hey guys it's Alan blends with the car match and I wanted to give you a quick tutorial about how we send an electronic contract for a seller that wishes to join either option one or option two and keep in mind for either program we use a simple one-page agreement whether it's option one or option to the same document so I'm just going to scroll down and you can see here how to send a car match seller agreement let me zoom in for one moment and the first thing I recommend is to send them an email prior to sending them the contract just to give them a heads up that it may the contract of the electronic document may end up in their junk or spam folder and it also alerts them to the fact that it will be coming from right signature com so I'll click here and we'll just fill this out very briefly and we'll go ahead and submit and let me show you now the email that the client will receive so they'll get this a brief email it just introduces the client to what's going to happen that we have sent out a an electronic signature document an agreement if you will and as a heads up they can use any major credit card or debit card on the agreement and we mentioned to them it's going to be coming from right signature calm and that if it doesn't arrive shortly to please check their junk or spam folder and it's signed off by the actual consultant with the consultants phone number now let me show you the actual agreement and how to fill it out and then the corresponding email that the client will receive so you can get to our right signature platform or electronic document platform either by going to write signature com or through our admin panel just by clicking this section here to send an agreement go to or click here okay okay so once you're in a right signature we're just going to go to send a document and we want to go to templates and we're going to pick the car match us a marketing agreement so I'll select that and let me zoom out for a moment if you ever want to you're going to get an email when the client views it but if you ever wanted to come in here and check to see if your client has viewed the document signed the document or whatever the case may be just make sure these are checked this is pending documents to be signed and completed and you can just put in their first name and this will show you a contract for Alan that we just sent out and it says I have not viewed the document now let me show you the email that the system actually sent over to the client so this is the email that the clients received the says thank you for your order if you have any issues please contact a mock McAuliffe to the client they're going to see that this email came from right signature com which is why we send that initial email and they'll see that it was actually sent by our accounting department from Sharon Guttenberg even though you sent it so to view the document we're just going to click on this link and let me zoom back out and this is what the client will will see when they pull it up so the documents have been populated as you can see all of the various fields you'll see here it says required so you know we need to put in a credit card number and they can just hit tab on their on their keyboard and go from feel the field so each time I complete a set of fields the required tab will continue to move down let me zoom in so you can see exactly what I'm doing here so once oil fields have done you'll see that the red indicator on the left hand side that said of required is now gone and your client can come down here and they can either sign with their mouse if they wanted to or sign on a mobile device so we're just going to go ahead and we're going to sign this and once my signature is complete and we always tell clients so the signature doesn't that need to represent your actual signature but I think in this day and age most people get that but once everything is completed and they hit submit signature the client will automatically be emailed a copy of the contract as will our accounting department and that's it it's that simple now I'm just going to go back to the dashboard and show you that it should now indicate that that pending document for Alan has now been completed and there it is so it's going to actually tell you that it was signed on 512 at the 623 p.m. and you could actually pull that up and if you wanted to pull it up and you wanted to save it to your computer for your your files you certainly welcome to do so and we would just go to download sign PDF okay any questions feel free to email admin
