it's a back to school haul beyond belief a pen that will scan everything it touches as the coolest tech of 2018 [Music] hi I'm the YouTube deal guy Matt granite this is amazing you scan the pan across a text book or a surface or anything we're up to 30 times faster than manual typing the scan marker air pan will transfer everything to your smartphone to the cloud it'll even translate text on the go and read it back to you why did this not exist when I was in college or school if you're watching right now if you're a parent to teacher I think right now there are at least five or six different ways I would use this around my home I hunt down deals if you've never seen me before there's a link to this video located right under the video screen before I show you how this weighed in with a student more importantly I'm gonna unbox this and put it to the test there really is not that much to unbox the scan marker comes out of it's very handy carrying pouch it is accompanied by a lid which is where the actual scan had happens to be it's not as fragile as it looks I've been able to just sort of wipe this off if it becomes dirty over time but really no issue it has on the back the USB charging port it includes that of course and then if you happen to have a computer or another device that isn't Bluetooth equipped it comes with the transmitter which you can plug into a computer for example and scan in real time to your computer most computers these days won't need something like this but if you can't sync directly to the pen that would be a great accessory to have now this would be great for textbooks but in the case of this I'm going to scan BRB I need to go to swim practice the young woman on this book cover who is nine is one of the youngest authors in history I'm actually featured in the book because Lucy has helped with product tests on my youtube channel and there's a really cool portion where I actually am included by the way this is an awesome book I've included a link to it in the video description box it is on sale so all you have to do is drag the scan marker across the page simply like this as it's being moved from point A to point B it's taking all of the text even black and white images and transferring them directly to the cloud once it gets onto your smartphone that's where the real fun begins let me show this to you in real time so the pen which has the scanner and again will hold its charge for very long periods of time definitely enough to get you through a full day's worth...
