[Music] good morning guys so it is currently 9 57 a.m right now i woke up like two hours ago but i ate breakfast i had a slow morning of course how to make my bed i really need to get new pillows i'm like i have like three cups of water on my nightstand but look how cute these cups are i mean go off they're super cute and then jalen has his gatorade over there just beaming in the sunlight but good morning guys i hope you guys are having a good day whenever you're watching this um today is just another day in quarantine i can't but yeah i always have to start my day making the bed and just like picking up around the room just because i cannot have a messy environment it really affects like my mental i feel like everything has to be like super clean and like put together or i go crazy but good morning today is going to be a good day also here's my little morning setup i had most of my celery juice i still need to finish it and i had my coffee i had my oatmeal but you guys were saying about this compass is a sprite with hairspray so it doesn't shed or anything so i'm gonna do that because this thing be shedding there hopefully that helps because this thing be shedding look at her she's fluffy also i'm so excited i got another one of these in the mail so i ordered this tv console on etsy this white one and i actually ordered another one but in black because we thought it would be cool to have like an all-white thing and then like a black one so like white and black i don't know i felt like it would look really cool so we're gonna have the white tv console right here and then have like black decor on it and then we're gonna put black tv console that's the same one right here um right here and then have white decor all over i think they'll look cool i'm just waiting for that in the mail so i bought most of that stuff that's on the tv console from etsy from like small businesses and one of the small businesses i think it's pronounced inno boutique that's how you celsius drinks obviously i already opened it this is the watermelon kind they sent me a whole bunch of grapes because i've never tried it and they don't sell them at my local stores here so shout out to them i'm so excited oh my gosh icons okay guys so it's time to work out i'm gonna put my shoes on i need to clean this up also yes i know these socks are way too long these were the only clean ones that i had yeah i'm just gonna do some cardio and that's about it i'm kind of sore from yesterday so that's why i'm just doing cardio today so i'm gonna do it for i think like 30 or 35 minutes so fix myself i can't breathe okay i love that okay guys so i just took a shower i feel all fresh and so clean i just made a salad and it looks so good um i'm using like dairy-free caesar dressing which isn't bad at all i'm like obsessed with it um it doesn't taste any different to be honest here let me show you i just ran out of it this is the caesar dressing that i use it's dairy free and it tastes so good it doesn't like i feel like there's not really a big difference between like regular caesar but i try to limit my dairy because my body does not process it well and i just get super bloated and it's just not a good time i'm having this for lunch i also didn't show you guys but i got my nails done yesterday and you probably can't even tell but my hang nails are so bad whenever i'm like stressed out or something or whenever i'm like stressed out i always like bite my hang nails so um they're not looking too hot but i got dip powder for the first time and i really like it she said it was like more healthy for your nails so i got dip powder and i just got the clear pink one which i really like the look of it but yeah oh there's literally chicken on my finger cute okay guys so it is a little bit later i got ready clearly literally not for anything because there's nothing to do i just took some pictures so here's my outfit i'm just wearing this halter top from pretty little things and then i'm just wearing these flare pants which are from fashion nova so yeah finally got ready the curls are thriving they're still kind of wet but i moved the pompous over here for the picture i originally was taking pictures on my like tripod thing but it's just so difficult i just had jalen take it on his uh break which was so nice thank you um let's put this bad boy back here it definitely is shedding a lot less so that's nice so fun i know well my curls are crazy right now but i'm gonna edit uh the instagram pictures and then post them and i'll include them like right here or go to my instagram actually at sorry jones but yeah i'm just chilling brb well i look crazy from this angle okay guys i have a couch update i think they got the memo finally i'm gonna give you guys a little update so uh justice is this whole thing is so funny but justice is being served oh my god i can't i need to cut you guys up so okay so first i'm gonna tell you what happened and then yeah if you guys didn't watch the last vlog you guys wouldn't know all this drama with the couch so definitely check that out before you see this so the last thing that happened with the couch situation is they sent us 10 off which was kind of like a slap in the face for like waiting almost six months for a couch so jalen put together a nice little email all included right here so jalen sent that email through my email because i'm really bad at like typing stuff up i just like have too much in my head to like spill out but they never reply to that so i dm them on instagram i'll include the screenshots um i said send email last night but haven't heard back and then livingspaces says thank you for letting me know i am going to escalate this to the director of guest services right now queen or king and then we got this dm and i got a receipt for the refund guys we did it joe that meme keeps popping up in my head of kamala harris on the phone with joe biden anyways i'm not gonna bring politics into it whatever pretty much the gist of that message is the couch is gonna get here on february 8th and they're giving me a 50 