wish to move in by clicking on contacts from the far left menu next click on the display' drop down in the upper middle section of the page and select no lease find the applicant you wish to move in and click move in on the contact card select your property and fill out the necessary information select separate or combined invoicing depending on the situation that you have separate invoicing is for when each tenant is individually responsible for portions of rent and other invoices the system will create a lease for each tenant with separate invoices that are visible to each tenant individually this invoicing method is not recommended if all tenants are responsible for the entire rental combined invoicing is when all tenants are collectively responsible for the whole rent the same information make sure you have the correct resident entered as long as your tenant has given their email address and is connected with you you will be able to share the lease and transactions your tenants the last step on this page is to set up email notifications to be sent to you into your tenants this is a great way for you and your tenants to keep track of any invoices that are due or past due and when the tenants lease is about to expire once you have completed the settings on this page click Next on this step you will choose if you require renters insurance or not if you do require renters insurance tenant cloud has partnered with Assurant to provide your residents with an easy and affordable way to set up renter's insurance please note that if you do require renters
