value when you don't have any comps data to look at and what some people will do is they will rely solely on their gut and not bother checking their comps and so they'll see something like this like a stack of you know medical books and they'll think wow you know these must be worth something and there's a bigger stack over there and they just get several boxes and they wind up paying up for it and know and now i run all these social media things and you know created my own website from scratch and all the different things that i've done that comes in just believing in yourself and telling yourself no i can do it if that person could do it i can do it too so start having more confidence this year and don't get dragged down by the negative comments whether it's on social media or someone
