I really want to do it next year like I had a good experience and everybody was so nice we were all just really hard working and working together as a team appreciate your family and that's what you should be thankful for should be thankful that you that you that you have a family to live with pay attention to your surroundings and to recognize how much pain there is in this world please give a little bit of yourself no one became poor by giving we have to learn to bridge those generations hopefully reminding you that we're on this together no matter what age we are reality changers I am so proud and blessed to share with you this video that I did in collaboration with scan health plan and their mission to help seniors remain healthy and independence and serving older adults in the communities that scan serves whenever I look back at life I think about how much I've grown through these little moments of happiness how much they've taught me how to become a better person [Music] see that's my then he hung your mom holding Alexa and teaching her how to sing and this is her now she has been fighting cancer this whole year and luckily she has survived and she's with us here today this is my wife's mom and dad at their wedding day and here they are decades later still strong together I will be sharing more about them very very soon someone once said as human beings we value the experience that comes with H we are reminded over and over again with statements like older and wiser and respect your elders promoting age as something to be cherished and respected and this is what this video is all about I am so proud to be collaborating with scan health plan to bring you the story of how my family discover a little bit more about our elders and a little bit more of what it means to give back together the way my family taught me to become a better person I'm going to show and learn alongside them how to cherish and appreciate our elderly community we're doing this amazing three video series project with them where we're gonna be focusing on what we love family community music ready let's go so we begin the first part of our journey in long beats where we meet Denis who explains to us everything we're gonna be doing today tell me a little bit about what's going on today so today is our Thanksgiving meal delivery and what we do every year at Thanksgiving is we bring together volunteers to bring a hot meal and some cheer to those seniors who have no other means for the holiday Thanksgiving is all about getting together and being able to celebrate and have family but there's so many seniors out there that don't care a family or just don't have...
