hi guys it's Kayla here from spiritual awakening Saints calm if you don't know me I help people like you who are moving through the awakening process to reduce your symptoms and make that process a little bit easier because it's not an easy process whatsoever and so I decided to do today's class on entities so we're going to be talking about entities we words negative forces negative spiders non beneficial beings are hanging around in your space and your energy because I don't know if you saw some of the videos from last month when we launched the pineal activation that was the meditation that we did for last month which was all about opening the pineal gland accessing your gifts your talents your abilities all your psychic skills we had serious problems with getting that information out there and I noticed that's when I started trying to record the meditation there were technical glitches and there were lots of problems with actually being able to get that information to you and I realized then that something was getting in the way of me actually sheeting us with you of helping you step into your power so when I was very aware of what was going on at that time and it was annoying to say the least but we discussed it in the Facebook group and then what I realized was that this woman just happened to me it was happening to a lot of us so that's why I've got the video that we've got today because it got a lot worse it got a lot worse and I'm gonna fill you in on what happened a little bit later in the video and and you can hear about my crazy life and what's been going on and I'm sure that you'll be able to relate so today's video is all about the signs that you get of into the attachment negative but it's negative forces any non beneficial being that's in your space and in your energy we're going to be looking at the top signs of that today and all different areas of life and to help you determine by the end of the bed your f that has actually one attached to you so that should be really helpful a weirdness is key for this awareness is key just because you can't censor it doesn't mean it's not there so we're going to be looking at that today see that Elizabeth has already joined us and thank you for joining us today I really looking forward to doing this video and seeing what you guys experienced has been off entities we were it's negative spirits as well not be really interesting so before we get into this work I want to make sure that everyone feels safe because there's a lot of your based energy there's a lot of negativity and global consciousness about this type of stuff and it can feel really freaky it can feel scary to even talk about it so before we even get into that energy I just want to let you know that you are absolutely safe there's nothing you need to worry about and we can talk about this freely but what I'm going to do is to start this video today with an energy download so what we're doing is bringing in the energy of safety so that you know that you're grounded you're safe and you protected before we go into all this information so if you've never heard that download before all you need to do is relax and be in a state receiving just takes a few seconds and I'll be done so would you like to feel safe grounded and n control feel insecure as we explore this information and while enforcing your own protective energetic shield and boundary if that's something you would like see yes and we'll send that energy out right now to you and just take a nice deep breath no one that not Energy's in place and that boundary is in place for you as well as we start to work on this no nothing to be afraid of so that's the first thing that I really want you to know is that in all honesty there's nothing to be afraid of it can feel a bit scary and there's a lot of spooky stories out there but at the end of the day all just comes down to one thing okay an entity is an energy it's just an energy and you can give up all these different names but at the end of the day it's just an energy so it may be a spirit who's lost as we it may be a soul whose traumatized and seeking help comfort it may be a past life connection that you have some unresolved issues because they follow us on - it could even be an extension of your own shadow self you don't enter darkness our shadows shadow selves can definitely cause those things - there could be energies from this plane from higher or lower planes it could be from a different dimension or even a different galaxy the truth is that's all just labels it doesn't really matter whatever name you want to give it even if the scaley names it doesn't really matter at the end of the day it's just the energy an energy can be cleared right and that's what this month's entity clearing is going to be doing that's with this month's meditation release is all about so we'll talk about that in a few minutes just to let you know what that is and what it can do for you so for now you may be wondering well how do I know if any entity as actually attached to me how can I tell how would I know if there's something there and it can be really tricky to tell because you may not be able to say answer just because you can't sense it or feel it doesn't mean it's not there as a really important for you to know you may be completely unaware that something has attached to you and affecting your energy and a really negative way and it can cause havoc it can cause real havoc so let's get into the signs and symptoms that we get of entity attachment there are generally six key forms that were looking at in different signs of God physical emotional mental psychic environmental and life there the sex key areas where we see these things and symptoms of a into the attachment so let's break them down and get about the courser look so when we're talking about physical symptoms I know that a lot of people in this group will already resonate with what we're about to talk about because a lot of us have these terrible symptoms that we can't really understand sometimes we think that they're part of the Ascension process sometimes they are oftentimes it can be these negative energies that are attached to us so we're talking about things like feeling chronically tired depleted and dreamed of energy a sudden onset of aches and pains in the body that weren't there before scratches bruises marks that don't seem to have any kind of course peculiar sensations like buzzing tangling pains crawling feelings along the scalp tingling sensations and and sleep paralysis - a really common one really frightening one they're all kind of the physical symptoms that we're looking at so see if those are something that you're either living with it may be something that's come on more suddenly but it may be something you just really used to love them with by now these entities can be with you for a really long time it could have been with you your whole life could have come with you and - that's life thing so you don't know that's why it's so important to clear yourself so next