The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hello youtube today I'll show you how to communicate with an NB 10 USB plus and Arduino these are used to accept notes in any port any of your projects this one is supplied by innovative technology it's currently set up as serial input output output interface that was done in a factory I ordered brand new from them be careful if you want to use one of these because there's plenty of old ones on eBay and such with dip switches here the new ones is called env 10 USB plus and it doesn't have any dip switches you got one programming button you can see the pins pin header we go one two about 16 pins oh that's we connected to communicate for power and different interfaces now you can set up different interfaces with us but did it easier I find is using serial the company make these don't recommend it simply is is not lots of curious not protected as easy hackable so look I spit up up I'll show you inside so splits apart in half here and also this basil comes off really because this bezel could be fitted in a panel on your project that could be left then if you ever want to take this out or paste or clean it it just clips on off the bezel this is also illuminated the new one shows error codes two different flashing methods but also it's illuminated one is enabled the model media was disabled so you got the belt system it takes notes in a bubble looking if you see but really really well made or showing your brand new really smart technology it's so easy to use the Arduino I'll show you the code offers this all wired up and then we'll go from there okay so now I've got it wired up got TX the notice after coming to my rx Brina on the RX of the third acceptor is going to my TX so that we know the single port three they got : ground here she's been shared and 12 volts in going straight an old acceptor right let's get the Arduino plugged in and I'll show you the code so I got the accept little wired up got the Arduino with a program in I've got some money here that's a more girl ready to test I've got the cardboard here and I'll show you exactly what's being spat out by the acceptor I'll show you what the program does and I explained you a little your trickled escrow you know how you pronounce it sorry if it isn't right so I'll open the comport now this for our power feet it'll boot up noise there now I'll open up the comport okay so so as you can see in the terminal window here making all these stars this I an - let's just as this just represents that I've had a 184 buck from the coin acceptor so what these numbers mean is in the code I've read some initial values to enable it and to turn on the escrow mood and then the acceptor writing back to me was a bit like repeating so it's good to program some sort rec in to see that if whatever you sent has come back make sure the connections correct and it is working okay so now we should be able pots of money in I'll give it a go so but 10 bonuses so now you can see that the escrow is held and accepted her you could also see in the terminal window telling me 10 pound in escrow would you like to accept it so I put a capital warrior yes and I've checked out the back and you can see there the monitor showing me I got ten pound credit trying 20 pound note and that's a little figure need to fold it to get into the bezel so there you can see you can see there the bike there which is three but 20 pound in escrow and do you want accept it yes or no I'll reject that rejected as you can see wasn't perfect so there's no test is all about see there's been aborted from a screw now there's a couple of bites you received 120 and 121 I 120 meters busy so Susie except our local to the machine would give you this bike so it's busy you know what it's finished it's not busy so it prevents you from talking to it if it's actually doing any functions right here we got bike 70 which means the board to the metro try channel 5 channel 5 sign a five-pound note which is channel 1 so 5 on a stove let's grow would you like to accept so I'll accept that yes goes into your box which will normally be around here somewhere though your money is collected now you see now I got 50 pound credit I'll do it 20 pound no again I told you is a little bit wider so let's get stuck there come see the bezels accept it it so that's basically the flow of functions and how it works that's a pass on the frontier don't know if you can see there yeah you can it is illuminated as you can see that's illuminated if I am send a D which I programmed to disable it lights but off e so you can give some visual representation if it's enabled or to sailed I know they sometimes customer would see though Oh will be very obvious but is at a glance at the block of pasta machine so here we have the software for the Arduino and it's relatively straightforward but I'll go through it line by line to say the follow it maybe modify or change it to to help with your project so first thing I'm doing here is renamed in serial three node acceptor it's super handy especially if you go on medical with multiple serial ports so the visas here 1 2 or 3 you just basically name whatever you want so now I've named it here node acceptor who are by tier called note in escrow if it's 0 there's nothing being held then healed the channel values 1 2 or 3 here for some an audio in their credit which is slough expander the channel value so I don't wanna be 512 to 10 channel 5 $23 setup function each one once look in the serial columns of the PC through USB at 9600 baud rate the note acceptor which is 0-3 will begin not on the board 300 standard of the acceptor and instead of eight and one which is standard there's some reason they programmed to they programmed it to a 10 - if you need to tell Arduino won't be looking forward so the 8 data bits no parity into sockets here we're pollen pin 15 up or the RX bent as the output of the acceptor is open collector and then we'll write a couple of values here so what I'd for is to enable all channels basically just turns it on or 170 which enables the escrow mode you can also disable it and you don't have to use it at all so basically machine was take take the money and spit it straight to read it and tell you what it is so into the loop so the first thing we do is if there's any bytes available the buffer for an old acceptor will read this fight in to back in and then we'll print it out on to the serial monitor these stars just just tidy up the program so when I've also got stuff I'm right into the program it just lazy spit it up so I know what's coming out of the vanilla acceptor so here I'm only interested in bytes 1 2 & 3 stop and begin it so say if I put a 500 which is channel 1 so I'll get a byte which is 1 I'll enter this it excuse me I'll enter this function here with a number 1 so there'll be no note in escrow so that would be false as we come to here so a print a pound sign and whatever the value of a note is so we'll get our bike number 1 1 minus 1 which is 0 so channel value 0 here this is the address of the 0 of channel value 0 so pick a number 5 so it'll be a 5 pound in escrow I'll accept yes on though and then it makes load in escrow the byte in which will be number 1 so next time around three cereal they reach a serial port this will become number one so in except the escrow add the credit and then print out the credit and make them live in escrow zero which means there's nothing in the fight in the fight in equal to 70 this means you've Center a command which is no and then I bought it from the astral lazy Spitzer could no to write up I got the front now here we reading the serial port of the PC so bite by tyrannical serially so reading the the buffer so if this by 10 equals a capital y we write a 1 7 2 which is which means yes except the escrow if it's an N couple N and there's an older objective also as couple of random ones here so our to reset the credit he would be to enable it show me there were like the front bezel things on more for us indeed sometimes writing these bytes to it simply us all in this is straightforward if you've been you can make this code and run it yourself you'll be able to follow quite easily and modify it to do whatever you want one thing you do need a check is there is some bytes that come out of it out of it for for a stuck note or an error so you can prove the code by thinking of every possible scenario and if this code might work for ever but there might be one moment where you get a fault from the software carries on so just a little bit careful otherwise and that's the software if your project needs the ability to accept notes chained machine bender machine then he's a perfectly they're not exactly cheap I said I think the this one is 160 pounds of innovative technology I said just be careful not there gets stung the old ones on eBay they're they don't accept the new 500 or tempo notes and I think they're a discontinued though so try and get yourself one of these the price will come down eventually but they're in high demand of the minute if you liked this video guys please like and subscribe next thing I doing a coin acceptor levels will cool a project on want to know oil being an Arduino I'll be coming up soon thanks for watching guys and I'll see in the next video

What is an electronic and digital signature?

To understand the difference between a signature stamp and electronic signature, let’s consider what electronic signatures and signature stamps are. An electronic signature is a digital analogy to a handwritten signature, while a signature stamp is created using a method called hashing to formulate a unique private and public key. Both are legally binding. However, electronic signatures are much more convenient from an ease-of-use point of view because signature stamps require several keys and a digital certification for each signature (e-stamp) applied.
