yeah we might be talking about that some more just just don't take it too seriously so but i hope everybody had a wonderful day today and uh you got through the day like you wanted to in the name of jesus and uh you know we are moving right along in his good graces and you know just bear in mind you know just bear in mind uh whatever you're going through just bear in mind when we talked about sunday the the road to emmaus and just understand that there's always a road and that road is usually filled with some kind of doubt some kind of challenge to your faith it's going to be something that where you say i thought this was going to be this way but it's not working out the way i thought it's a lesson for us not to put prior expectations or preconceived expectations on how god would do things okay so a lot of times if we find out god made a promise he said he's going to do this and we will put our preconceived expectations on what god said thinking it's going to work out the way we got it figured out in our mind and it doesn't even go anywhere near what you think yeah so the thing is you know you have to learn to trust god and not have any preconceived notions as to how god is going to do it okay just wait on him trust him and you know let time pass and watch the lord do his thing amen so that's a that's a good key and that's something i had just been meditating on all day uh you know it's not what we're talking about tonight but i just thought i'd drop that because it was just so fresh uh from from my my communion with the holy spirit so we're going to continue in just talking about this this these warnings this type of warning this type of taking the reason we're doing this is because i know that the lord wants us to take him more seriously his plan more seriously his words more seriously and to uh just got through saying something about syria so it's things that we should not be serious about and things that we should be very serious about so and a lot of times we have them flipped you know we take the things human things too seriously and we don't take the things of god serious enough and god says now i need you to take what i'm saying more serious and take what you think less serious and that's a that's that's a big one right there to get to to learn how to do that so uh but let's let's just have a word of prayer father in the name of jesus we thank you give you praise honor and glory for all the good that you're doing all the wisdom that you're teaching us lord it's just a privilege to walk with you and grow in you and to see your mighty hand move and teach us how to trust in your word and teaching our character growing our character lord to think where you think and to see things to where you see them and to wait the way you know how to wait and just to be able to size up glory to grow up in our spiritual size and size up into the things you've called us to and we just appreciate the patience that you have with our lives thank you for being faithful to us and and lord just keeping our lives on track the way you right where you want us to be and we just pray right now that you just continue to give us a word open our understanding help us to see the day and hour we're living in how precious how powerful how glorious it is glorious it is to be alive right now on the earth where you're about to show your best and we thank you father for the great gift of glory coming on this earth in jesus mighty name we receive all that you want to do in us in your mighty mighty name amen all right so on last week we saw with the children of israel in first corinthians we could turn there um first corinthians chapter 10 we saw where uh they were walking and under the cloud and we made that to be a picture of what it is for us to walk under the atonement of god the atoning blood uh it's it's their it was their covering it was their protection it was their grace that they walked in but they also managed not to appreciate what they were under and it showed because when we keep pushing god to the limits to where we disregard what he's trying to do what he's trying to teach us where he's trying to take us where we don't have the right attitude toward his plan then you know the people of god can come out from under that covering you know you you know we can come out from under the covering and when you do it it really leaves you open like open you know like an open target you know for the enemy the enemy can really spot you out can target you you can become uh victimized by the fact that you have been led away from god's protection but by the same token god is so gracious that if we were to repent and say yes i want to come back under your precious covering then god would allow us and welcome us with open arms so the issue here is not salvation the issue here is staying under the atonement under the recovery and then taking advantage of it uh that the grace the gift of this covering is not taken in vain so we read in uh first corinthians uh uh verse chapter 10 and we were well i'll just uh i'll just start from verse one and read on down to verse six it says moreover brethren i would not that you should be ignorant and how that our fathers under the cloud and all pass through the sea they were under the cloud they all passed through the sea and were all baptized into moses unto moses in the cloud and in the sea and did all eat the same spiritual meat and did all drink the same spiritual drink for they drink of the spiritual rock that followed them and that rock was christ amazing so god was dealing with this church uh the old testament church through natural elements and in verse 5 and 6 it says but with many of them god was not well pleased for they were overthrown all right they were overthrown in the wilderness they were overthrown in the church age you could say for these things now these things were our examples to the intent we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted okay so that's what overthrew them their lust for evil things the lust in their heart to do the things that god told them not to do or to stay in allegiance to things that god didn't want them to participate in to focus on things that god didn't want them to give their time or attention to okay so whatever god was trying to lead them into their their attention was away into another direction they