we're going to emotional the emotional things that you get are generally bursts of negative emotion we're talking things like anxiety fear guilt panic attacks really big indicators that something else is and you field something's upsetting in emotions low mood depression persistent sadness other key indicators also watch it for things like relationship conflicts if it's uncharacteristic of the relationship whatever relationship is fighting arguing beckoning that may be a saying that there's something in the week is these energies can cause problems between you and your interactions and other people as well and you may also just have this gut feeling that just something isn't right you just know deep down you can't put your finger on it but you know that something not right those are the most common emotional symptoms that we get then we can move on to mental so mental symptoms and signs of an entity would be things like brain fog an ability to focus feeling confused feeling dazed having disturbing nightmares that's a really big one seeing a persistent images of faces I've seen the same face come up in your dreams over and over again you might hear negative and our self-talk almost like you're that's negative voice that tells you that you're no good and you know you should be feeling bad all that negative self-talk all that criticism can sometimes be coming from another source really important to look at that and feeling detached disassociated feeling destined you know that feeling you feel that like you're in a dream that's a really common one as well and I know that a lot of people in the group have actually told us that they have that experience and they've been wondering what it as to take a look at that then we get into psychic psychic signs of entity attachment these will be a bit easier for you probably to raising it worth because we tend to be a little bit more chin then you're talking about sensing another presence in a room or in a space feeling watched seeing lights orbs mists you know shadows are silhouettes maybe even seen Thakur's they're really key indicator our feeling that you're being touched you know you make sense a hand on your shoulder or you know feel your face being touched really big indicator that your psychic boundaries are being violated and there's something's coming into that space and then we've got environmental surroundings so we're talking about your home your office the place where you spend most of your time so look out for things like cold areas and your home you know there might just be one patch that it's like I don't know why but that idea there feels cold and everything else feels normal you may think that your pets grow or they're looking at a certain part of the room they're looking at something and you can't identify what as you can't see you pets are very intuitive we're picking up on these things you make your noises so tapping knocking footsteps voices and you also made noctus bad smells that you can't seem to locate and that seems like a weird one but it comes up all the time so things like body odor cigarette smoke something that shouldn't be in that environment or something that doesn't leave even though you continually clean it even though you're continually changing things around it's coming from somewhere else and it tends to be located about like those cold spots just in one area and you're like how you can why can I smell that over there an indicator that some of that energy is in your space and you're packing up on it also things like electronic items glitching malfunctioning braking and that's been a big problem for me over the last month and I'm gonna fill you in on all of that and also things like losing items that actually show up later you've looked everywhere for them you've looked in the same please please repeatedly and you just can't seem to locate them and wait till they turn up as if they were always there and then we've also got life that's a really key area that's often masked as the Saints identity or we word a negative forces attached to you or attacking you in life and I know that a lot of you guys will resonate with these key signs so feeling blocked feeling unlucky being stuck having obstacles challenges and setbacks that constantly come up they're constantly put in your way when you're trying to move forward that feeling of constantly being derailed no matter what you do you might think that healing is always interrupted or it never works so you're constantly looking for answers to health complaints that either can't be identified can't be understood or just can't be treated no matter what you do you just can't seem to get help and also attempts to remove the entities are always sorted so when you try to use something like the meditation that we're doing this month or you try to call someone to get them to the house to come clear the place and it doesn't work out that's what was happening to me it's a big indicator that's something else has a hand and how things were you know and it's playing it to this fever because of course they don't want to be removed actually can imagine so I'll be interested to know I can see a few comments coming up do you guys recognize any of these scenes have you had them happening to you I'm just going to have a quick browse through and see what feedback we're getting here so people are seeing Elizabeth since you noticed she gets being touched on her neck face and nose other comments about feeling something behind your tone I'm going to find nothing lost items bad things happen TVs and clocks malfunctioning it's all very annoying and it can even be scary but I just want to bring you back and at the present moment because while all these things are absolutely valid and it's really important to be aware of anything and your space in the physical world that's how you keep yourself safe but also energetically and spiritually but it's important to know that all of those things that I have mentioned and the key into the attachment and could be caused by an entity but could also be caused by other things so it's important to not only remain rational when you're you know trying to steer a fear and taken all available information when you're working with us but also to take full responsibility for your own mental and physical health to always deal with the physical first okay the spiritual will always be there but deal with the physical first you are in control of your physical body and you need it if you want to be here to fulfill your life mission and do all the things that you want to do you need to take care of it and you need to take care of your environment so that you're safe so go to a doctor if you need to get it electrics checked just always take care of yourself it's really important to make sure that you're doing that and then once those things have been done you can start to look at okay let's let's clear the energies let's move things out of the space and it probably has an entity which is quite common this just as a note it's estimated