here we're going to be showing you how to receive invoices from your contributors and also send payment to a freelancer let's start with receiving invoices when you log in to you by on account you can select invoices to see the actual invoices that have been sent to you select the one you wish to review in the upper right corner you'll have the options to approve and pay request a revision if any of the items on the invoice are incorrect user request revision in order to send the message back to the contributor and have them update the invoice otherwise if everything looks good simply click the approve and pay button agree to the terms and authorize the purchase and here's how you send a payment directly to one of your contributors start by clicking the create payment button from here select the send payment option enter the title of this payment enter the name of the freelancer contributor who should receive the payment select the name of the freelancer from the drop-down list click the add expenses button now you need to enter the line item select the date from the drop-down list select the type of project this is enter the name of the freelancer and merchant and for notes enter any information you'd like in the amount field enter the amount without a dollar sign you can use decimal points and cents click the Save button to add the line item to this invoice if you wish to edit it use the edit button which will allow you to add files you can upload additional assets change any of the fields or delete the line item when you've added all the line items you need for this payment simply click the approve and pay button agree to the terms and authorize your freelancer won't need to approve or take action on their side the payment has been initiated and queued for payment to the freelancer they will receive an email notification of this payment you