didn't have it in their heart they weren't interested in it they actually despised it okay so uh and in every turn they were always putting god on trial god had them on trial all right but they were putting him on trial they were the ones being tested all right but they were trying to test him okay so they always complained murmured they wanted more things for their lust they wanted to party they didn't care about the fact that god was taking them to a land milk flowing with milk and honey they just wanted to do their thing they wanted to eat what they wanted to eat okay and they were not interested in the inheritance that god was trying to take them into so um in doing so god allowed him to go through certain things and he was trying to test him he's trying to get them to see i'm the one that provided food i'm the one that provided water i'm the one that keeps you protected i'll keep your clothes where they preserved and they won't wear out i'll keep your shoes where they won't wear out i'm the one who constantly provides for you because i have this cloud over you have this covering over you and so they didn't appreciate the provision they didn't appreciate the covering they didn't appreciate the direction nor the plan and they wanted to do their own thing because they're lust and lush really comes down to the fact that you know you can lose the opportunity of what this beautiful covering brings you can lose that people can lose that god's people can lose that and i was there saying a lot of people are going to experience a lot of things in these in the next 10 years because you still have people whose mindsets are based on 20 years ago based on how the church was 30 years ago and they don't understand that we've crossed into a different threshold that there's a greater responsibility that there's a much higher demand spiritually on us now that god is not going to really just allow people to continue doing things in his church that he allowed or that he winked at years ago right so he's calling for us uh to take him more seriously because he's going to do something more seriously on the earth where he's producing a great deal of heaven and glory on this earth but see if he's doing that then that's going to require more from us as well so we cannot actually afford to think the same or to allow our flesh to be the thing that prohibits us from participating because that's the issue that's where the lusty is your lust is in your flesh your lust is attached to your flesh it's your flesh that wants to do what it wants to do it's your flesh that has its own mindset it's your flesh contending with your spirit getting in the way of your spirit wanting to go the opposite direction of your spirit it's the flesh and so you have to contend if you're going to overcome or be an overcomer that's what you're going to have to overcome you're going to have to overcome you right you have to overcome yourself your own lust your own lesson telling you what it wants to do your flesh mind is telling you what it wants and it's going to be a test a real tug of war to see where you make a decision and put your foot down and either say i'm going you know in the direction that god is calling me into or uh i'm going to say yes to my flesh and suffer the consequences okay so you can be remembered their benefits their blessings that god has over you you know the the whole point of having listen the whole point of having this atonement and i don't have the board up here but we saw that we had the the blood atonement over us the whole point of that provision is so that your flesh does not be the issue that gets in the way between you walking with god you can walk in front of god and the blood obscures your flesh and all of its junk and it gives you the opportunity to walk in the spirit without your flesh being something you have to worry about and so we're supposed to take advantage of that but if i'm under the blood and i'm still being manipulated driven uh by my flesh and my flesh is telling me what to do and i'm doing it and i'm yielded to my flesh and i take my flesh more seriously than i take my spirit then i'm not you know it's like that grace has been given in vain it's like i'm not profiting i'm not i'm not profiting from what god uh has put before me i'm not taking advantage of the opportunity that he has that he has constantly given me through this blood covering and what can happen is if i am going to disregard as people disregard his blood his grace his this opportunity they will find themselves slipping out from underneath the blood and just like i said earlier when that happens people become an easy target all right i was looking at somebody last night they were trying to correct a pastor telling the pastor hey you can't continue to do this this is awful and god is telling me telling me to tell you to stop and reconcile and get it right uh because if not death is looming over you and seeing that's what starts to happen you know the enemy starts taking advantage death starts to loom when people disregard they start to disregard they're using the grace and the gift of god for their own selfish advantages their own selfish intentions and it's not good that has to be purged out of the church if the church is going to be a glorious church a church without spot or wrinkle it's going to have to be purged out and and god is listen god's going to clean house there's no doubt about it he's already begun that he's already he showed me that's what did y'all remember the dung stained dream i had you know so that was just god's showing me i'm going to clean this up you know man is used to his flesh he's used to his dog he's used to doing things his way i'm going to clean it up i'm going to clean it up i'm going to get it ready i'm going to get it right i'm going to get it profitable let me make my church strong and glorious okay so and it's beautiful and it's time for this to happen okay so um so it's about taking god seriously it's about taking him more seriously the problem with our lust and uh and the way it operates is that desires that's what lust is a desire desires are deceived by appearances all right it's a lot all of this has to do with appearances your flesh your flesh operates in the realm of of appearances but guess what that's what else operates what else operates in the realm of