sarah and i did yesterday um this this was supremely popular yesterday uh just from folks watching us on facebook this is clever this is smart this is so usable when it comes to milestones or landmarks it might be a special birthday a special anniversary we're celebrating something we celebrate it with numbers it's a fifth birthday a tenth anniversary a you know 37th birthday if you and i store typically we only find numbers big and bold for certain milestones yeah okay we might find it for 21st or the 40th but what about 33 or 29 well now what sara's put together over here is a full collection you get them all you get all the numbers zero through nine so you can make big and bold and i just want to show you here guys i took it out this is three inches top to bottom so i mean these are big it's bigger than the palm of my hand at this stage you've really got big bold gorgeous gorgeous numbers um there's a lot that comes with the set it's 34.99 i think sarah one of the things that certainly you've noticed more than anybody when it comes to shopping and and buying crafting goodies and supplies we've got to start with the essentials and the basics what are we going to use most and this is high up on the list two really big things in our industry are it's personalization so it's personalization and then also numbers we we just you just can't get enough of them whether it's the big number dies and stencils we did last year whether we've done the number specific dies that go in and now first time ever we've developed those number dies in a way that can cut into your car so can you see how they position across the front and like you said adam yeah 21st birthday is brilliant my next birthday coming up it's going to be 37. i mean you would never find a 37 card ever and and what i love is loads of different ways to use these so this is cut into the inside of the card what i really loved is the one that i taught you on the facebook live you can go back and watch a stepper card where we have it on the front of the step i mean you look at this and you think how on earth have they engineered that it's all built into the design of the dies and you can go back and watch adam and i walk it through on that facebook live or you might want to step them onto the front of your card and do a 3d card like this how many how many dies have you got adam that you could say would work for a kid's 14th birthday and would also work for your granny turning 102 right how how many have you got that it's not just birthdays it's but maybe it's an anniversary i mean i've got a gorgeous card near somewhere look at this we did this the other day on the facebook live didn't we you are the one the valentine's card right there on a stepper card in the front i mean there are some incredibly different unique ways you can do this we've got all those tutorials online that you can go back and watch but i just think if you're wanting some way of doing a really spectacular cut i mean look at this uh congratulations new baby was eight pounds how fabulous is that and it's got the little eight stands out now people who aren't crafters will never understand how you've done this you're probably watching now thinking i don't understand how she's done it and i am a crafter let me show you because they're so easy adam right the engineering's all been planned for you so for example we want to do that 37 card look what you're going to do you're going to get your outer card you're then going to get your inner card and you're just going to make it a little bit smaller right and then instead of scoring i've just drawn a line across the middle and i've got my dies for three and seven and when you turn them over adam the trick with these can you see it's got these little notches built into yeah so you pop this in place and then you can tape them down and send them through your machine and basically it will oh come on we've got time i'm going out i want to show you this because you've got to see it to believe how easy it is to do adam so i'll hold these down with a little bit of tip now with your gemini machine right you can either use your plates that come included or look at this i'm going to use my regular gemini machine so these are my regular gemini plates but they'll go sideways into my pro so those of you who have a normal gemini and you want to just speed things along use your regular gemini plates in your larger size pro to make everything take like a fraction of the time so we've got the three and the seven they lift off their atom and then what's going to happen is you're going to be able to just fold this up and then this one back and then the same here we're folding up and this one folds back and then these fold into place up at the bottom and then the rest of your cards you just fold over on that pencil line that we've put in there and you can see how that's going to see how it's stepping forward there and that is what sits inside your card so you've got that perfect 37 that actually sits and pops forward into your card and all i've done to go from here to the decorated one is literally add a few little embellishments and i've got a perfect personalized card that has taken me seconds to put together i mean if there's seconds at them and they're so unique the the star of the show are the numbers it's the numbers we're celebrating the birthday the anniversary uh how much the baby weighed i mean it could be anything right so with these numbers you get to use them in an unlimited number of ways with everybody they're a really big because they're a shortcase piece they're not a little addition to your card they're a shortcase piece on here now i want to show you how to do this card over here okay so i i like the cards with the pop-out inside yeah i like it better when it's on the front of the card and that becomes the mantelpiece pleaser right in the middle in front of all the other cards that's the one i like and this for me to be able to do it on the front of your card like this i think is really spectacular so to do it like that let me show you how we're going to do it i've taken a piece of card so i've got a 10-fold card you can see i've got the tent fold but the front piece is longer so can you see i've left myself a longer piece at the front yeah and then i've put a pencil line across where you've got that back piece coming to so i've lined up the front and then you know how before we add the little grooves every one of these numbers has the little grooves on you're going to line those little grooves up with that pencil line so i've got one here that i've done that for so can you see so i've got the um the four pencil line goes through the middle and that is what's going to give me that that fold in there and then again all you're doing is you're folding this backwards and upwards and then this one folds forward like that so that you can see it gives you the tenfold card with the number four stood at the front and that is the kind of unique bit about how the whole thing works and then all you're gonna do from there is cut the number four out in another piece of you know black card or something it's gonna line up and really stand out on the front there and then a little bit of decoration and we get to cards like this and whether it's doing the ones like that adam the one that i particularly love is where you've got the stepper card and the step in the front with the number on but we did all of these in our facebook live there's tutorials for all of these on
