I thought it was really important to just really drive home that the the invite to sign this authorization request form as soon as you hit that pay button on this invite to sign is sent to your client in email so that email address you put in for your client authorization request form is going directly to that email so I just wanted to give a little visual and so you can follow up with your clients and say you know look out for an email coming in inside your email inbox it's gonna look like this right it says orders at easy on a wave the assign now you were invited to sign this document and then on the right hand side here it just shows you what it looks like in the email body it'll say you were invited to sign a document I'll have our logo up there some it will go to their junk cooler they won't recognize it or they will realize they're getting an opportunity to sign a document so make sure that's part of your process just let them know I've placed the order expect an email this is what its gonna look like to use a platform called sign now it's really straightforward when you open up automation request form and consent and if we move on to the next slide we're gonna see a little bit about what they sign what they filled in this first page is a consent agreement so this is just um giving us permission to speak with you the broker in regards to your clients tax documentation and start disclose information back and forth so they're just gonna want to put in their first name in that first box and then your name is the broker in the second box and then into the next slide we'll see the last little bit of this consent page it's a date it's a printed name and it's a signature so it's just a few really simple fields to fill out it shouldn't take any more than a minute and there is a second page here that we also need so if we move on this is the page we really we need both pages to be accurate it's super important but this is the page we really get your client to spend a little extra time if they are doing this digitally that's great it'll expedite things it'll come right back to us it's fantastic maybe they're doing it on their phone right maybe screen maybe there's an opportunity for them to miss all their name or or hit the wrong number in their social insurance number so such simple stuff but I really want to reiterate how important it is to get this information correct from oh so we're eliminating the back and forth and we're really sticking to that guarantee so social insurance number first name last name and then moving on to the next slide we just need their name again at the bottom printed their their signature and the date so that is all all we need just a few simple fields to be filled out and once that's fully signed completed accurate that's the start of our 24 hour guarantee so
