[Music] hi my name is Matt Kunstler I work with Henry Schein dental as a digital workflow specialist today what I want to show you is the prime scan scanner from densify Sirona what I want you to see in this video is how quick and easy it is to capture a lower arch an upper arch and correlate the bite for occlusion everyone it's time to start scanning so the software is very intuitive as we watch our screen back here it guides us through lower jaw upper jaw buccal if we wanted to add more than that let's say we're scanning implants we have all sorts of tools over here to add additional windows in this case we're just going to do upper lower in mine so I'll pick up the camera you can see the camera automatically starts scanning nice feature it's an auto Han what we'll do now is have the patient open and we'll begin as with any of these scanners as I scan it's important for me it's important for me to make sure we have proper retraction if we have proper retraction it gives the software less to think about as we scan now the software with the DENTSPLY Cerrone unit is very user friendly there are things that people have experienced for scanning the year over year such as ghost imminence and misalignments but this software does an amazing job if you watch over here it realigns as you go and so misaligning the scan is almost impossible same premises before though we want to be able to make sure that as we start scanning this is just like building Legos we need to have known spots that we're scanning in order for the software to put it all together okay I'm going to go ahead and stop the scan there's a couple ways to do it there's a foot pedal on the unit or it's also a touchscreen and we just want to come in here and do a quick evaluation I missed some but there's some legal area here so I want to go back and capture that and it missed a little tissue there so I'll go back and capture that it's as easy as turning the scanner back on okay I think we did a good job there and we'll just fill in the rest of that tissue when we're all set we can move right into the upper I'm gonna just click on upper camera can stay your honor it can shut off it's up to you the nice part about this scanner as well as it has it built in here and so the old unit you'd have to go back and set it down and that would heat the scanner so that it didn't fog with the built-in heater we don't have to worry about that you can see that I like to use my hands together they always work together I'm always trying to...
