hey guys what's up and in this video today I'm gonna go ahead and show you what to do in order to get your ps3 game saves where you signed now this is kind of like for noobs it's for novice but really anybody can use it you don't need to have a modded ps3 in order to do this and and we're gonna go over somewhat of case scenarios because I see these videos in these tutorials and they kind of just like run through things but they never explain to you why you know this is or why that is or what happens when you run into trouble and and what you're doing in the video doesn't work so we're gonna cover like all things having to do with Pete with resigning ps3 game saves and then to get him to work on your current system I recently switched ps3's I sold my jailbroken one and I got another newer model one and I was able to you know jailbreak that one of course as a 2501 series slim and and yeah I saved all of my I transported all my game saves over but now of course they won't work on this one so that one in the description I put a link to well I put some links to some files that you're going to need I highly recommend you install notepad plus plus just it works great not only for what we're gonna do here but for a lot of other things also the link to the brute force video I'll show you how to properly install brute force it's part of the ps3 tools there's a lot of tools there and they just may come in handy but only if you use just a brute force portion of it that's fine but it's great to have all the other stuff plus those files are all clean and everything so so yeah it's um it's recommended that you go to that video and install google force because we may need it in some scenarios here came so I'm gonna show you how to do some things before and with the same resigning then this is the last update it's a resigner it's a two-point 0.6 so in the description you will see the link that contains the zip file say resigner go ahead and open it and just drag the contents inside this folder to your desktop and when you drag it to your desktop here is what will install it and go ahead and install it after you're done you're gonna need to go ahead and copy this game's dot comf file to the folder so go ahead and copy it and then what you're gonna do is you're going to go into your documents your mind documents however you like we'll just do it this way and then the new folder you need to go to is called Prince the Prince of codes this is the name of the developer so then we're gonna go into the savory signer and then we're just gonna paste it right here it's going to ask you to you want to copy and replace just yes or override it whatever you're replacing this one the the one we are putting in here is updated and so it has some more games on it you're also going to need a game safe from your current ps3 so I would suggest that you put a USB stick into your ps3 and go to the into your game save tab and just copy over whatever save is closest to the top that allows you to copy to your USB stick so using the ps3 do that and copy it because it will make the folder for you and everything onto the USB stick now we do have a modded system and you want to follow along via FTP that's fine ok and basically you're just gonna need those those safe files are gonna need the folder all right now the of the safe file so we'll go over that here in a little bit but I strongly recommend you put everything on your USB so put the files you want to reassign onto your USB stick as well so once you copy your current ps3 save whatever save it is ok then you're going to put your other seems that you want to reassign in there as well so this is actually a game genie stick that I'm using to save things but it has nothing to do we're doing the game genie portion anyway I'm not gonna do that I'm not gonna use it but anyway it'll make this ps3 folder then here's the save data folder and then here all my saves okay this bless 0 1717 that's called 82 and it's actually from my current ps3 these are from my other ps3 these three okay so we're gonna use this one now this one we're gonna use it to set things up and I'm going to show you how to do that so also when you are let's go into my documents I forgot to mention you should make a shortcut to this program so go to the prince of codes and then just go here to save we sign-in 2.0 and the send to the desktop and make a shortcut because you're going to be using it and here is the shortcut right here okay so after you transferred that file and you paste it it over let's go ahead and let's start the program alright so you can see here when this program opens up now we have all those saves here onto the USB stick this window may pop up if it doesn't you just hit the little arrow here so because these are in that ps3 save data folder that I showed you earlier they pop up here which is really convenient and this is how I like to do it that's why I put them on the USB stick you have the icons you have the title ID account ID you have all this good stuff so anyway this call of duty black ops 1 is from my current ps3 is these three are from the other ps3 so the way you're going to do this in the way you're going to set this up is you need your current essay from your current ps3 in order to set it up right so the initial setup will go like this you're going to click on profiles you're going to see something here that says kg I don't know something or other click on it one time and then right click and click on remove delete and sure that is gone and it's disappeared it should disappear right and then this window will end up being blank then you're gonna do is you're gonna go here load from param SFO and you're gonna go to the folder that contains your current ps3 game safe alright so I'm gonna show you here that mine is on my USB stick going to save that and it's the less 17:17 my Call of Duty and there's the Parramatta SFO I'm gonna click on that and hit open ok when you hit Koken I think it might ask you to confirm and then you're gonna be back here you're not gonna see much of anything going