appearances the devil operates in the realm of of appearances see he he the scripture says he appears as an angel of light he operates in the realm of appearances because he knows the flesh side of us uh values appearances what looks good to us what feels good to us he operates in that and so lust is based on what i see all right all that's in the world is lust of the flesh that's the lust of the eyes and then you mix that with pride and what happens you start walking after what you see because that's what you want you see it you want it but it's a deception because what you see is not fully real it's not complete it's it's it's it's vain it's it's empty it's like looking at an empty container the appearance can look good but no contents all right god has the real contents but the flesh can only go by an appearance that's why religion is empty because religion tends to go by appearance right but you know everything is based on appearance okay and what ends up happening is people end up taking a form of godliness there's an appearance a form of godliness right but what denying the power why because there's no content there's no real substance so when we make choices based on appearances you go to church church can have all the appearances of being godly but you get in there and get involved and it's empty lifeless no content no power it had all the appearances all right and that's a problem when god's people keep making decisions based on appearances i'm actually writing a note now a paragraph or something another thought i was meditating and and it has to do with uh beware of the decisions of beware of the sun rising on your decisions all right which means you can be in the night time you can be in the dark you can be influenced by culture you can be influenced by what's going on in the dark and you can make a decision based on how you feel and based on what you see and that decision can prove to be a regret by the time the sun rises because now you can see oh wait a minute i didn't mean for this decision to put me here all right so people often are moved by what they see and we're supposed to learn not to pay attention to what we see but what god said we're supposed to look on the things that are not seen sounds like a paradox how do you look on things that are not seen all right versus looking at things that we do see and making a decision you look at what god says i don't see it yet it doesn't have an appearance yet right but god said it so i'm going to hold on to that i'm going to hold on to that okay so this is a problem when lust makes us drives us to appearances and taking the appearance of things more seriously than what god says to us okay this is called an evil thing we saw that okay this is driven by the flesh one of the things galatians 5 and 17 says it says for the flesh lust it means lust death lust eth at the end of lust eth means lust and continues to lust perpetually unending your flesh doesn't take a break from lust doesn't go on vacation it doesn't take a break it lusts death continuously perpetually the flesh lusts death against the opposite direction of the spirit okay so your your your your spirit is going west to follow god but your your your flesh is going east all right your flesh is going east while your spirit is going west is going against is going against your spirit so there and then you have to be careful the decisions you make put you in situations where it pulls you and pushes you rather in things that cause you to go against the grain where god is trying to take you all right that's why we said the decisions you make in the dark the sun will rise and make you realize oh i made a bad decision i regret making a decision okay because it puts you in a position position where you ended up getting getting in a grain into a flow that's taking you against the grain of where god is trying to take you okay so again appearances we make people make decisions based on appearances based on how things look and lust evaluates appearances that's what lust does it looks at appearances and lust pushes us to make decisions based on appearances you can't pay attention to what things look like right problems will come challenges will come it will look awful sound awful and some things are awful but you need to stay anchored into what god said and don't make decisions based on what things look like right okay so so this is what the children of israel did god was trying to take them to the promised land god's trying to take us to our promised land which is to be full of christ right but be careful they were thrown off in the wilderness they were overthrown in the wilderness god's trying to take them to the promised land they kept talking about egypt they kept talking about we want meat what is this man and stuff they kept talking about all the things that god was trying to get them to focus on trying to take into a land flowing with milk and honey but you your lush is causing you to go against me and many of them were overthrown in the wilderness okay all right so we have a blood atonement over us put in place as a divine covering for our flesh but it's not there for you to squander it and live after the flesh but it's giving us the opportunity in grace to grow spiritually into the image of god thereby overcoming the flesh that's what we're supposed to overcome the flesh overcome the flesh overcome the flesh overcome the flesh that's what we're supposed to be doing while we have this atonement over us we're overcoming in the flesh how do i overcome the flesh i overcome the flesh by actually growing in the spirit more you grow in the spirit the more you pay attention to what god and take him seriously as to what he's saying and give yourself to it you're empowered to overcome the flesh your own power to overcome the lust of the flesh because what happens is if you're not careful if you're not being that diligent about spiritual things what happens is you'll put more value in your flesh identity all right you're based on where you live what you look like what your skin color is what your your family heritage is you know you'll start to identify with flesh positions in life not who you are spiritually the flesh identity can i tell you about the flesh identity it is an illegitimate heir to the throne of god it's an illegitimate air all right it's trying to arise