today I'm going to show you how to add alias emails to your Gmail account first I'll show you how to add email names at no cost within your gmail account and then I'll show you how you can send reply emails using that alias email name all from one email login with Jesus wheat you can add up to 30 aliases per user at no extra cost so let's get started you are going to start in G suite you'll go to G suite google.com and then you will want to click into your admin console you will either have to log in or if you're already logged in it will take you to this page in Google admin and you will want to click on users from here you'll click on the user you want to add aliases to in this case it's just me and then you will click here where it says user information and here you can see on the left-hand side it says email aliases so these are all of the different emails that people can send to me that will go straight to my inbox my main inbox but I have different names on them so it's really nice if you have a website or a company to be able to add these aliases at no extra cost so you'll click on the pencil tool and then you can add a different alias here I have support sales returns and so on and then you will just click Save now I sent myself a test email and you can see I sent it from a different email address that I have and I sent it to support at office and a chair comm which came in to my main inbox because it's one of my alias is but what if I wanted to respond with the support at office in a chair comm well I will click reply and I can actually click here in from and choose how I want to reply so how did I add that purchasing at office in a chair comm well if I want to reply with support let's take a look so I will click on settings and then click again on settings right here then you will want to click on accounts you see here it says send mail as you're going to add another email address and in this case I want this to be support at office any share calm then I will click treat as an alias keep that checked yes and then click next step then you are all set I have support at office and share comm so let's go back into my email and now when I have the option of from I want to reply with support at office and a chair comm and then I can type up my response dear self blah blah blah and then I am set to go and I have sent it from support at office nature comm to my other self so I hope that this is helpful for you if you did find this helpful then please give it a thumbs up and subscribe for more helpful videos for online entrepreneurs everybody have a great day
