and this week it goes to wisconsin district court judge bruce schroeder the judge overseeing the kyle rittenhouse case which we've covered in detail he's currently out on two million dollars bail after being accused of a bunch of homicide charges that are obviously self-defense and as we've discussed violating a weapons law that doesn't even apply to him break bats to ap in this wire article for calling it quote an assault style rifle they're getting desperate people for the record it was the smith and wesson m p 15 sport 20r as far as i know apart from some out of the way gun forms i'm the only one to ever mention that anyway judge schroeder and i'm also the only one i know of to actually report his name with this story added on some ridiculous new restrictions rittenhouse has to comply with the most absurd one quote the defendant shall not knowingly have contact with any person or group of persons known to harm threaten harass or menace others on the basis of their race beliefs on the subject of religion color national origin or gender which would seem to preclude him from attending another black lives matter protest apparently what prompted this was pictures of rittenhouse in a bar while the drinking age in wisconsin is 21 it is legal to drink at 18 if accompanied by a parent or guardian and his mother was there with him so he didn't break any laws but the judge still added on that he wasn't allowed to drink any alcoholic beverages but what prompted the other restriction was pictures he took with several others who were present a group of people who appeared to be supporters of his case now there's no indication whatsoever that any of these people are criminals white supremacists racists or anything else so how did all that come into it in one of the pictures written houses making the internationally recognized hand sign for ok used by everyone from scuba divers to rescue workers dating back over 2000 years on almost every continent which stupid people believe is a white supremacist dog whistle the other person in the picture with him was also making the okay sign he also had his other hand on his waist and appeared to be making something vaguely resembling an okay sign or he's playing the circle game a children's game known to viewers of malcolm in the middle and dating back to the 1950s or he's just you know holding onto his belt nah that's crazy talk he must be secretly making the ok sign for the benefit of the people who missed the other two blatant okay signs in the picture but yeah that's it these are very ridiculous as far as bail restrictions go it's like schroeder thinks kyle is actually out on probation or parole which isn't a good sign as it makes it look like he's already convicted rittenhouse in his mind if you ask me this is all just more evidence that kyle needs to get a better lawyer given that the modern definition of white supremacist seems to mean anyone who doesn't toe the democratic
