hey guys Casey de Leon here and I wanted to show you how you can save a cart to send to a potential VIP so basically we're gonna create a cart of all the products they need and then we're going to send the link to them so that all they have to do is fill out their personal information and check out this way it doesn't get super confusing for them when they get on our website to have to pick through a ton of different products to figure out what is right for them so we're going to log in to your back-office you're going to come up to the top bar and hit and role and then come down to enroll VIP so then we're going to come down and we're going to find the products it always ask for the current location we're gonna find the products they've got a sale right now but I'm just going to go to systems and say my person needs the volume system I'm going to add to cart scroll back up it's gonna say congratulations over here on the right hand side it shows you your subtotal you qualify for a free only for you product I'm gonna select that for them and I know that they need the curl cream so I'm gonna add to cart you must roll back up and then because there's a sale right now I want to make sure that I get them the sale items I'm going to hit add promo items and you can go through and select whatever whatever it is at that time that the promotion Oz right now it's travel products and you get to select five so let's just say I'm going to choose five dry shampoos I'm going to add to cart I like to stock up on dry shampoos and then it automatically added that little free cosmetic bag for them alright so we're going to come all the way down and then we're gonna hit continue turning a little bit slow there we go and right here see how it says create flex ship so I like to push it out two months because I feel like one month doesn't give someone the full advantage for them to want something else so I always like to go two months out and I never choose the first because I want to know what the free item is for that month so let's go to September second or third I'll choose the third and then for me I always choose a rejuvenate as their second flex ship it's super easy everyone needs it and their back pocket has a million in one uses but you can always go in and change it later so I'm going to hit flex show and I am NOT going to add a free item during this lecture because it's in the next month okay so make sure you don't add any free items during the Flex shove scheduling and I'm going to hit continue again and then you're going to get to the area of personal information make sure you get to this page before you save the cart it doesn't matter what you fill in now but if you're on this page when you save the link it's gonna automatically send them to this page when they click their link if you save it the page before now on the Flex ship it's gonna send them to the flexure page and that can get confusing so I go in here and I usually even just type in my information because you've got to fill out something in these spots for it to allow you to save but it doesn't matter what it is when they pull it up it's gonna blink it out and they'll be able to fill it in again now the one thing that you do need from them is their email address so it's all you got to ask them for if you know this information great but all you have to do is ask them for their email that's the email I'm going to have it sent to and I'm just going to choose their their username and then I just type in a password again it doesn't matter they're gonna redo it when it comes up for them and then when I come down here and setup clicking continue I'm gonna hit save I'm going to confirm that I'm their sponsor well I didn't be matching passwords y'all I tried to go too fast see what I mean you have to have it in there to hit save alright y'all this password thing is giving me a run for my money today there we go alright so see how it says save and finish later so it's gonna email to and that's the email that I want that like that's their email that I want them to send a link to and then sponsors email this is my business email so I get a copy of the link also and so I hit save and it automatically sends the link to the person and I'm going to show you what that looks like let me see when we stop the share pull up my email and then share with you my email page ok so see right here I got my email from vibe off at office and I always let them know your carts in your inbox it's coming from vibe office because sometimes they won't know what to look for and then right on here it says they've reformatted it so it looks all nice and it just has a click enroll now so when I click on that let me share with you that page it took me right back to this page and see they can fill in if you had their name and stuff they can change their birthday too whatever theirs is they can do all that so but again see how the password cleared out and I normally make their username their name I was using myself in this example but as simple as that and then all day they see their card over here and then all they have to do is to continue and then they fill out their credit card
