probably wondering how do I ship these orders off don't worry I got you by the end of this video you'll know how to ship off your orders and what to expect at the post office before I start this video make sure you're subscribed and give that bill to get notified every time I upload this video we're gonna go over how to package and ship out your orders little background about me my name is Jimmy Cliff Simmons and I'm the owner of jealous Diamond boutique where we provide luxurious hair at an affordable price so when it comes to shipping you have presentation branding and shipping presentation is what your business color scheme is mine is pink black in gold so I try to incorporate that in my items when I ship them out this is one of the cars that I use when I ship out orders it's a thank-you cards like this on the outside you can see that the color color is black in gold which goes with my theme of my business and then when you open it up the handwriting is black and pink which also go and in the inside I just put thank you for your purchase it's greatly appreciated and then at the bottom I put let's connect and I put my Instagram handle at the bottom I also include my business card to the inside well I got these cards from Amazon they come in a package of 36 or 100 I got the 100 option the 100 thank-you cards are 2199 and they are prime and they have free shipping for your orders over $25 36 count thank-you cards for $12.99 they are also prime they have no smudging or fingerprints they're crafted from high quality matte paper the cars would not smudge or smooth when writing on them [Music] so presentation is very very important when you're shipping out your package to your customers you want them to know that you care about their purchase and that you appreciate them add a thank-you card in every order to make the customer feel like they're appreciate it because they are so if you are shipping out your orders and just throwing your items in the bag and shipping them off think about getting thank-you cards because this just add a finishing touch that a lot of customers appreciate when they see it to use these poly mailers pink because it goes with my theme and this instead of just shipping them out in USPS priority mail boxes you can actually still ship it out in Priority Mail and use your own cute little package II know I'm a sucker for cute packaging when I see I'm just like these off of Amazon and I'll leave them in the description box below so you can order them they have different colors they also have the padded poly Mellors if you want to put extra protection on your orders if you need extra help on finding out who your audience is and what color schemes that best fit them I have an e-book where I show you how to start your online business the five phases it'll also be linked in the description box for the next thing that I'm talk about is branding so when I say branding I mean your logo how it looks she also go with your color scheme and I believe your logo should be on should show up at least twice in your packaging so I have my business cards right here and you can see at the top it has my logo jelous diamond boutique my legit make this logo myself you can use Pixlr you can also use PicMonkey these are free applications on the internet that you can use to create aloma my orders are hair bundles and I have my logo on there as well so it just adds that extra branding for your business if you need help printing out your bundle wraps I also provide that on my website so you can check it out everything will be linked in the description box below I only do I have them on my business cards and my bundles but I also close the envelope with a sticker that has my logo as well so that's three places where my logo shows up it just says thank you for shopping a jealous down in boutique now for shipping if you're just starting out and you're not really familiar with how to ship you can use these priority mail from in to where you manually write it down also at one of these tracking numbers on the package that way once you tear it off at the top [Music] you can make a little note at the top because it also leaves the tracking number at the bottom so now I'm gonna show you exactly how I package my orders [Music] you have all that done you take it to the USPS but should give them your package and they weigh it they tell you the price you pay for it they'll give you this a long receipt that looks like this and then at the bottom right here it'll show you the tracking information so you want to
