Deliver initial order

hello my name is dakota and i am a product program manager here with girl scouts of ohio's heartland and today's tutorial will walk you through submitting those initial orders during the 2021 girl scout cookie program the initial order phase is the first part of the 2021 girl scout cookie program and girls will participate in two important ways they will take orders on their order cards girls use order cards to take pre-orders for cookies that they deliver to customers in february and in digital cookie where girls will personalize their digital cookie sites with pictures videos and stories to share with family and friends to help them meet their goals the initial order phase runs from sunday january 3rd of 2021 to sunday january 24th of 2021 remember that tuesday january 26th by noon troop cookie program coordinators must enter troop initial orders and initial order girl rewards into ebuddy and troop cookie program coordinators will also need to select their delivery location and time in ebuddy also by noon on january 26th there are three steps to submitting your troops initial order the first is entering your initial orders of all of your girl scouts the second is choosing your delivery location and the third is submitting all of those initial order rewards let's jump over to e-buddy to see what this looks like in the site when you first open ebuddie you will be open to your troops dashboard as you can see i am open to troop 103's dashboard and i am going to get ready to submit my initial order to start we're going to go along the top blue bar and find the initial order tab and select it this will pull up all of the girls in my troop the next step is to click on the name of the girl whose order you are entering an input row will appear at the bottom these light orange boxes and you will enter in all of the totals for each column including operation salute or op sal once you have inputted in all of the varieties you're going to go to the bottom right hand corner and select the blue ok button then you will repeat those steps for every girl in your troop once you have input all of your girls orders into the site you will then go up to the upper left hand corner where you see this orange submit order button please be advised you can only submit your initial order once so be sure that all of your information is correct before you select submit order i have double checked all of my information it is correct so i am going to select submit order it will bring you up one more reminder about that you can only submit once i feel confident in my numbers i'm going to select ok as it updates it will bring you up this reminder that you now need to go select your delivery site to do that we are going to go back up to the blue bar across the top find the delivery tab right next to the initial order tab select it then we are going to select that someone from my troop will be picking up these cookies i'm going to select no that i am not picking up for another troop and then i will pull down this drop down box and select my delivery location it will bring up time slots i will then select my time slot once i feel confident that that is when i want to pick up my initial order i will go to the upper left hand corner and click submit my info it will bring me up a tab that says your delivery info has been updated i will select ok and now it is time to go submit my initial order rewards if i have any for my troop along the top blue bar we're going to find the rewards tab and select it then we're going to go to initial rewards order to the middle purple button that says fill out and select it you can see that my girls do earn some rewards so i will go to each girl and submit their girl order once i have submitted all my girl orders i will then go down to the bottom of the screen where it says submit reward order this will submit my troops initial order and i will select it it will remind me that i can only submit my troop reward order once and i will say okay and that is all you need to do to submit your troops initial order remember if you have any questions we've got you you can give us a call at 614-340-8858 you can email us at productprogram gsoh.org and of course be sure to follow our facebook page gsoh product program and keep an eye out for all webinars and tutorials that we offer during the whole cookie program thank you so much and have a wonderful day
