Save Mark Signature with airSlate SignNow

Markab will let you add save and apply signatures to documents in this example we're going to start in mail and we have a new message here requesting a signature on this building plan normally I might need to print this out sign it and scan it back in and reply to the email with the new signed attachment but with markup we just need to tap on it here in the message go to markup and signature from here I can view previously created signatures or add new ones I currently only have a set of initial saved but this email asks for a signature so I'll create a new one of those from here I can write out a signature with my finger right on the display of my iPad if I don't like what I ended up with at first I can just tap clear to start over once satisfied tap done and this signature will be saved here in mail for future use it's added to the document in a resizable box so I can place this exactly where I need to and even change its color if I want tap Done and we get an option to reply all that puts the signed document into a new message that will go back to the original sender it's also going to send me a copy which can be useful since the signature is not going to be saved on the original attachment so I can send this back without touching a pen or paper of course we can also add signatures from markup in any app so if I'm in files here on my iPhone and I want to add a signature to the essay PDF I could go into markup choose signature and there's a signature that is added over on the iPad it gets synced via iCloud and I can select it here and place it into this document so adding signatures with markup can be a great way to quickly fill out documents or forms that have been sent to you without ever needing to print them
