so hey welcome into souls on fire if you caught my mercury in retrograde reading and you're over here looking for the video about manifesting and about understanding your guides a little bit better you're in the right spot okay even if you didn't see that reading and you're here because you want to um be able to hear your guides and be able to understand what they're saying to you that is uh it's not just enough to feel like you have signs and symbols it's about interpreting them okay and you know one of the things we t i teach a lot of classes on this channel about um astrology and numerology and we talk about manifesting and we talk about spirit guides but one of the things the most common question we get on this channel is how do i know that that's what that means or what does this mean for me and what i want to say to you is that the guides your guides your particular spirit guides speak to you very specifically and it's the message is there for you so it's fine to go out and google you know what does 11 11 mean and all of those kinds of things just to get your feet wet in terms of signs and symbols in the universe you know what does a cardinal mean and all these kinds of things that's totally fine but in order to go another layer deeper in order to be able to stand in your moment and manifest what you're looking for in your life and being able to read then messages from your guides if you don't feel like manifesting or i'm sorry if you don't feel like um uh meditating is really for you i want to offer you this idea okay this kind of um you know way of having a conversation with your guides if you know if you're sort of like well meditation is you know it is what it is i i have trouble with it my monkey mind i have a trouble don't stop doing that okay don't stop working on meditating um but take these steps or take these tips as a way of you know every single day no matter how deep my meditation practices no matter how much i'm doing these tips can help you get in the now and read your spirit guides meanings for you okay and it's going to require a little effort on your part okay it's not a magic bullet or anything like that it's gonna require a little effort it's gonna require you to you know do some work here and but that's okay because that's what we're doing here we are working to move out of an old language where we we felt like we're walking around in the universe and and on this planet and everything is exactly what it seems to be and there's no conversation with my guides i'm not intuitive at all i don't have any spirit guides that's kind of you know from that world into uh wow everything is connected we're flowing together i'm getting messages all the time the universe is talking to me all the time god is talking all the time whatever term you want to use for so these are some steps here i have seven things written out i might i might grab a few more as as we're talking here um but the first one as the the easiest way to get comfortable and see that the guides are talking to you number one is pay attention okay and paying attention is about um being in the world around you being in your space being in your body you know we can get really into our mind and we can get we can live in the future when we're like thinking about what's going to happen tomorrow so we don't we miss the day we miss everything so being here now be here now and uh instead of living in the future instead of living in the past the past is about regret and about what happened and i'm going to change that and the future is anxiety about what is going to happen so you can really put all of that energy aside especially if you're manifesting you don't want to manifest anxiety or the things you don't want you don't want to manifest the things that you think are mistakes or have regrets about you want to manifest from a clean slate from a clear place of intention and of um love and compassion and joy and happiness all those things so when you're manifesting a lot of times people are like i can't i can't feel my guides i don't know if if i'm doing this right or whatever so that's the purpose of this video is be in the moment and number one tip is pay attention so if you can be in the moment and you can be in that joyful place of of presence pay attention what's going on you what's going on around you right now feel into your all of your senses taste touch hearing vision feelings be as right here in the moment as you can okay and your guides are speaking to you through your feelings this is your compass you feel like your guides are out here somewhere they're not they're right here so to stand in the present moment to stand here and pay attention i like to you know kind of a little bit hold on to myself a little bit because it's coming from inside me the call is coming from inside the house okay so your guides speak to you in here if you're too much in your head those voices about what i should be doing or what could happen or what did happen that was a disaster or what those things get in your way right here is where it is all right right here so give yourself that moment of being in your heart chakra get into your heart chakra do a few deep breaths and pay attention the more you can do this the more you can stop yourself the more you can do this the more you'll be able to see the signs and symbols around you okay so that's step number one is to pay attention to get in that moment so step number two is like a you know it's actually like a one and one a it's like being more mindful and slowing down so in order to be here now to pay attention you got to slow down our lives are too fast right you can get information