discount for the inconvenience which i'll take that i'm okay with that i'm fine with that we're getting half off we're getting the couch on february 8th hopefully um watch it not even come february 8th but staying positive we really did that justice is served you guys are um real ones you guys were going ham but i also i feel so bad for the people hoping that living spaces going forward are gonna take any like order that someone places this serious i was getting so many dms of people saying that they like ordered from living spaces and they haven't gotten their package or anything i hope livingspaces is also paying attention to the people that don't have like a big following on a platform you know i hope they're giving this discount to anyone that has been waiting for the order because it's ridiculous like the heck so yeah i want to give you guys a little update so mark your calendars february 8th we're getting that couch hopefully you guys are the best okay so as you guys know the lighting in this bathroom sucks like it's not the best lighting it looks kind of orange and stuff so the big package that i had downstairs was this light up mirror so my dad's about to put it up so this is the before of the bathroom this is the lighting this is what the mirror looks like it's huge and it also has a defogger so when you take a shower and you just press that button it like defogs a mirror it's crazy and the lighting's gonna be insane so super excited shout out to my dad huh he's so excited okay so we're gonna have to go to lowe's because we have to turn this around because the button's supposed to be down here whoa oh okay guys we kind of like removed this part right there but it literally isn't as bright as it is online which is super annoying so i'm probably gonna have to return it and get a new one or a different brand but online it looked completely different so that's really annoying so we decided to get out of the house because we've been in there for way too long so we're watching the sunset right now and it looks so pretty see look ordered some pressed juicery i got my daily celery juice i literally drink this every single day it helps with my digestion and all that stuff so i got 10 of these and i'm going to refrigerate those and then i also got oh my goodness wait that's so sweet i'm going to tell you guys after i show you this whole situation it says we wanted to say sorry in here is to exercise to make up for a bellevue team and this is from preston street they gave me they gave me this fanny pack but i also got i'll tell you guys what just happened it's been a morning and then i also oh my god wait they gave me all of these for free too it was oh my gosh what shout out to them okay we got more drama so 2021 is really testing us so first of all i ordered pressed juice three when i was like half asleep this morning i order it and um so you order from press juicery and then they have like doordash or postmates deliver it for you so i ordered my celery juice it says the orders delivered so i look outside of um the front door and it's not there there's no juice there's no nothing so then i text him and i'm like hey like did you get the wrong house like my order didn't come and no answer i call him no answer i call him again and he's like what did he he was like before that he was texting and saying i'm on the way with smiley face he's being like overly nice he's like thank you so much for the amazing tip like blah blah and i was like bless you i was thinking myself i was like i didn't give that big of a tip for him to like be so happy about it and on the app like they have like a 10 thing i should have did 20 i wasn't thinking i just put 10 because it was already highlighted and i was like half asleep and i was like okay boom good to go so then i call him he doesn't answer the first time so i call him again and i'm like hey like i didn't get my order like it's not in the front door and he was like what did he say he was like thank you so much for your big tip um god bless and for for karma i put your juices by the trash can and i was like why did you put it in the trash like by the trash can like aren't you supposed to put it on like by the door it's doordash and he was like he hung up on me and then i heard this i'm in the office and i was like hold up yeah so i call him back and he's he's just like talking gibberish at this point and then he hangs up on me and then i give jalen the phone and i called him insane i said i said look here first you ain't gonna hang up on my girlfriend second of all next time deliver it at the door you work for doordash not garbage can dash yeah like let's come on now like let's get let's let's be real and then he was just like you know going blah blah blah all this and then he hung up on me again so then i called him back and then i just said some words i ain't gonna say on here oh yeah he just kept going he's like i got my own business blah blah blah all this like you know he's just laughing and i'm sitting there i'm also i'm calling them names because i i don't care like you disrespect her you disrespect us a general like you're not even gonna deliver it at the door like like you put it next to the trash can like why would you do that i just wanted my juices so pressed juicery was so nice we called uh the local one that's in our like area in bellevue or whatever i put the old ones that he delivered out here because i don't know if he tampered with it i don't know he just seemed very angry for no reason we didn't even do anything so chris juicery was so nice and resent a whole bunch and gave us this card and sent all this extra stuff which was so sweet so shout out to them i mean they obviously can't control who delivers it and stuff but justice is served i called press juicery and it was definitely very helpful um i just basically i knew it wasn't their fault i just wanted to let them know the situation just for future references so that way you know they receive him as a delivery driver like it's like come on now like you haven't even done anything like