[Music] hello today I'm going to continue my series of how to use the white watch your app on my iPhone and I thought I would talk about two things that are pretty similar in nature one is the scanner part of the Weight Watchers app the other is the calculator you know I use the scanner nearly every time I go in the grocery store because I don't always know what a new food that I might find how many smart points it is it's very easy to find out what it is if it's in the white watch your app I'm gonna give you three examples today of things that two of the three are in the scanner the third ones in it but I'm going to do it under the calculator part of the app to show you how it figures when you put in the nutritional values okay let's start with the scanner part of the app the first thing I'm going to scan is the Skinnygirl poppyseed fat-free sugar-free dressing it's one of my favorites so if you notice I touched the little scanner button that's at the top part of the app up in the upper right hand corner underneath my picture and it comes up with if I do two tablespoons it's zero smart points but now I think I'm gonna have four tablespoons tonight and I move it to four tablespoons that's one smart point now I'm ready to track it I track it under my dinner I'm not gonna eat this tonight but I am tracking it like I am eating it for dinner tonight the second thing I'm scanning is some smokers sugar-free strawberry jam and as you can see for 2 for 1 tablespoon it's zero smart points but I'm gonna have two tablespoons and that makes it come up to one smart point I put it in and track it it automatically shows up under my dinner category now the third thing that I'm going to do when I press the Search food as you can see the scanner comes up the quick add the calculator and my food well I'm going to add in the food club milk and just see what shows up it is going to show up but it's gonna be done by somebody that I don't know and so I don't know if it's gonna be accurate or not so as you can see what I do later is I decide to do it my own way and use the calculator I go under calculator which is at the top of the screen there in the center and I have to add the nutritional facts first of all I have to add the calories it's a hundred and thirty calories the fat grams are five the saturated fat is three now this is optional but I went ahead and put it the sodium is 130 milligrams carbohydrates are also optional but I go...
