Welcome to the Scan2Lead PORTAL guide. In this  video you will learn how to configure your lead   form, manage your visitor data, export your leads  and use the features of Scan2Lead PORTAL.   The first step is to create an account for Scan2Lead or to log in with an existing account. One and   the same account is used for Scan2Lead SMART  app and Scan2Lead PORTAL. If you do have an   account simply log in with your email and password,  otherwise follow the steps for the registration.   Once Scan2Lead products has been purchased,  you will receive emails with information and codes   for Scan2Lead. You may receive up to three  emails, one of them includes your Scan2Lead portal key, which is needed to add the event or  exhibition to your account. In this email you will   find two links for 'New users' and 'Existing users'.  As a new user you will need to create an account.   Simply click the "I don't have an account" button.  This will forward you to 'portal.scan2lead.com' Your portal key will be entered  automatically when you click the link.   Now fill out the form with your information like,  Email, First name, Last name and choose a Password.   Accept the GDPR data protection guidelines and  click register. You will receive an email with   a confirmation link to activate your account.  Once activated you can log in with your email   and password. Existing users with a Scan2Lead  account can login into the Scan2Lead PORTAL and add the portal key into the event  list. Simply tap on your current event here   and choose '+ Manage Event'. Enter your portal  key which can be found in the email you received now you can choose your new added event. You can  switch any time between events unless your chosen   event is older than four weeks. In this case you  cannot access this event anymore. On your Home   screen you will find different sections like,  Visitor data, Lead form, My devices and more.   You will learn all details about this sections in  the next few minutes. Information such as opening   hours and pickup location is shown on your Home  screen as well as the Scan2Lead Support Hotline   number and the live chat function which will  connect you with our Scan2Lead Support Team.   Visitor data will show all your scanned  leads where you can manage and edit them.   Simply select the visitor you want to adapt  and click the 'Edit visitor data' button. You can add, edit or delete visitor information,  as well as lead form answers and notes. You can download a single visitor information  as a dossier and vcard or delete a visitor.   Export to excel will download  all visitors in an excel file. Another option is to create a zip  archive which will create dossiers   containing all leads and separate them  into groups like, Country, Device or Day.