on give it a few seconds you still won't see anything but if you come down here to account ID user ID this will be filled out also your console ID needs to be filled out it's 99.99% of the time always going to be all zeros it's supposed to be that way for games saying so don't worry if you don't see it but you see the console and user ID is filled out you can just randomly fill this out with all zeros alright once you do that go up here into this blank box type whatever you want in there I just put my ps3 profile then you're gonna go ahead and you're gonna hit a new profile and say profile changes and that's it it'll put it up here and once you do it one time you never have to do it again now we can go ahead and we can start working with the other ones alright so what's going to happen is that this program is only going to work if you have if you have the how should I say the game saying that you're trying to reassign if you have it in your games dot conf file that we just copied and pasted over if is listed there you'll be able to do it if it's not you can do it so if you go back to that folder where we pasted the game's done conf file - and you open it with the notepad plus plus this is what you're going to see now at the top it says unprotected games unprotected games do not to be reassigned because they can be played on any ps3 this is not a complete list by any means you can actually add to this and then save it yourself that way you know you know whenever you answer this later I'm going to show you how so unprotected is good you don't need to reassign it it will work on your ps3 regardless of which ps3 came from the only problem is when you play it you're probably not gonna get your trophies and stuff so I mean you'll still have like the same amount of whatever bullets money whatever but primarily your trophies will more than likely not transfer over if that's a big deal for you so that's what unprotected means these are the games that can be reassigned where the game saves that can be reassigned and you'll see a start here with dot hack and you can just keep scrolling down and there's a lot of them they are nothing but a Co order so here in the A's you can scroll down some more right here in the J's and so on you have the title here of the game you then have the title I need here in brackets which is supposed to be this cash will pretty much be empty every single time and that's fine and most importantly secure file id which needs some either is there and each and every game same as a unique one you can actually add to this and make your game work here in there resign or so I'm going to show you how to do that with brute force later what we're gonna do now is we're going to start off easy I'm gonna click now that I set up my profile on detonation when you click on it once just be patient give it a few seconds it takes a little bit to turn blue when it does okay you know that this game can be reassigned because you see the word update it's in black okay so it's in black and region doesn't have any wording or anything next to it and if you click on this region tab there's no wording in this box which is great that's exactly what you want so the way you go about doing this and this is the easy method is you're just gonna go ahead and click on decrypt you are then going to go here to owner you're going to conflict' load from existing profile which we just created you're going to click one time on that profile now if you look closely at these numbers down here when I click my ps3 profile watch what happens same they changed that's why you need to do click on this profile one time then close it everything already changed all right so we're good to go now we're going to right click now we're going to hit encrypt and when it's done you're going to then click update wait till it's done and that's it this file can now be used on your ps3 and if you notice the account ID now matches the one from my call of duty st. very simple right so we can go ahead and we can now use that onto your ps3 and you should be good to go so what happens when you run into one like pac-man we're gonna click on it pac-man see on region how next to it it says unsupported and then in the region box now it has a bunch of red words right also notice that update is not in black ok it's it's not highlighted in black so it's not turned on so this means that this game is not supported alright that means you need to add support to it so the way to do this is through force now this is a difference because if this game was unprotected and I'm protect the game you'll never be able to turn on the update because there's no point it can be used on any ps3 in this case this is not an unprotected game it's just a game that's not on your list so here's how we're going to fix this through brute force when you ever you come across this type of scenario we're going to hit X here to close this and we're going to open up grid force now I'm brute force we're gonna go ahead and we are going to drag that pac-man folder into group force if it ever opens up yeah alright and you see it should be blank like this if you watch my other video on how to set up brute force it'll tell you everything that you need to do setting up the profile on this little box and all that stuff so I'm gonna go into my USB ps3 sync data and I'm gonna grab my pac-man save and I'm gonna drag the entire folder to pac-man so you here now you can actually do all the folders but I don't want to make things too complicated okay so here's the pac-man folder now I know that this is not an unprotected safe because right here is giving me the key when it's unprotected right here in this line where it says key it will say it's unprotected which means it doesn't need to be reassigned but in this case it's already giving me a key so what we're gonna do is we're going to click anywhere on here so that it turns blue then right click and you're going to go to brute force gonna hit f6 and you're gonna say yes and then hit OK and look at what happens see this does this look kind of