the select the value dot equals or the dot employee id then else if it is a less than zero i haven't selected it will return all the drop down lists on index minus one but if it is selected as the previous i will have the index selected as from all the data dot num dot select then we go to the partial view to display it with the view the data dictionary or the data okay or here it is i think it