and proclaim all the things that god has for you but it's the flesh is the one trying to aggress it all right your flesh is an illegitimate heir it's an imposter all right it wants to be blessed it wants to have uh the pride of saying i i asked for this and it happened all right your flesh wants that it wants to take credit for what god is doing it's an illegitimate error so the flesh tries to assume the position of being an heir of god and here's some things there's some here's some here's some scriptures you can go by because it it seeks to legitimize itself your flesh is always seeking to legitimize itself it wants to prove itself look how good i am look what i accomplished so it seeks to legitimize itself through good works so yeah see you wouldn't think that but the flesh tries to do good works you can do a lot of good works with your flesh but it didn't even come from god it was from your flesh trying to prove this is what i can do all right this is why in romans 4 2 of 4 4 it says abraham if abraham was justified by works meaning good works because there was no law under abraham time if he were justified really by good works he had to wear off to glory but not before god abraham did a lot of good works he helped his community he helped all he had 300 and something eight 318 young men that he trained up abraham opened his home to people he fed people he did good works all around he was loaded with good works but he knew he knew his good works could not justify him and to where god would call him righteous all right so your flesh will try to assume righteousness look at all the good works i've talked to people i don't think god be a god to send me away from heaven and look at all the good things i've done in my community i've had people tell me that i feed children i go to this and do that i don't think i say you still got to give your life to jesus your good works is not going to get you into heaven so people will think because they do good works that that legitimizes them to receive from god and it doesn't that's a trick your flesh will try to legitimize itself by not just good works but the works of the law all right the works of the law sometimes we're all into our own selves we try to create a law in our own minds sometimes it's not just the ten commandments it's your commandments all right it's your rules a lot of people say i got my own they got their own rules rules formulated in their mind remember i said this is your temple and in your temple in your sanctuary you've got your own rules you've got your own laws and in your mind if i do all of the my laws from from a to z or from one two three four five i got all five of my laws in order if i keep them all then god's bound to call me righteous but galatians 2 6 says knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law be it ten commandments or your commandments a man is not justified by the works of the law but by the faith of jesus christ for the works of the law shall no flesh shall no flesh shall no flesh shall no flesh be justified the bible says that that's galatians 2 16. another area the flesh attempts to legitimize itself as the heir to the things of god is in praying yeah your flesh loves we'll walk we'll pray too your flesh wants to pray because he wants to see what can i get all right remember it wants to take credit all right so it's like oh pray people couldn't ask god and god to give let me see i'll pray your flesh will pray you'll pray out you can pray out of your flesh all right and this is what james tells us james says you ask and receive not because you ask a miss that you may consume it upon your lust that's flesh right so people when we ask being motivated by our lust that means that's the flesh wanting to to ask that's the flesh praying why because i can take ask i'm asking for what things that will satisfy my lust the flesh is always driven by lust lust motivates the flesh lust is the anatomy of manipulating things manipulating manipulating oh you mean i can manipulate people now i can manipulate god right so that's why the flesh will ask it wants to manipulate to see what it can receive to keep it upon his lust satisfy his lust so yes the illegitimate heir tries to pray to see if it can manipulate god to receive from god but you want to put it all together the air is not flesh fifth first corinthians 15 and 50 says now this i say brethren that flesh and blood cannot inherit now i say brethren that flesh and blood is not the air cannot inherit the kingdom of god cannot have any influence with the kingdom i can't receive from the kingdom of god cannot take in the kingdom of god flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of god neither does corruption or incorruption excuse me neither does corruption inherit incorruption okay because god listen the flesh and blood listen god is not flesh and blood right god is what he's spirit and word okay so if we are going to inherit god who is spirit and word then you have to consume spirit and word you have to what what part of you will consume spirit and word it's not your flesh right it's your spirit and soul your soul and your spirit is the thing that consumes spirit and word so if you're going to inherit god it's got to be your spirit and soul that inherits god through the spirit and word because that's what god is spirit and word if i'm going to get filled with god i have to consume spirit and word which is going in my spirit and in my soul not my flesh my flesh can't inherit god see your flesh can only have a relationship with flesh right that's all your flesh can do is have a relationship with flesh your flesh cannot have a relationship with spirit your flesh can't reproduce spirit okay so god god is the one who is going to reproduce himself if he's going to reproduce himself he's not flesh and blood so he's not going to reproduce flesh and blood and call it his he re he reproduces spirit because he is a spirit so that's why you had to be born again see your new birth he didn't say go get another natural father and mother right god says you must be born again jesus said you must be born again what does that mean does that mean go and find another mother and father so you can be birthed again no it's a new birth but it's spiritual right you have to be born of the spirit which means you're not adopted you're born of the