Hi! My name is Andrew, and I'm here to show you how to include personalized email attachments in your emails using YAMM. If you are planning on sending an attachment which is the same for all users, you should simply add this to your draft email in Gmail. First I need to upload my different attachments into Google Drive, so that YAMM can add them to my personalized email. The attachments could be any type of file, including PDFs, images, documents ... and much more! I create a new folder for my attachments by clicking New, then choosing Folder. Type the name of my folder followed by pressing Enter. I click New again, and this time I choose File upload. I need to obtain the URL of each file and place them into my YAMM Google Sheet. YAMM uses the URL to identify which attachment to send to each recipient. From Google Drive I can click on the attachment, followed by clicking on the Get shareable link button from the toolbar. You may need to turn link sharing on if it is not switched on already. The link for the attachment is now displayed. I can copy it by double clicking, and then choosing to press ctrl+C or cmd+C on my Windows or Mac computer. I now need to switch to my YAMM Google Sheet, and paste the link into the attachment column for the recipient. If you don't have an attachment column in your sheet, simply create one by inserting a column and typing 'Attachment' with a capital A. It is important the attachment column is spelled exactly as shown on screen, because YAMM is case sensitive! Also, note if you would like to send more than one attachment, add a comma at the end of the first link within the attachment column, then add the link for your additional attachment.
