I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

paper right we had uh michelle went in and got uh her documents filled out in person right had to go the old-fashioned way so she wants to be able to send these as separate files to herself we're doing a video here roger uh she wants to be able to send these files to herself as separate files so then she can easily upload into command right and populate that checklist and what we did is we go into pdf right just showing us here you already selected michelle you're going to be sending it to yourself it's scan 2 is the option on the main screen you're going to scan to enter your email address click pdf over here and click more these three dots what you'll do with this is there's an option here most of the time it's already under combined files so we're going to select deselect combine files as we deselect you'll see this really small fine print it says all scans will be created as separate attachments that is when you click ok and that is when you click scan
