[Music] hey everyone Shane your text and in this video I want to show you how to analyze a lateral or expressive movement so first we're going to do is look at the graph and there's two things everybody looking for it here number one are we doing a right lateral left viral on the best way to see that is by looking at the red and gray line some of the red line associates with the right side we - so say it's with the left side if we're doing a right lateral this red line should go up towards 100% real and go down towards zero percent not to say if we're doing left by row where the green line goes up red line goes down the second thing to look at here is do we have a nice quick movement towards one percent so I mean by that is this red line going up towards autumn sound pretty quickly in this public case it starts going up pretty quickly initially embankment tapers off and takes a while for to finally achieve 100% so this could be good decatur that there are some balancing interferences that are going on that's not allowing us to actually achieve 100% quickly the next thing i want to look at here now is the 3d in a 2d view so there's two things that look for in a 3d view number one do we have anything that's in a holding pattern meaning that contacts holding and play while everything else around it is disappearing and number two do we have anything that's rising force should we decrease in force and then on the 2d view let's assume that we're going to canine rise on this right lateral I want to see the pathway of the center of force to go towards that canine so let's analyze this movie I'm gonna play up to it kind of quickly with most of my initial focus being on the 3d view so you can see as you're playing through it mostly his contacts are disappearing on its balance inside except for number 15s hold it in place we definitely have a balancing test going on here which also you can indicate when you saw the movement of the red line here as well - and now the working side is a bunch of contests going on the working side with most of the working appearances really being on number two and number three it's not photograph numbering to grab you want to see this Center of forest go towards that canine well in this perfect case the center of forest actually stayed towards the posterior with most of that forces being on number two and number three so I hope this helps if you have any questions let us know
