orders big mac sandwich you hit the big mac you see it rings up right there and the guest would like it without something so let's take a look at the grill menu up at the top of the page you see no is highlighted your other options are light only add extra sub plain ask me well done clear grill or grill whatever option you pick is highlighted in yellow so you can see how no is highlighted in yellow so if somebody wanted only sauce on their big mac you would simply hit only see how it is highlighted in yellow now and then you would hit the mac sauce okay so let's see how that works only mac sauce and if you look on the left it comes up big mac only mac sauce now let's say the guests change their mind no no no i want mac sauce lettuce and cheese only so you can just simply start adding the rest that they want only mac sauce is already on there lettuce and then the cheese so if the customer still changes their mind which this can happen and they say no just make it regular you could just hit clear grill button and it takes the big mac back to its normal ingredients underneath the grill menu what you'll see is all the ingredients that comes on the sandwich pops up as soon as you hit the grill menu okay so the big mac comes with mac sauce onions lettuce pickles cheese the regular meat salt because our meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and then of course the big mac bun so a lot of our guests order sandwiches without a mac bun or any type of bun so you could simply hit no mac bun when they do not want something that is part of the main ingredients it disappears from the grill menu so you see it changed over here says big mac no big mac bun and of course it disappeared from the grill screen okay now let's say the guest says yeah i do not want the mac bun but i would like to have extra pickle you're still underneath the grill menu so you can hit add extra and then of course the pickles you see the pickles disappears because you added it to the order with extra now if the customer wants something added to the sandwich that is not part of the ingredients you can hit the more button you hit more other options come up of condiments we have for the different types of sandwiches you can keep hitting more until the last page of course they can pretty much add anything to any sandwich that is underneath this grill menu so yes if somebody wanted a big mac sandwich add a round egg you can do that hit round egg and if you look on the left it's right there big mac no mac bun add extra pickle and add a round egg okay now let's just clear the grill clear grow button it takes the big mac back to its normal ingredients okay so let's say a guest would like to have a big mac but they do not want the big mac bun so you can hit sub and the options for the different types of condiments that you can sub out or underneath the grill menu now so if they want to sub it on an artisan roll you would hit the artisan button if you look over here on the left big mac sub artisan roll now the grill knows that instead of putting the sandwich on a big mac bun we're going to go ahead and put it on an artisan roll okay let's clear grill and let's do plane customer says you know what i'd like to have a big mac i want that plane so that would mean it only comes with meat and cheese type of menu item that automatically comes with cheese on it if you hit plain it is still going to have cheese on it you have to verify with the guest would you still like the cheese on the sandwich so if we hit plain it's going to come with the cheese on it okay if you hit the no button to say no cheese nothing is going to happen okay so you have to hit clear grill you hit no cheese plain and then you have to hit the ask me button to let the grill team know no cheese on that big mac plank okay that's where the ask me button comes in ask me is for special requests on sandwiches that cannot be grilled back again that would be a sandwich that normally has cheese on it so if they still want it plain and no cheese you would have to hit the ask me button and let them know what is the special request if they would like a side of mac sauce you would hit the ask me button they would like a side of pickles with their big mac you would hit the ask me button and let the grill team know and let's clear the grill and let's do a practice one the guest comes up to the counter and they would like a big mac with no lettuce and no cheese so you ring up the big mac then you hit no it's already highlighted so you do not have to hit it again the grill menu automatically highlights no said that you would just hit no lettuce no cheese and now the order is correct for the guest okay let's go ahead and hit clear grow again start back over at the beginning okay so the guest order is a regular big mac and then the two cheeseburger meal which is the number nine so this gets a little bit tricky at first each cheeseburger has to be grilled back separately okay so let's go ahead if we remember how to hit the meal you always hit the medium button for meal and then the number nine you see right here it says two cheeseburger meal and it breaks it down two cheeseburgers one medium fry select drink so usually the guest is gonna order and let you know what is special about their sandwiches before you they tell you their drink choice okay so that's okay so the guests asked for i would like those two cheeseburgers with only ketchup so you would hit the only button and ketchup and it shows you one cheeseburger is rang up with only ketchup if you see the second one is still on there as regular you simply come over here highlight the other cheeseburger hit only ketchup now if you look two cheeseburger meal one cheeseburger only ketchup one cheeseburger only ketchup now you can go ahead and pick their drink is that coke to drink okay then you hit medium and the coke now you have a big mac two cheeseburger meal only ketchup with a medium coke and the medium fry it comes with okay let's go ahead and show you now what they would do if they would like to change something on the big mac after they already ordered a couple more things if you look over here you will see that the two cheeseburger meal is highlighted in black so that means we could still make changes to that meal now we want to make changes to the big mac though so you need to highlight the big mac now it is highlighted in black and you can make any grill changes okay you're still under the grill menu you will not leave that menu until you go ahead and hit another item or if you hit eat in or take extra mayo so you're going to hit the add extra and there's your options everything that they can add extra to it that is on our condiment menu is underneath here again you would just hit more more more if you first don't see it okay hit it again it takes you back to the first few items add extra mayo hit that and add extra lettuce now if you see the sandwiches rang up correctly on what the guest requested crispy buttermilk extra mayo extra shredded lettuce let's try fillet of fish guest orders a filet of fish we hit that sandwich again the ingredients that are on the sandwich is what pops up first for the grill menu okay once you hit add extra or grill that is when other options pop up so when you first see it and you come up and they say oh i would like a fillet of fish add extra ketchup you don't see ketchup on there right so all you would simply do is click add extra the rest of your options come up you can hit more until you find the ketchup okay we would hit ketchup and then you can hit more again if they wanted to add if you if they asked for something else you couldn't find it now they asked for something that is not on the grill menu you can go ahead and again hit that ask me button the ask me button reminds the girl team to go ahead and ask you what is the special request and that's when you could let them know for example i want to fillet add ketchup with a side of tartar sauce you would then go ahead and let the grill team know i need a side of tartar sauce with that filet add ketchup okay let's go ahead and clear that grill fillet of fish they would like to have that plain now the filet fish is a menu item that automatically comes with a slice of cheese on it so if we go ahead and hit plain the grill team is going to make that with just no tartar sauce the cheese is going to be on there if the guests told you or you verified with them did you still want the cheese on it you're gonna have to hit the plain button and of course ask me so that you can let the grill team know that is without cheese as well okay let's go ahead and clear grill and let me show you what this grow button is about if you hit that grow button the grill menu comes up another way okay so you can put on there if they want let's say only cheese you can go right underneath there and hit it that way now if they want no cheese and no tartar sauce that also is a way to bring it up playing then you do not have to do a special request for the grill team okay they can see that it's a filet no cheese no tartar which also is plain until you start to understand what all ingredients come on the sandwiches this may be an easier way for you to do it again the first few items are all the main ingredients that come on the sandwich this grill menu let you know anything
