part of our Virtual Assistants series so what we're gonna learn today is how to east sign a document when you received it on your email and it's not an e signed document so it's just a normal plain PDF and you need to sign it and send it back to the person that sent it to you what I'm gonna do on my phone I'm gonna show you first the phone then the computer just to make it simple on the phone open up the attachment you're gonna press share on the top right you're gonna scroll down to mark up you have a little tray at the bottom of the page that pops up there you can press the plus button you're gonna press a signature then you're gonna add a signature if you don't have one ready create your new signature with your finger there press done drag it where you need to drag it and then press done you're gonna save that file to your phone press save I'm replace it because I just tested this out and then it is signed now to resend it I'm gonna back out of my email I'm gonna pull down from the middle of the screen down to the bottom on an iPhone X other phones I believe you drag down from the top you're gonna go to files you're gonna grab that agreement that you just signed you're gonna press the share button on the bottom left I'm gonna scroll in this little menu here two more click Gmail if you use Gmail otherwise mail will be in that in that preview box right there I'm gonna send this to myself and then it's all signed and then your signature stays on your phone there for next time so it's quicker and a little bit easier now let's jump to the computer so I have a couple opened up here let's grab this one what I'm gonna do is download that now same thing it's very similar to the iPhone we click the little mark up pencil there now you can press the signature button I already have my signature saved but when you create a signature on the Mac it's pretty cool you can use your trackpad by clicking there and drawing with your finger you can have your camera so you can write out with a sharpie on a white piece of paper hold that up to the camera there and it snaps your signature into the computer pretty neat and then you can press the phone option which I just press that and my phone automatically popped up a little line where I can instantly sign on there and it appears in the computer and I just press done so now that signatures in my tray to use on this document I just drag that where I want resize it a little bit I'm gonna save this document I'm actually gonna rename it also that way I just know what it is now I'm gonna jump back into my email here reply and attach that document for my dollies that's it that's how to sign on both the computer and the iPhone thanks
