all right no I'm not late well I guess I was a little bit late yeah no we're starting I was just typing some finishing notes there for the show getting things going what's up everybody welcome to the ham radio crash course gonna have a fun kind of a queue so I'm gonna explain a lot but we're gonna have a fun little CUSO party basically on on SS TV slow scan television so if you have the ability to send us as TV if you kind of kind of know a little bit about it start sending me stuff on 14 to 30 now okay I want to get 20 meter 14 to 30 I'd be awesome oh man Zach calling me out 58 seconds wait oh I'm in trouble now what's up everybody I'm switching on over what's up everybody sorry about that 58 seconds of you not seeing my face I told you I'd be here anyway make sure that you if you can like I said start sending me stuff on a slow scan television it'd be a lot of fun I will add that right now Herbert there's the the frequency we're using I guess I'll leave it right there above my head like uh so so slow scan television is it's been around for a while it's it's a cool little mode to send pictures basically slow scan television I know but what it's really doing is it's taking these little mini slices it takes seconds in some cases minutes for higher quality images black and white but lots of color images and I'll talk to some of the queue so I've had in the past but as always as always I do my little news in the beginning so we're moving forward with radio we got an important topic today got to talk about some bow fangs I don't talk about bow fangs normally unless the shows about bad things but moving forward with radio as always and so move forward the radio gotta say the Facebook group is exploding so many new hands are joining the Facebook group we last week had 50 members before that we had 50 members and this week we've got like forty eight forty six members that are joined this week super awesome just super super cool so I'm so glad that everybody's coming out we're getting new hands we're all moving forward together one of the ways you move forward did you learn about new things so today we're going to talk about SS TV and hopefully that's new and interesting to some of you so who do we got in the chat room here oh well I got docked points for being late what radio will I use today so I'll be using my seventy three hundred for HF and I'll use a bow fan BFF eight HP for UHF and I'll be running that into an SDR play SDR just for receiving so...
