done the house needs a hoover do some like sunday cleaning [Music] let's hold on tight found what we're looking for in life call us crazy but things are finally right with you and i the future yogurts or one and a half shall we say one and three one and three quarters uh we dropped one got some more chickpeas those roasted chickpeas in the oven uh i've been like smacking on those and they're so good tomato and herb sauce for some more pizzas bring onion two cucumbers because i love cucumber and it goes so quickly when i'm having salads some thin sliced ham red peppers new potatoes cauliflower i reckon burnham got that because he wants to do cauliflower cheese yeah red onions which we didn't really need because we've got a lot of red onions that's okay red onions can be frozen uh some more new potatoes i've got two bags today some bagel fins because these are much less points on wwe green but i'm also got some pringles sizzling kicking sour cream these i've not seen these before i did try to get it good hot chili and cheese i think it was but they substituted it with harry potter but the pair of pictures sounds like they're all being crushed the burglary these are not on plan well yeah moderation yes absolutely some 30 less whippy cream some floral light because we did not have any light margarine or butter diced beef oh you found fajita seasoning okay some fajita seasoning our cream and chives then i've got some hydropower l'oreal men expert nice turkey breasts we've got some sober wok style teriyaki noodles chopped tomatoes for migorian nigorian these are amazing super spicy but delicious kitchen foil uh classic sober noodles baking flour plain wholemeal sweet potatoes potato salmon two range eggs love a bit of salmon free bread crust just chicken and meat minced beef and onion loves those pies it's one of the things you've always really liked nope done milk uh i've done that um half and half bread with vitamins oh oh i've got yogurt on me how'd you post that what did you put yogurt on the floor like onion crispy vegetarian it's on the bottom of the bread broccoli and cauliflower mix some chilies some l'oreal men expert thermal resistant deodorant smoked bacon potato waffles normal waffles toasting waffles you added a few naughty things no whole chicken let me do this so you can see better did i do oh more megorian oh my gosh you got a lot of noodles there's a high point beef we split that up into little baggies um trickle tart bug didn't think you would have lots of crap fish steaks in butter sauce another pizza sauce because they really weren't very good linda mccartney's six vegetarian red onion and rosemary sausages yeah i saw these on um so there's a new youtuber i've been watching her name is call more mom or mom m-u-m um and she does wwe um content and she had these on her channel i thought i want to try those it's like one point for two or three really really good so looking forward to trying though wow salmon phillips is just going to take away philadelphia's jalapeno and lightest that's good the jalapeno philadelphia is incredi if you like a bit of spice it is incredible mixed veg vegetable balls spicy spanish cherries that's because i'm going to try to do the caldeverd uh so the cabbage soup gray cheese and mixed with salad yeah i like to change it up from iceberg ice cream doesn't really oh very funny so now we will split up the meat we'll burn them all split up the meats and then we will have to try and figure out where the hell to put all this crap because the fridges and freezers are full that's an understatement oh the joy of tiny fridges and freezers it is what it is we'll figure it out but yeah we're gonna pop all this away i hope you enjoyed our little tesco haul um and of course most of this is to be wwe friendly but burnham went out no you could be naughty from time to time well i mean it's not even being naughty it's just making sure you are having it in moderation so instead of eating an entire tub of pringles which is impossible almost not to do if you deny the thing you can't deny the things you crave because you're not craving it more no i i agree i think it's all about moderation but sometimes it's just about lessening temptation as well i don't have that problem whatever then you are not human oh did you say egg so far yes so there we go there's our tesco hall uh i think i'm gonna love you and leave you guys i think that's it for this weekend we're gonna put all this away uh burnham's i think still gaming with jeff i am enjoying some vlogs on the couch with the doggos uh and i'll probably start editing uh to be honest yeah thank you again for all your love and support and kindness that you have shown on today's vlog and last weekend's vlog and