spirit your father is spirit you got a new father a new birth requires a new father all right i don't know how the old father treated you i don't know if the old father was around but if you had a good natural father praise god but you got a better spiritual father you got a new father he's spirit that means your spirit so if you're going to become like an inherit you're going to inherit that's the legitimate heir the spirit of you your spirit is the one who can inherit the things of god your flesh can i don't care what you do in your flesh is not going to make a difference your spirit is the one who inherits god your spirit is the one who grows with the fullness of god your spirit is the one that gets full of god your spirit is the one that is transformed into the image of god it's your spirit not your flesh galatians 6 let's look at the legitimate air a legitimate air look at galatians 6. galatians 6 and 15. somebody read galatians 6 15. okay for in christ jesus in christ not outside of christ in christ jesus neither circumcision that's something that was done in the flesh you know under the under the old testament under the law they had to get circumcised unto moses as lord they had to get circumcised because circumcision was a token of what was to happen at the cross since the cross hadn't happened yet the token of circumcision was a token of crucifixion was circumcision all right but the token of crucifixion was circumcision this is when jesus his flesh was ripped to pieces circumcision is part of the circumcision all right so until that happened they had to get circumcised until crucifixion happened okay but all of their circumcision was in the shadow and it didn't it was just a token it didn't have the word available means power to receive power to receive power to obtain power to inherit power to receive from god the circumcision of the flesh had no power it availeth nothing or he says for in christ jesus neither meaning negative circumcision availed anything it had no ability no power to receive from god and then he says nor uncircumcision the fact that a person didn't get circumcised in the natural has no power so whether the flesh was cut away or not cut away in the natural no power all right you say well it was a religious requirement so what no power spiritually see you could be religious but no spirit right he says the only thing that has power is the new creature the only one that can avail anything from god has the power to receive from god has the power to pray and be heard has the power to believe and it comes to pass has the power to be righteous is the new creature that's the born-again spirit he is the true heir he is a legitimate heir not the flesh the flesh is illegitimate the flesh is an illegitimate heir trying to trying to pretend is a pretender it's it's it's fake it's illegitimate it's a counterfeit of the thing trying to receive the things of god but your spirit your born-again spirit is the one he is the one that can receive he's the one who has the birthright yeah that's what the birthright means to inherit your spirit has the birth or it has the right because of birth it was born after the spiritual father the father in heaven the spirit of light the father of light your spirit came down from the spirit of light because you are a light all right you have the right to inherit from him to receive from him your spirit not your flesh y'all hear that okay so so so so let's see where to go from here there's several places i could go let's look at add an example look at abraham uh yeah let's look at abraham real quick galatians 4 galatians 4. let's look at that and look at galatians 4 we can just let me just set it up a little bit because you know this is concerning abraham and his two sons what were their names who isaac and ishmael okay correct two sons and he's saying he's letting us know this is symbolic they're using his two sons symbolically because there were two women involved his wife sarah and her her bond woman hagar which are also symbolically used as two covenants okay abraham was the father of the children of flesh coming born after his flesh and the israelites but he's also the father of the born-again new testament church all right abraham is the father of both he's the father of god's people in the flesh he's the father of god's people after the spirit so what made that's what made us children of abraham is because abraham had faith and because we have faith not related genetically but we have faith we're related spiritually very important right okay so but in this two covenants two women one is bond or or or free and one is bond woman one is free one is in slavery one is free one is in slavery one is free one is in slavery right okay two covenants that's how it is with the law take commandments you are in bondage but under the blood of jesus you're free two covenants two different covenants opposite of one another god has two covenants just like abraham has two as it were wives but one is free one is in bondage there's two covenants god's two covenants have to do with one is the law which is bondage and the other one is in christ which is free okay but now the two covenants or the two wives have offsprings one has one each one has a sun what does the sun's represent okay so one sun let's just let's just do a little reading let's do a little reading here verse 20 1 says tell me ye that desire to be under the law do you not hear the law for it is written that abraham had two sons the one by the bond made and the other by a free woman but he who was of the bondwoman was born after the what flesh all right after the flesh the bondwoman the one that was enslaved that gave birth to his son is a son born after the flesh he relates bondage to flesh he relates bondage to flesh but he of the free woman was by promise okay promise and freedom go together children of israel were supposed to be free from egypt so they can go into the promised land you have been set free in christ so that you can be free to go into the promises of god that are all yes and amen and the main promise is to be heir of the world with abraham freedom and promise goes together but bondage and law go together okay so he says in verse 24 which things are an allegory or a parable or a picture for these are two coveteds one from mount sinai which gendereth to