south wales premier ladies who has announced that we will now require or will soon be requiring a proof of vaccination to enter certain premises in certain places um so you may not have realized this some may have but i think majority haven't but she has now put us all on formal notice so now we are all in a contract agreement so this is how they do it legally without our knowledge and she has made an offer and if we do nothing about it then we are obliged to be vaccinated so this is known as a tactical agreement and when this is presented to you and you do nothing this means that you give your consent so her announcing this using the media as a tool she is telling us the terms and conditions of the contract and us not responding in any way and allowing this okay knowing this doesn't include going on facebook and writing posts and statuses about how angry you are but us not responding legally means that we are consenting to these conditions okay so pretty much the government is now contracting with us and we what we don't know and they think we don't know and they think we won't find out is that with every contract we must have a meeting of the minds so this means that we must agree without coercion or influence which is not the case this is blackmail so there is a coercion involved so since we don't agree to their offer we are now going to give them a conditional acceptance letter okay so this is it here which i will go through and this letter will as we have this letter is going to serve us as we have the right to change the terms of the offer to suit us as well because both parties must benefit in a contract okay so the government is claiming that the the offer that they're doing right now is is is for our safety okay and for our benefit however they need to prove this and they need to prove that it's not going to cause harm and they need to prove that they're not restricting our freedoms our god-given rights okay so this is where we need to be proactive and we need to send this letter to all the mps okay so so now we are giving them our terms and conditions within the law and for us to agree to the contract we must be given evidence for us to make an informed decision to consent to this contract okay which is all in here they need to prove all all the um terms and conditions you can read that in your own time so if they cannot provide proof or evidence and accept any of the conditions then the original contract is worthless it's done it falls through okay so this will be the first notice which has to be sent by registered post and you need to keep the receipts after that we need to give them two more notices which can be via email but it is important that in this notice that they have our signature okay so i'll go through this in a second so this notice actually covers it covers vaccines masks health um passports and quarantine okay and um this notice is a self-executing contract so if it's not responded in the correct way by every minister or general or governor or mp that our names are listed on this page who you will be sending it to then every person named must take notice and is required to respond as required if they don't then they are they are agreeing to the law and agreeing to the terms and conditions just as they have been trying to do to us as we have we don't know that we need to respond for consent if they don't respond then it falls back on them okay so we're pretty much using their game against them okay um so i'll just go through this notice right now um so here it is here and at least the names of there's scott morrison and david hurley greg hunt um all the mps there's 10 of them so you need to send 10 of these and all you have to do let me just cover this up so pretty much on the template all you have to do is fill out the date here that you're going to send it your name okay you leave that part that says we us our and your address here where i've covered obviously because i don't want anyone stalking me um and then so it's quite a few pages i think it's about seven pages um so you print this out [Applause] and you sign on the last page here see how i've written my name and my signature your name needs to touch the bottom line so that they cannot remove it fortunately because they will try to do this people have done this before and sign now please remember this this is really important you need to sign with a blue pen never use black because black signifies that you're not living and this is how they get us all the time common law stuff um okay so don't freak out because there has been a list of instructions given to you on the last page obviously i've printed this out for you guys um but you don't put this in the letter this is for you and at least the instructions here and what you have to do so add your name and fill out the details um yep signature autograph blah blah blah sign yep i've pretty much gone through that now you need to send via register post keep the receipts and yeah i've pretty much covered everything on this notice and just read this in your own time so you see and you understand what you're doing and what's in the conditions obviously i don't want you guys just like blame like we're not unknowingly sending things through go through it and understand it because it presents some really good points um in here so that's that there um so if the conditions are not agreed by the other parties then the original contract becomes null and void okay so i hope you guys understand what that means it's pretty self-explanatory uh okay like i said this needs to go by registered post the other two notices needs to go it can be sent an email so depending on how they respond we'll see what happens um so i let's that's that's on you man that's on you but the ones who don't they have every right to refuse to and we're not going to be manipulated and and they're not going to get away with using our lack of knowledge there's a reason why they never taught this to us in school okay a whole educational system is the biggest joke but we're fighting back and we're learning and we're using your system against
