value when you don't have any comps data to look at and what some people will do is they will rely solely on their gut and not bother checking their comps and so they'll see something like this like a stack of you know medical books and they'll think wow you know these must be worth something and there's a bigger stack over there and they just get several boxes and they wind up paying up for it and