instantaneously right oh what's mercury retrograde date so i could just right this thing this thing you have more information in your pocket than presidents did in their day okay previous to now right previous to you know the internet explosion the the use of ubiquitous use of cell phones you have more access to information than anybody in the 20th century ever did even people leaders of state everything like that you have it so that can be a tremendous um distraction so in order to pay attention be mindful slow down slow your life down slow it down if you can 50 i know our productivity disease means that we feel like being productive is always good this is also productivity it just feels differently okay because if you're wanting to manifest if you're wanting to you know be in your life if you're wanting to be here now if you're wanting to manifest love in your life and other things slow down you're missing your guide speaking to you because you're moving too fast okay so the third thing the second thing is slow down the third thing is get curious so when someone sends me a note well i have mars in the second house and you know it's it's aspecting my north node whatever what does this mean for me my my guides are like what does it mean for you i know there's a dictionary definition of what that means but it's so much more impactful if you my mother used to i don't know some of you guys have had this experience when i was a little kid um i would ask what does that word mean and my mom would be like look it up there's something about the act of being curious the act of taking of going to find a dictionary and looking up the word because i think i gotta figure out how to spell it and what's the beginning part and is it a k or a c is it you know what i mean like there's something about that that's meaningful it's also slowing you down it's also following on to that point of slowing you down getting curious is also about asking even if you feel like you can't hear your guides right now even if you feel like you don't get messages right now i promise you you do you're just moving too fast so the third point about getting curious is to wonder wonder in the moment of being here now in the moment of slowing down in the moment of mindfulness of standing still just wonder wonder about things ask ask is this person my twin flame and then listen listen for your heart what does your heart say about that what does your heart chakra say about that what are your feelings say about that okay what do your feelings say about that write it down write it down this is a process this is not a this is not a necessarily a moment in time you're going to get better at this what does your heart say are you afraid that the answer is no is fear like swamping you write it down and then get curious so if you want to look at more of your astrology if you want to look at i have a one life path what does that mean look it up and then feel into it how does that feel to you does that feel like it's a part of yourself that you've left behind we're doing a chiron class which is chiron is the wounded healer okay and just as an example my chiron's in the fifth house fifth house of children i don't have children fifth house a wounded healer is about a childhood wound about your own creativity not being accepted or not being allowed or your childhoodness being diminished or you know made to be quiet all the time or no one appreciated your art or no one appreciated the wackiness of you you like to tell jokes stupid knock knock jokes all the time and it was like shut up right and that's okay so the that whole part of what did it feel like for me was oh i become a grown up really fast so getting curious about looking at your own chiron about looking at your own north node about looking at your own things and explore that a little bit before you ask somebody else a question including me before you ask me a question before you ask anybody a question ask yourself well what does this mean for me you know you lived your whole life you are in your body you have lived your life so when you read that information try to take it one step further try to listen to that information and get curious about it within yourself how did that play out well for me as a fifth house wounded healer i grew up real fast and so as an adult dabbling in the joy of creativity is a path to my guides get curious about your own path to your guides get curious about what your own astrology means gets curious about what your own placements mean get curious get curious get curious all right and this follow-ons follows on to the next point which is ask so once you dig deep into something about yourself astrology numerology why do i do this why am i running away from that why am i doing this why am i doing it ask you're effectively asking yourself your guides are within right you're connected to the universal unconscious your guides are within so ask what does that mean for me i've read the material how does that play out for me what is that a lesson in order for me to you know what is that a lesson that will unfold for me or that i need to dive deeper into these are all opportunities all these lessons all these classes that i teach and stuff like that are just opportunities for you to dive deeper and when you ask point number four when you ask you can ask in this way as you go to bed at night you can do a little prayer and say i read today about my wounded healer being in the fifth house in pisces i read the information now what does this mean for me please bring me the answer in dreams please bring me the answer in symbols please communicate with me about what this means