bondage which is agar for this agar is mount sinai where the law was given in arabia and answereth to jerusalem which is now meaning to jerusalem which is on earth and in bondage with her children jerusalem is still in bondage with her children that's why i say people get all excited i'm going to the holy land it's still in bondage what do you think you're going to become more spiritual going to the holy land my brother used to say to tell me when he's trying to get his life together he had he was in and out of jail he's in heaven now but you know i used to get on him he used to irritate me so it i mean when are you going to grow out of this come on man you know and we would talk and next thing you know he's calling me he's in jail and then i tried to hire him and then he gets a paycheck and then when i pay him and then he doesn't show up to work because he's partying you know and so finally as his as we got a little older he started you know paying attention more he started wanting to get right he started wanting to walk with the lord and get in the word and i kept telling me you have to get in the word you got to and and he started to but but he had that it was it was a religious tendency that was there he was like man if i could just get away from all this influence i can get away from the city if i can get away from these people and i can live better i can be better he said maybe i need to move to the holy land i said bro when you get over to the holy land you're still going to be a rascal over there because the land is not going to do anything for you plus they're still in bondage there's no there's there's no christ there's nothing there's nothing transformation about relocating so you're gonna have to do it in the heart but praise be to god man in the last couple of years of his life because i used to we used to talk on the phone all the time and and i always felt you know just correcting him correctly and being frustrated when i got off the phone from correcting him but then i noticed in the last two years i didn't have to correct him i didn't have to say anything he was feeding me he was spilling that word to me telling me what jesus said telling me what the word said and i i just want i just couldn't say anything i just had to listen because it's like this is beautiful look at the transformation that god has been feeding him but now his heart and his spirit is on track and he knows the word and he's telling me and he's i was like man just just bro just keep going just do it and then and i just that's one of the things i praise god so i know he's in heaven and i know god is is using him up there because he has a big heart to give to people and i know he's serving up there so so anyway it's it's not going to the holy land he never made it to the holy land it's not going to the holy land that changed him his heart got changed right where he was receiving the spirit of god yeah all right so he goes on to say but jerusalem verse 26 but jerusalem which is above is free which is the mother of us all the mother of us all our mother spiritual mother jerusalem above verse 27 for what is written rejoice thou bearing that bear is not break forth and cry thou that travaileth not for the desolate had many more children than she would have a husband okay now we brethren as isaac was are children of promise we are children of promise we everybody say we we are children of promise but as then he that was born after the flesh watch this persecuted him that was born after the spirit and even so it is now guess what's getting in the way of your spiritual walk your flesh your flesh is getting away in a way of where god is trying to take you your flesh and it's lust and it's basing everything on appearances is getting in the way of what god is trying to do in you all right it's going to be your flesh doesn't say you have to overcome you but look at the look at the solution he says verse 29 but as then that he was born excuse me but as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him prohibiting you getting you in the way you need to see yourself as god sees you and don't let anybody make you feel bad about who you are as a royal person in the royal bloodline to inherit the things of god because the flesh realm will try to make you feel bad and cause you to disqualify and make you feel like you don't fit in with us who if you think you are and you make you despise who you are spiritually put the bondwoman out and her her son cast out the bondwoman and her son for the for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free woman because the true air is not your flesh the legitimate heir to the throne to the things of god is your spirit so then brethren we are not children we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free we're not children of the law bondage you're not under the law in other words you shouldn't be christ set you free you have received the spirit of adoption which is just the opposite because the spirit of adoption is the one who not only led you to be born again in bringing you into christ but the spirit of adoption is the one who once you become a child starts to teach you and convince you and persuade you that you are a child and starts to lead you into the direction that's going to make you an heir that's going to cause you to inherit that's what the spirit of adoption does it prepares you to inherit everything from god okay so a lot of people misuse that word adoption they keep using it in the context that god has has rescued us orphans it has nothing to do with being an orphan because we are born again remember we're born into the family not an orphan this has nothing to do with orphans this is we are born into the family you must be born again but once you're born the spirit of adoption is not about taking in an orphan the spirit of adoption is god taking his own children and growing them and preparing them and raising them and teaching them and preparing them this is my kingdom and this is how you run my kingdom and this is how you live and talk like me i want to teach you to be just like me that's the spirit of adoption so that when adoption is finished when the processes of adoption are finished then you will be placed because that's the word placed is in the word adoption you are placed as a son you are placed as a daughter here's