[Music] to use the quick scan mobile barcode scanner you must first perform the initial setup on the unit after the unit has a strong enough charge you will need to use the quick reference guide to program the unit on page 7 of the quick reference guide first scan the restorer quick scan mobile default then scan enter configuration and set radio address the barcodes for the radio address can be found on page 27 the radio address must be 4 digits and it must be lower than 2000 basically 0 0 0 0 2 1 9 9 9 are the only valid entries once you have set that go back to page 7 and scan exit and save configuration now go to page 8 scan the bind barcode and place the scanner immediately in the cradle it should give you a short beep if it binds correctly otherwise it will give you a high low error tone once the scanner has been bound to the cradle go to page 10 for the list of interface types most setups require the USB KBD barcode to be scanned this puts the scanner in a mode that sends barcode data as keyboard data if the scanner gives a low 3 beeps every time you scan a barcode you will need to scan the exit and save configuration barcode on page 7 to get it out of that mode this can happen during programming when there is a disruption in communication between the scanner and cradle you you [Music] [Applause]