for me i know it's important because i mean my attention is being drawn to it why is this important for me to know right now whatever you're drawn toward it's important so ask about it and then go to sleep and then in the morning write down your dreams write down your impressions write down write down write down they speak to you in your dreams they speak to you when your defenses are low write it down number five is this is like a ask kind of like 2.0 okay so once you get comfortable with whatever they're trying to say to you you start realizing when you're slowing yourself down when you're paying attention you're starting to notice that you do see things on the clock all the time that you do have things show up in threes right you do have like life-changing moments show up in threes all of a sudden you're thinking about a person and they call what does that mean for me right you're starting to unlock your own code so asking 2.0 is asking for confirmation so as you're as you're okay well i got a symbol in my dream i got a you know an understanding about what that means for me i got this dream going on i got this you know noticing signs and symbols and stuff like that am i going in the right direction so this is about confirming your own start to confirm your own ability to see signs and symbols start to confirm that you're going in the right path i did this one time when i was asking about a person if they were a um past life soul mate for me there was a lot of follow-up questions to that but i just wanted to know is this person a past life soul mate for me and it was in august and i asked for a symbol that i thought would be ask for something that's not in your normal life that would be unique to see at that time so it was august their head and rain for days and i said okay show me blue umbrellas and i'm thinking like the umbrella that you use when it rains and show me blue umbrellas if or a blue umbrella if i'm on the right path here that this person is a soul mate for me a person is a life past life soul mate for me and then you i paid attention so i'm going through my day going through my day and i walked into this place ocean state job lots it's a big new england thing it's like um it's you know lots odd lots of materials and and clothes and every kind of thing you can imagine it's the store is never the same twice i walked in i was looking for some gardening things and up on the wall was a whole wall of blue beach umbrellas and i laughed right out loud i was like oh my god it's blue and rose i'm on the right path but if i wasn't paying attention and i was focused on the umbrella that i thought it should be i thought i would see it raining it's not raining today it's not going to be raining how will i see blue umbrellas that's how okay you get me so don't be so rigid in your ask that you're not willing to see the creativity of the guides they're trying to talk to you all the time okay that's ask 2.0 that's number five number six i kind of did this before but this is what i like to do i do like to put my hand on my heart chakra there's something about it to me it makes me feel grounded it also has me get in touch with my um feelings better get in touch with what is being tried to what is the guides are trying to say to me for some reason this works for me so this is an optional one but for me i just wanted to say to you check in with your heart chakra put your hands on your heart and check in okay so what does this symbol mean for me and hold on to your heart a little bit and just just listen see what you get you may get nothing you may get a lot some days you get a lot some days you get nothing okay but it does help me feel grounded and it helps me um be in the moment more that little activity of it's almost like you're embracing your inner child when you do this like i'm regardless of whether people thought your dumb knock knock jokes were funny i'm gonna listen to you it's like giving reverence to your inner child okay so the final one is practice being in the feeling place this this idea of listening to yourself listening to your inner child listening to your feelings all of those things are all the same okay your feelings are your guidance system your compass your inner child is your creative self manifesting is a creative business my friend so if you're trying to hear your guides more if you're trying to listen for signs and symbols if you're trying to understand how to connect with your guides these are some really good ways and this number seven practice being in the feeling place that's where that conversation all starts okay so if you're really good at reading symbols in your life or you're really just starting this either way these tips about you know getting in the moment practice paying attention slowing down getting curious about things what does it mean for me the final thing i want to say i guess this is a bonus one number eight is about then trusting that whatever information you get i really promote the idea of journaling it because you can see over time you can see patterns you can see direction you can see help that's been given to you even if you didn't know right it's like doing a puzzle i don't i didn't know that this piece was an elbow but now i do because i can start to see the big picture and listening to your guides is like seeing the big picture you're getting the big picture when we're in this age of aquarius for the rest of our lives it's gonna be about seeing the big picture so things are going to make sense a lot faster these little puzzle pieces are going to make sense because you're not right up on the puzzle you're in the big picture okay so i hope
