massachusetts ohio puerto rico rhode island tennessee tennessee is on the list in vermont so those are the states that we have for pandemic ebt for all those that are in alabama once again our state did not submit it okay it's not submitted we have sometime in february we'll get it submitted i don't know about the other states i just know what happened what came in our news all right moving along for emergency allotment for february we have colorado d.c florida georgia hawaii illinois iowa kansas kentucky maine maryland mississippi missouri montana north carolina ohio rhode island south carolina vermont virginia washington west virginia and wyoming and i have the payout date so here let's go ahead and get it popping mama alright so in colorado you're going to get your money february 7th through the 12th this should include that additional 15 as well but if it doesn't you know you need to look at your state snap program and see what's going on don't get mad at me so colorado the 7th through the 12th dc february 27th and then march 6. florida you're going to get yours february 10th georgia february 24th through the 27th hawaii you're going to be issued on march 8th so even though it's for february you're gonna get it in march iowa is gonna be with your normal schedule illinois february 20th through the 28th kansas march 15th through march 24th kentucky february 2nd through the 19th maine february 10th maryland february 1st through the 28th maryland y'all could have just just said sometime in february why you just okay anyway mississippi february 2nd so all my vermont march 15th virginia february 4th washington it says between your regular issuance as well as between the 2nd and the 20th it just depends west virginia so somebody said you never mention west lawmakers are introducing what is called the education voucher proposal so maryland families and school districts that do not fully reopen for in-person learning by the start of the 2021-2022 school year you can obtain a grant that is equal for a per student share that comes from the state so now these grants will be applied to like private schools and some other type of school they got going on but they said it's the real money for real education act and pretty much that is where they're trying to get students back in the classroom but what they also want to do for families is give you some tax credits which means that you will actually get offset on your taxes for what you have to do with remote learning including child care needs internet higher energy costs even higher food costs as well and then they're also looking at requiring in-person services where you can have people come in your home and that will be qualified for for like special education speech and language therapy counseling behavioral health so they're trying to get some different things i know here in alabama we are doing where um i think they get the it's like the cable the the state will pay for the cable for six to nine months so it seems like you guys are trying to do something like that in maryland let me know down below is your state doing some things like that have you checked with the school system to see but that's what they they started in alabama doing from august to december and then with the extended funds that somehow have not been used yet they are increasing it from january i think to march or may on there where you can get your cable paid for if you have a kid that's doing virtual learning something to look into guys as well alright moving along free food boxes in huntsville so the north bank of north alabama or the food bank of north alabama will be providing a free food distribution for dekalb county adults on february 3rd so mark your calendars wednesday february 3rd they're going to give out 500 food boxes now excuse me guys these food boxes with my hand sanitizer lord romney's still around here i'll get it in a second but these food boxes are first-come first-served basis but it's not like your little you know your little canned goods the old dried up stuff that no one wants in their pantries that they donated like they have everything and it's like milk and cheese and fruit and chicken and so on there if you want to get it they're going to give it out at the vfw fairgrounds located at 18th street northeast in fort payne so on there hey they asked her if you want to show up attendees will be asked to provide your name and address as well now president joe biden is getting in there and he's signing all kind of stuff guys anything that hits his desk except for that two thousand dollar reoccurring stimulus but hey you know we can't have everything my darling but as of right now he is looking at improving the health reduce racial disparities with the wic investment so his funding will enable joint efforts by the department of agriculture and health and human services to modernize wic and strengthen the cross enrollment so on there they're saying hey he wants to be able if you want to get weak that you can have a single online entry point where a family in any state would be able to start a wic application and it will be routed to that state to see if they're eligible so you'll know right then and there if you're eligible for the week ensuring that medicaid snap and wic data systems can share information with families that are eligible for wic but are not enrolled so some people don't even know that they can get wic and so they're like hey we want to build this system that you know they're trying to go digital like everything we're trying to do the george jetson stuff type right so i know let me know how old y'all are y'all know about george jensen all right so moving on he said he also wants to determine how many families participating in medicaid or snap benefits are eligible but not enrolled as well as target have a targeted outreach to reach them and they're going to call this the wic enrollment collaboration of 2021. now with this they say that that program will be able to provide social services healthcare providers early childhood learning even places where if you needed to get like diapers and different things it says digital tools partnerships with health care and social service providers outreach campaigns delivery models which that lets you know that hey you know instacart is partnering with all these so they want to do all these things because they said the more families are enrolled or eligible for wig it can improve the maternal and the child health outcomes as well and
