welcome this video will show you how to modify your order for a West credential evaluation first you must log in to your West account click the my account link at the top of the homepage to log in log in with the email address and password you used when you created your account after you enter your email and password click the log in button when you have logged in click on the reference number for the order you would like to modify click on modify order to add recipients request sealed envelopes order more reports change delivery options and pay your balance please note you can only modify your order while your evaluation is in progress you cannot make changes to a completed evaluation report if you would like to change your birth date name educational credentials or make other changes to your order not listed in the modify order section you must visit the Help Center in the Help Center click on write to us these modifications require assistance from Wes after you submit the form your request will be forwarded to the appropriate team fill out the contact form entirely be sure to include your West reference number which you received when you submitted your application and a description of the changes you would like to make on the modify order page you can pay your balance request additional reports request a sealed envelope to be sent to you so you can send it to an institution please note that Wes only sends verified transcripts to academic institutions not individuals if you request a sealed envelope it will only have an evaluation report included if you would like to send transcripts to academic institutions you must have the I cap package you can also request an unofficial evaluation report via fax to do so please include a fax number under your contact information fax reports are unofficial and cannot be used or represented as an official Wes evaluation report you can add recipients to receive your evaluation report just click on add a recipient there is a fee of 30 US dollars for each additional report ordered while your evaluation is still in progress to change the delivery method of your report select the shipping option you prefer if you chose the basic package when completing the application you will be offered an opportunity to change your order to SSI Capp service with West I cap your verified transcript and evaluation report are stored and ready to be delivered to academic institutions at any time to add I cap service click here when you have made your selections you will see updated charges click on pay balance you can pay your balance by credit card only please be sure to pay immediately or your changes will not be saved after your payment has been processed your order will be updated immediately please remember the West cannot begin your evaluation until all required documents have been received...