yes we understand like tip this like you know there's a certain percentage and all that but it's like especially like you haven't even done anything yet and you're already getting mad because you got a tip like it's like trying to tip the server before you even start eating like it doesn't work that way obviously i know to tip like 20 like i always tip like a good amount like restaurants everything i don't know i it was already highlighted for 10 tip on the app and i was half asleep i didn't think about it i feel like we're you know these are their wellness their wellness shots and it has ginger lemon and cayenne in it they sent six of those they sent oh my goodness they really went off one of their vitality shots which looks like this they sent their aloe vera shot their tart cherries shot and a chlorophyll shot interesting and their elderberry shot i'm pretty sure these are all their mini shots or whatever shout out to them oh my goodness guys yeah we're just having such weird like drama the couch people now doordash i mean it was just the specific driver not sure like he was just so mad and being so need to go to the grocery store because i really want to make matcha brownies i think that'd be so fun and they look so bomb and i feel like um it's perfect because i feel like this matcha has been sitting here for a while i have match in here and i haven't been really using it that much so i kind of want to use it up and make brownies out of it i saw this picture on pinterest and they looked really bomb so we're gonna make those and i need to grab some other groceries at the grocery store so let's go okay let's get the goods [Music] oh [Music] okay got everything now we're good to go okay guys i'm home now i'm gonna put these away and then let's start on the matcha brownies i had to go to the grocery store originally just for uh this like pan thing oh let's not break it but i ended up grabbing some groceries because i was already there so might as well grab it [Music] got all of the stuff for the matcha brownies so let's get started i also got all the measuring cups so let's try to make this we'll make this part like a little quick and like fast if you guys want to make this i will have the directions down below so got you guys so it says first preheat oven done um grease baking pan i'm gonna wash this real quick because i just bought it i'm gonna take the butter and i'm just gonna you know butter the pan [Music] that's all buttered up okay so it says to melt half a cup of butter into a bowl until it browns or gets brown so one stick of butter and put that in the microwave okay next it says add white chocolate and matcha powder into a small bowl and then pour whoa it got bright out and then pour the butter on top and mix it until it you know does its thing half a cup of white chocolate chips i'm gonna pour that in here then it says two tablespoons of matcha powder i'm to use like two and a half tablespoons because i want it to be really matchy even that's not a word oh wait that's kind of big so maybe only two oh i wanted to i wanted to do my instagram taps here i'll take a picture i'm gonna put like two and a half why not we'll go crazy okay so we got the matcha and the white chocolate in there now we're gonna take the melted butter and put it in here and we're just gonna stir away i'm gonna put you guys down here so you can see better wow that actually mixed really well that like completely melted it i mean there's a couple chunks but for the most part wow and this is really green now we need to take a large bowl we're gonna take one cup of sugar wow that's a lot boom and then you're gonna take whoa and then it says to take one fourth cup of light brown sugar voila now we're gonna take three eggs and then it says one teaspoon of vanilla extract oops and then the last thing is half a teaspoon of salt but i just have pink himalayan salt so hopefully that's okay lastly a half a teaspoon of salt i'm gonna put a little extra in just in case i wish i had like one of those mixer things but it says to just mix this all together super yellow now it says to add the matcha mixture now it says to just mix that up that's what it looks like so far and we still need to add the flour so it's going to get a little bit lighter but it smells so good it smells like white chocolate matcha obviously but wow now it says to add one cup of flour sifted which i don't have a sifter so we're just gonna ignore that stir your flour into using a spatula gently fold the flour into batter so it says to fold it so i'm just gonna keep folding it i guess i don't know this smells so good so this is what it looks like oh it's all nice and green it smells so bomb so now i'm going to add this to the pan and we're good to go [Music] okay now i'm gonna put it in the oven and we're good it says to keep it in there for 30 minutes on 350 so okay so i took it out i ignored this i'm cooking up noodles for jalen because he is hungry but um this is what the matcha brownies look like it looks kind of weird but also ignore that i was checking to make sure that it was ready instead online to make sure that when you do this make sure it's on the very the lowest uh like wrap because if you put it on the higher rack it's gonna turn brown at the top so this just on the outsides did but i'm gonna cut up a piece and let's try it oh my gosh guys look at this on the website said it's supposed to look a little bit fudgy so wow it looks perfect okay let's try this yum okay i'm so excited because i am obsessed with matcha if you don't like matcha or like green tea tasting stuff you probably won't like this but cheers babe this is so good try bite looks like a vicky brownie you probably won't like it because it's matcha but it's pretty good you like it really he usually doesn't like watch her like green tea stuff and he likes it matcha is not bad no i actually like prefer that over like a regular brownie that's so good wow yeah that's really good good job thank you this is really good you guys should try it i'll have the recipe down below but um
