repair software that allow you guys to put your credit repair experience into your own hands guys um in today's video we are talking about probably one of the most common uh desks that can be placed on a credit report today um it is medical bills if you have been to a hospital and you have defaulted on a loan if you have been caught slipping without any insurance you possibly have a medical bill on your credit report at the time but today guys it is good news i have great news for you guys i'm going to teach you how to remove that debt from your credit report um and put you in a position not to worry about um collection agencies calling or bugging or messing with you guys ever again now before we actually go into the actual debt i want you guys to understand um something that is afforded to you guys uh it is called the hipaa agreement now hipaa is acronym acronym for health insurance pro-ability accountability act it was an act that was put in place in 1996 that basically protects your personal information from being switched and shared between other third parties so when you go to a hospital you basically um see a person that doesn't even check you know anything health related they go straight into the documentation right when you go to the hospital the lady that comes to you a man and they ask you some some questions and they make you sign some documents it could be via on a computer or actual documents but within those documents it is your hipper disclosure every health institution has to has one and like i said before it protects your personal information from being shared between a third party now what happens is once you default on a loan what they do is normally the hospitals sell your debt to a collection agency now when they sell your debt to the collection agency they have to sell your personal information along with it now why the hipaa disclosure act is very beneficial for you is because once they do that they actually voice the original contract and also voice the hipaa disclosures act using the hipaa disclosure act um to dispute is very powerful but you do have to go about it at a certain a certain way you have to go about it in a certain sequence um to actually yield higher rewards now what i'm going to advise you guys to do is a method that we use within us within our company and a method that we teach a lot of our clients to fix their own credit uh within that software and to get the medical debt removed completely now if you log into the software and you actually pull up the hipaa disclosure act it will look something like this this will be um exactly what it looks like it will be this is the demo it will have your address it will have your social your date of birth in the creditor that is reporting the debt right um and this uh beginning jargon is basically talking about the fair credit reporting act but this is what i want you guys that's not using the software to have in your own personal letters i want you guys to basically ask for um the validation of all the fees that's on that's associated with the medical debt and also please provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information to you so you want to basically ask them for the signature that you provided upon prior upon them sharing your information or obtaining your information from the original creditor which is the hospital um once you send this information to the original creditor now again guys do not send this to the credit bureaus you want to send it to the creditors you want to send it to the creditors you don't want to send it to the credit bureaus once you send it to the creditors they are going to respond with how they obtain the debt once they send you the rebuttal or the response of how they resp obtaining that i want you to take the original copy of the first dispute letter which is the first letter that you sent to them i want you to also take a copy of the response that they sent back to you and i will also want you to send another dispute letter but this time you're going to send it to the credit bureaus instead of the creditors so once they basically prove that they got all your information without your infra without your signature or your permission they basically tell them themselves of breaking the hipaa disclosure so you want to send that information to the creditors uh the credit the credit bureau that's reporting the debt if it's all three you send them all three of them transient equifax and experian and let them know that this person has infringed on the hipaa disclosure and they are are basically not um and they're not compliant when it comes to hepa um once you send that information to the credit bureaus i'll say like 75 chance that you will get the items removed the first tens if you don't i will basically ask you to send a round two to the credit bureaus and if they don't uh take the debt off at that point i would ask for you to actually reach out to an attorney and tell the attorney um to file litigation to in a suit for breaking hepa guys you are all within your rights to do that do not be afraid to go out these um to go after these big creditors but please be advised that that process could get aggressive and get kind of gritty the further you get along but also remember guys consistency is everything consistency is everything when it comes to getting items removed you stop they win just remember that um if you use the software and if you follow the steps that's given i promise you that you will yield results from the