your reward here's your responsibility here's your assignment and we're going to give you everything you need you're going to be transformed spiritually soullessly and bodily that's why you get a transformed body as part of your adoption oh yeah believe it so about god validating himself to your spirit see we want god to somehow show himself in the flesh realm and it's like no he's going to bear witness to our spirit he's going to convince our spirit we are children of god that we are children of god not only children but heirs of god because he's talking to your spirit you're an heir of god you belong to the throne you're part of royalty god has a high calling for you he's convincing your spirit of who you are not only children of god but heirs of god not only heirs of god but join us with christ everything that god has given christ he says i want to give it to you too how about that everything that god has given christ he says i want to give it to you also but keep in mind if so be that we suffer with him and we will and we do it's okay it's quite okay to suffer it's worth it it's more than worth it right it's okay right to suffer for christ it's okay to go through some dark areas for christ it's okay that people talk about me it's okay that people persecute me it's okay that i go through these sufferings but for a moment they're not even remember don't take things that happen in the earth too seriously in your flesh life and what you see and feel take what god has planned for you far more seriously than what you're going through in the earth all right take god what he promised because i know i have an eternal destination with him i know i have a high call i have i know i have great eternal rewards with him i'm taking that more seriously than i am the things that are now happening me in time the things that are happening to me in time i'm not going to take that seriously because it's but for a moment i'm not taking this stuff seriously down here so i said when the beginning we had some problems with the sound or whatever what's the key don't take it that seriously don't take it that seriously you have problems on your job don't take it that serious people make threats don't take it that seriously your body gets sick don't take it that seriously be more serious about what god said okay so so so the spirit is trying to convince us of what's most important to god in our hearts in our spirits he's dealing with our spirits to convince us of what's more important the things that are most important to god that's what we need to be more concerned with and he says if so that we suffer with him that we might may also be glorified together and he actually goes on the next verse he says something about for the sufferings of this present time are not even worthy to be compared to the glory that shall be revealed in us once glory is revealed all of your troubles and all the things you went through is going to be like it never happened they can't be compared the pain the suffering that you would do the persecution is not even comparable to the joy and the glory and the power of where you're standing with god you won't even think about those things you might even look at them say thank you for taking me through that because that suffering actually pushed me and directed me to the place of glory in you it kept me on track it kept me praying it kept me coming back to you it kept me bowing down to my knees and kept me crying to you those suffering things actually kept me on track so that you could glorify yourself in me yeah so you might even have a a party of thanksgiving come to my party i'm having a party of thanksgiving well what thing what you're thankful for that i went through suffering thank you lord for the suffering you took me through thank you for the things that pushed me the things that created pain thank you for the things that created pressure and stress on my life because all those things helped push me closer to you yeah so we this is what we're doing we're learning we're learning by the spirit we're learning because i'm telling you there's something is about to take off on this earth there's something that's about to take off on this earth angels are gathering i'm telling you angels are gathering on this earth by the billions something major is about to happen on this earth and you want to be as in tune as you can you don't even have to be very spiritual to tell was that something is changing something is happening but you want to be in position you want to open your spirit up to god you want to say yes to the lord you want to be able to spend time in his word and in prayer and meditation you want to give yourself give your heart to the lord and say do what you have to do with me because i see that something i sense something is happening i'm sensing that you're lining things up that you're about to change things that we have crossed over into another threshold into another dimension and there's nothing that's ever like this that's been on the earth before so father in heaven here i am your child you called me to be here in the last days get me ready let my spirit come forth forget about my flesh father forgive me for my flesh and let me walk after the spirit because i want to be that true and legitimate air that you want to use in these last days yeah this is happening i'm telling you it's happening it's happening i i'm just i'm just telling i don't know how to tell you i'm frustrated that i can't tell you uh the way i sense it all i know is that now i'm spending all a lot of my waking hours in the word i'm spending my time meditating i'm taking notes every time the spirit says something to me if i don't i said let me write that down before i forget it and then i'll go back and i study and i feed on it some more i'm i want to hear him more i want to i'm thinking about the things he's already taught me and i'm saying add to this lord because i know there's more you want to expound on this so i'm asking and i'm seeking and i want to know i want to get ready i want to be full i want to hear his spirit i want to be able to be obedient to him i'm starting out my morning saying your will be done your will be done this day i don't even know what's gonna happen i may even have plans this day but still i want to start off your will be done this day and that was what does