familiar right so just click anywhere on here hit ctrl + a or you can just highlight everything the old-fashioned way then we can hit ctrl C to copy or just do it the old-fashioned way copy everything that's highlighted now we're gonna open up that game's dot conf file now we're going to you can put it anywhere you can put it at the end of all these games but I like keeping it in alphabetical order so I'm gonna put it with the peas I'm gonna scroll down here up mahir's pac-man pac-man championship pac-man and the ghostly whatever I'm actually going to put a line here and I'm gonna press ENTER twice and then I'm gonna go up once and now I'm gonna go ahead and paste it right there's a lot of gaps here so many eliminates some of these gaps I'm gonna delete that delete that this should I like that only be one line in between each game now we're gonna hit save and we can close this now I'm gonna minimize this for right now let's go back into the save the save resigner now watch what happens when I click on pac-man just give it in a few seconds see now update is lit and look next to regen it doesn't have the wording anymore now at this point guess what you can do you can right-click you can hit decrypt all right decrypt it then you can go to owner hit load from pic this click on your profile the numbers will change you go back up then encrypt will be highlighted because it's decrypted you're gonna hit encrypt when it's done hit update and you're done you can now put it back into your current ps3 and it will work and you're set right so then there's this type of file which is like puzzle fighter puzzle fighter is not encrypted it's an unencrypted file so it doesn't need to be reassigned but you want to get your trophies is important to you so let's go ahead and let's handle the that situation we don't need the notepad for this because this is unprotected I'm gonna go ahead and go to brute force now we are going to transfer the the puzzle fighter saved or okay and there it is there's puzzle fighter notice now on key it says unprotected you cannot brute force this because it's not protected so it can be used on any ps3 but if you follow my other video on how to install this your profile is now in brute force the same that's in the resigner so what we're gonna do is we're going to assign this to your current ps3 that way whatever trophies and stuff and whatever you had before you can get them again so we're going to right click here okay and what we are going to do is all my bad actually you can do it here too but just click on update account and you're gonna hit update account ID and copy poems which is the very top one kid yes it yes again right now we're gonna right-click and you're gonna hit rebuild with current profile full okay get really a little bit and then you should see all these okay's once you see that this is now good to go it's still unprotected but you can go ahead and you can put it back into your ps3 now sometimes these things are copy protected this one isn't it took it off okay I think it's a get off automatically but sometimes you have to there copy protection and you can remove it I think it might have say yes in the beginning I didn't notice but anyway now when we did all that stuff it turned it off so we're good to go and yeah now you can put it back into your ps3 and use it now here's the thing guys technically you don't need the resigner you don't need the resigner at all if you have brute force you can resign pretty much everything right here into this program without having to go through all that trouble resigner or using the notepad or anything so how is it done I'm going to show you right on my desktop I happen to have a copy of detonation okay now we already did that nation it was on my USB but this one's on my desktop so I haven't assigned it yet I'm gonna drag it over this is still from my old PS the one we did was on my USB stick this was on my desktop yeah I haven't touched this one yet here's how you resign using brute force all you need to do is you highlight it okay then you're gonna go to decrypt all files hit yes and give it a little bit once it's done okay you're going to go ahead and you're going to update account ID and you're gonna hit update account ID and copy parents the top one okay yes okay wait til is done and there it's done right now some games like this one if you come up here and hit right click they have cheats that you can apply to them the apply cheats is going to be in bold I always smile when I see that because when you click on it look at this we can apply money ammo all this stuff alright some grinning Moloch Molotov yeah well all this crazy stuff shotgun an SMG click whatever you want hit apply a cheats were applied right now that we have the update ID now that we put the cheats and not every game is gonna have cheat - just some we're gonna go ahead and right click hit encrypt all files it yes give it a minute and when it's done we are gonna right click again and hit rebuild with current profile full and hit yes just give it a minute and you should see okay's right it's not copy protected click on that ok now I saw our case but they kind of disappeared real quick I don't know if you saw but that's it this file is ready to go we can put it back into the PS we just resize it we went one step further we put sheets on it and that's it so we didn't even have to use the resigner and that's how it's done through brute force so you don't have to hit f6 and copy this up and put it into the milk I you don't have to do any of that if you want it if you feel more comfortable doing that way by all means do it that way but you can do it on here so much easier by just remember if it's if it's protected all you need to do is just hit decrypt update after you decrypt hit up the account ID pick the top one when it's done and go back up here and look for cheats if there's any if you want to apply any if not just encrypt this will say encrypt encrypt then rebuild you're done put it back into your ps3 and profit that's it guys that's all I have if this
