private it's of a private venues under a privacy unless you take it down get it notarized which you know at that point technically it would make it public you know and that's under your discretion to do so however you feel you need to operate but if you're sending out these notices that you've done a name correction that you claim your nationality in cities seven places even cities 14 places do you know what these places actually do you would have to ask yourself that first off and what effect will give them a notice hair versus other processes of status correction now you got to understand putting people on notice and having these legal documents can help in certain situations and courts and things of that sort as a time stamping in history of when you proclaim your nationality you know you wakin up becoming a more have you you styled your personal self I don't wanna you know intrude on people's journey you know how they called it but what I will say is that you know they are different places on here on this list they're dealing different they say venues of love so the Supreme Court you know deals differently then let's say the Department of State and the Department of Treasury even the United Nations Homeland Security the International Criminal Courts you know one of these embassies this on here you know you have to realize so what I do and what I recommend you know when you're sending off to these different people sense they do deal in different venues of law you know they're under different jurisdictions I customize what I see in to where so the paperwork that I sent to the sheriff you know maybe an injunction or something like that they're right to travel affidavits may be different than what I send to let's say the Department of Treasury you know dealing with discharge Full Faith and Credit in things that s sort because you know you're dealing with different branches of law so using you know a name correction approximation privileges like a cookie cutter template of your nationality documents that supposed to be all good for all situations is it's really just kind of flawed in thinking you know not to say that it doesn't help to a immunity which is just incorrect it isn't that true just to be totally honest and the way I would say the best prove this or to show my point would be most Moore's you know when you get the study in law you understand the difference between there's commercial crimes what's your time crimes that are totally totally about Commerce like traffic tickets parking tickets you know in particular or jaywalking ticket or something like that there versus a common law crime which is a crime against a particular person or damaging a person's property so there is an injured party now the biggest misconception about it is here is that because you've committed a crime or what they're calling a crime as the more you think all crimes are commercial so therefore you have no liability which is just entirely incorrect and what they also not explaining is that status and jurisdiction in common law crimes that is crimes where it involves an injured party it's a little bit different the status and jurisdiction don't matter as much if you are to injure a person if you were to hit somebody shoot somebody stab someone knock someone over there where someone can point you out in court and saying this person injured me and you did it you know especially you know if you're on camera things that I saw it there well that's not a commercial crime and status and jurisdiction don't play the same when it comes to these kind of things so you must understand even you know as a more and with your desire to be diplomatic to have to act diplomatically in all situations to have this higher status becomes responsibility and if you actually read in to seeing base or the clock of Destiny wanted to you know he tells you clearly you know like we're not criminals and just won't save you a criminal you know none of the status works for criminals you know a crime is a crime University so would that be a see you can't expect to invoke some morris nationality and status just by you having a want to feel about it you know people do like to get emotional about things that is sort but when you really understand what's going on in law no emotion is ever involved it's simply the facts and if you're going off ask you - said and legal theory but not actual facts of law you might be putting yourself in danger or in the homes way you know not knowing they're trying to invoke your mores nationality and status when really you wanna bounce so I just want to make sure people check their sails and understand that it's not just I'm a moor and you have no jurisdiction over me you know it doesn't work like that and in the public interest you know at times these policy enforces they can be wrong they definitely can they most definitely they're all wrong at times when they don't write law but the thing is you have to over stand their position that the policy is that they go back and understand that they really don't know law so you might have to take a ticket at some point and fight it in court because they're told you know this is this and that is that in their policy whether it's wrong and they can legally lie to you now lawfully you know that doesn't constitute a fact you know and we have recourse but this is how their policy is written we must understand it they know they actually is one place on this list and I'm not gonna say here on this video I'm the savior