that do i'm putting him first i want to put him first so if he redirects my day i'm ready to go help me to go with it help me to be flexible to you heavenly father amen because i you you have to understand man you you've got to put your spirit first you got to make that investment your spirit is first your spirit is the one who's going to inherit everything from god your spirit needs to be prepared it needs to be fed your spirit is the one that god has given grace to benefit from him your spirit is the one your spirit is the giant that's sleeping inside that's getting ready to stand up and run devils off it's your spirit you don't even know how big your spirit is you don't even know you once you recognize this you you will you will be upset with yourself that you let such things captivate you you know but but you'll you'll you'll when you sense the full liberty you're going you're going to walk and nothing's going i mean you're going to say things that you wouldn't believe that come out of your mouth and you're going to see it happen just as you say because it is christ in you the hope of glory who is glorifying himself standing up in you demonstrating god's power and glory through you and this is what this world deep in darkness needs to see and i'm i am praying for god's people everywhere that as many as as possible i know it's not going to be the whole church but there is an army that god is raising up there is an army of sons and daughters that are being raised up i'm telling you it's happening it's happening you might not feel it but it's happening and i believe in this house there's going to be more sons and daughters than people realize they come right out of this house i believe that with all my heart and i'm listening to ministries and i can tell the ones there's not a lot of them that's preparing people for this there's not a lot of them that even perceive this most ministries and i that i i will respect and recognize that i hear they're preparing people for going to heaven i'm telling you when i listen intently to their messages and to what their their their formula says they want you to be good people down here on earth they want you to try to do the best you can and serve god and then when it's all done serving you go to heaven all right i'm like okay you just missed over a whole big thing that god's getting ready to do on this earth are you preparing them for that all right and i'm not putting anybody down i'm just saying this is not being something that is not something that's being talked about people are not being prepared for what is about to happen on this earth it's like the church still doesn't know it's like they're still fast to sleep in many ways on different levels amen and i i'm just i'm asking the lord give me a voice give me a give me the ability to uh platform to where i can my voice and my the what revelation he's given me can go into areas all over the place all over the world let let me just say what you want me to say all over the world break down barriers wake people up but i know they have to be made ready and in god's timing i know it's going to happen amen all right hallelujah let us pray father thank you for this night thank you for this day thank you for this moment lord it's just hearing hearing hearing hearing your vision hearing your heart hearing your your word your direction hearing father what is most important what you take seriously i pray in the name of jesus father that we take serious the things that you take serious that we focus on the things that you want us to focus on and not only things that we tend to focus on i pray in the name of jesus that we find more value and start to discern the value of who we are as spirit people born again people people born after you you're our father you're the spirit of lights you are you are our father we are a spirit born after you we are your children and so you have called us and you have birthed us to be just like you and so father i ask you in the name of jesus teach us this open our understanding put revelation heart knowledge in us open the eyes open our eyes of our understanding more and more so that we can know the purpose of your calling upon our lives that we can see who we are that we can look past the small things the earthly things the things that aren't so serious in eternity but to look at the things that we cannot see dear jesus teach us how to function as spirit people talk as spirit people how to use our mouths from the spirit realm into this natural realm how to speak to mountains so that they be moved how to do greater works than these since you have departed to be with the father in the name of jesus we want to be filled with the knowledge of the love of christ we want to be filled with all the fullness of god we want to be able to operate in the fact that you've told us we can tread upon devils and we can put those powers to flight and by you know any means that shall anything hurt us father you said that in your word you said that in your word you said that you would rise with healing in your wings you said that the curse has been broken that nothing can stand up to your blood so father i pray that as you have given us everything we need in your blood and in your word by your spirit that father we learn to stand up in it and function in it we have been slaves long enough we have been in bondage long enough to our own mental limitations and restrictions and rules but father we are living liberated by your word to follow after the spirit like the wind help us to move like the wind help us to move with that kind of freedom that kind of liberty that the wind would blow wherever it chooses to go give us that type of freedom in our souls in the name of jesus and forgive us lord for our doubts and our unbelief forgive us for having fears forgive us for hiding in the dark forgive us lord in the name of jesus but we give ourselves to receive your word so that we can shine like the lights that we are and we thank you father that we are becoming overcomers and more than conquerors in the mighty name of jesus i ask you to bless these your people here bless your people listening online bless them empower them let the skill of the spirit rise upon them be developed in them so that lord they will be your weapons your power walking on the earth your glory being carried