are in 90% of us are living our lives entities attached and we don't know we're notwe're so most of them don't really cause us any problems but a lot of them can cause us serious problems and at the very least be editing and annoying and getting in the way in life and nobody wants that so we want to move forward but I'm going to shoot a little bit of my experience over the the last few weeks because that happened so you know that I did the meditation and we recorded that and when I recorded large parts of the meditation specific important parts which were about who you are as an ascended master and an awakening your pineal gland those parts just work Oh completely that's never happened before so I knew something serious was happening and then we're talking about things like you know more technical glitches nothing was really working correctly I kept going to start my work and to do the things I needed to do and something would get in the way the internet wasn't working the Wi-Fi was doing you know certain parts of my computer weren't working Dana had the problem I went to start work one day and my laptop was broken completely utterly broken we had I think we call it the blue screen of death it just all was not working and there was nothing I could do to get it to get it functioning and I thought okay here we go they're really starting to get in the way now Epis a really challenging then there are more things that happened you know there was I started to feel a lot of tingling and awareness of energies around me in my space and when I was moving around and even marks waking up and noticing there were scratches on me and different marks that's a really big indicated as well now admittedly it's not next when that happens and it's freaky I'm just gonna be honest as pretty freaky when things like that happen but it just highlighted to me how much for every positive that is in this world there's a negative that Energy's got to balance out some way so you want to be moving through that and keeping yourself as clear as possible so that these these things can maybe edit 8yi a little bit but really in the grand scheme of things you just you're moving ahead and not letting them hold you back but it's important to note that nothing what I really tried everything I was using sage used we got organic in Crystal pediment didn't work used n sense doing blessings and you know trying all these different techniques nothing was working and this has happened before and it happened before when I started to an energy human videos for people and you know the door would swing open and things would fall off the shelves and okay and it record that one again and and eventually I just got used to the fact that some energies just like some people are not happy at what you're doing they might be jealous they may not want the result that you're moving towards they may just want to cause trouble because they can and it makes them feel powerful but I think it's important to know what all the things I try to do that are usually the recommended things doesn't work and I don't know if you know but that's usually a theme with me because I've been through this experience before with awakening and trying all the grounded methods that right there and nothing weren't so it's the same kind of thing it's like when you're going through a weakening the things that usually work for people don't quite work it's definite so it's just important that you're aware of that you really need to go to some higher source the physical is great you can use sage you can use crystals you can use all these other things are helpful but the end of the day you really need to go to a higher source to get them energetically removed from your space because a lot of those techniques are like plasters you know it's a band-aid over the top of a problem and make make it invisible a little bit for a while but it doesn't really take it away and resolve it in the right way so that's what this month's meditations all about it's called the entity clear in meditation and it's specifically focused on removing entities we words and negative forces from your energy and it's about removing them from your energy and then creating this energetic and boundary the spiritual shield that's going to protect you from future future attachments so it means that you're less likely to continue being - - as time goes on which is really important so it's going to not only clear away any of those entities we words and negative energies but it's going to also cut any cords of connection that you have to them because that's important a lot of times there are all these different techniques where people smooth it over they just make them invisible for a while if you can't see it's not there but if you have this chord of attachment there's unresolved Karma there's some sort of issue maybe you want them there in some level you don't know what the connection is those chords need to be cut for you really to be able to be free from them to move on and for you to move on to so that's what we wanted to do it will also shield you from any future attacks and any future attachments like an energetic shield and it's going to restore any energy fragments that have been taken from you so we're talking about with you know entities and negative energies they do draw like vampires they can draw energy overview they can take fragments of your energy so we're making sure that we're bringing that back into your space so that you have all your energy and your completely whole and it's also about standing in your true spiritual power so the more that we do this the more that we create a space where you are regularly clearing yourself which you can do that but this made the tation repeatedly the more that you're going to be standing in your spiritual power and the most important thing is that we do and the lightworkers lee and for me that is to do it with compassion and respect so you know it doesn't matter who as it doesn't matter what you're working on if you delight worker there's always that part of you that wants to do things in a compassionate way we can't always do that in the real world because there's real danger here but energetically you can do this work with compassion and respect to whatever the energy is this leaving and whatever their pains are that caused them to touch in the first place because generally there's some sort of damage or trauma or similar emotional issues similar emotional pain that causes them to stick to you emotions are sticky so bear that in mind the more you can heal yourself the clearer that you'll be and so the good thing about this and this integrative meditation is it's only about ten minutes long it's actually our fastest working meditation that have available everybody can spare 10 minutes for some good energetic hygiene it's really really important and your your energy body needs to be clean too just like your bicycle body you need to clear that energy and keep your space clear and be completely solvent and your energy so
