Save Multiple Zip Code with airSlate SignNow

[Music] welcome to dental max in this video I'm gonna show you a new feature on how to enter multiple cities per zip code this doesn't come up often but every now and then there's a zip code that happens to overlap with two different cities that may lie side by side and because the system remembers what city is tied to the zip code you would normally only have one option to choose from in denim acts 20 you'll now be able to create multiple cities per zip code to begin I'm gonna click on the patient list and select a patient to use as an example I'm going to open up Joan England's patient information screen and you'll notice that Joan does not have an address on file yet if I go ahead and punch in the address eight five two zero six you're gonna see that Mesa Arizona is already saved as the city related to that zip code if I go ahead and type over Mesa and put in Gilbert and save my changes you'll see that we get a pop up that asks if we want to change the city from Gilbert to Mesa I'm gonna go ahead and say no because I just added Gilbert and then it also gives us an alert that this zip code is also listed for a Mesa and if we want to add Gilbert Arizona to the list I'm gonna go ahead and say yes so I build my library for that zip code eight five two zero six if I open up another patient and go ahead to enter that zip code eight five two zero six and hit the enter or tab button we now get a little pop-up window that allows us to select whether we want to choose Gilbert or Mesa for this patient so because we're building the library of cities associated with that zip code as we go you'll be able to use those once it's been entered at least once once you make your selection by double-clicking simply save your changes for that patient and that pop-up will show up every time you plug in that zip code going forward if you have any additional questions about this feature please give us a call one eight hundred seven zero four eight four nine four or email training at denta max calm thank you [Music]
