in this episode I will show you how to scan sign save and email your documents in PDF without any third party apps let's go what's up everybody my name is Sean welcome to my channel this is the first episode in a series of two-minute tutorials and today we're talking about scanning documents using your iPhone without any third-party apps so before we get started I just want to thank you if you are an existing subscriber for coming back for another video and if that's the first time you stopping by thank you so much once you finish going through this video if you enjoyed this content and you learn something please consider subscribing turn on the notification and smack that like button so I'm gonna go ahead and put up a timer somewhere on the screen to see if it can meet the 2-minute deadline I may go over we will see all you need for this exercise is your phone with minimum iOS 11 and a couple of documents to scan let me turn on my screen recording and three two one so open up your Notes app open up a new note and hit the plus icon at the bottom and hit scan documents now your camera app will open up go ahead aim at your document it will try to auto crop the the image I've noticed it doesn't do a good job all the time cropping this but all you have to do point and drag near the edges to adjust the crop once you're done that keeps can take the second picture and once that's done you will hit keep scan now there is a good filter option available if you go ahead hit the Save button now you have the document saved you can go ahead tap on scan documents and at the bottom you have the filter icon if you go ahead and the filter icon you have greyscale black and white and photo black-and-white gives you that fact feel and look that everything turns into harsh black and white this is actually good to clean up some discoloration or weird shadows on the document so once you have the filter set you can go ahead rename the document at the top just go ahead tap on scanned documents and it will let you rename it so I will say test doc save now right here at the top right you have the share icon you can go ahead and hit the share icon and this is where you can email sign and save the document if you hit the email icon it will turn into a PDF and attach it ready for you to email it if you hit the create PDF it will turn into a PDF and it'll give an option to save it in your iCloud drive and if you hit the mark up icon it will let you go ahead make any necessary markups or sign the document get done and create PDF and you're ready to go so this was a guys very simple straightforward I don't know if I make the 2 minute deadline or not I don't see a timer here I will see it in post but hopefully you guys enjoyed this so comment down below let me know have you ever used your phone to scan and email documents do you find this useful did you know you're able to sign documents using the mark-up option in your iPhone or using any third-party apps I would love to hear your thoughts on that thank you so much for watching I will see you in the next video in this episode I will show you how to scan sign save scan sign save if you're an existing subscriber thank you so much for hanging in there know now for this test I'm using a couple of pages of my wife's sticker design for messages I will include the link to these stickers in the description below they're available on the App Store for $0.99 you know the tutorial is over I don't know why you're still watching well thanks for watching [Music]
