Sign on chrome

hi I'm Richard bird in this video I'm gonna show you the difference between signing out of your Google account and signing out of Chrome my friend Beth still asked me to make this video and I was happy to oblige so let's take a look at my browser right here and you can see in the upper right corner here I'm signed in with my dawgs account that's Mason you can see his account there and you can also see in the upper right corner that he's also signed in to his chrome profile so he signed into his Google account down here he's also signed into his chrome profile now let's say someone else comes along and wants to use this computer you might see someone come along and just do this and say add another account and go in and sign it sign in this way maybe max will come along and he'll sign in this way [Music] and now when he signed in here you'll see that Mason's profile is still here in chrome but max is actually signed into his Google account now why this matters is because right now max when he's using this computer here will be looking at Mason's bookmarks and all of Mason's personalized settings for the Chrome browser so instead what we want to do rather than just signing into this Google account he wants to come along and add himself in so that he can view his own Chrome settings himself so let's go and pick this little icon for him [Music] and we'll see he's now prompted to use this already a chrome user go ahead and sign in if not it gets started and he can sign back in now it helps to remember the password for your dog and now we'll see that max is signed in and yes we're gonna turn on sync for him so now max is signed in to his chrome profile and he's signed in to his Google account this will give him all of his bookmarks and all of his personalized settings for his chrome experience right here know what's really important to note is that again in this browser Mason is still signed in but yet max has come along using the computer Max has access to all of Mason's bookmarks and everything else that he has there in his settings so it's important that if Mason's going to let someone else use the computer if you don't let max use a computer he wants to go in here click on the options it before it sync is on and now he wants to turn it off and he can even say clear bookmarks history passwords and more from this device right and so we'll see this will delete 14 items from this device to retrieve a day later sign in to Chrome as Mason that free tech features calm he's gonna sign turn that off and now it's signed into only Macs and again if max is going to walk away from the computer and let someone else use it it doesn't want someone to see his chrome profile or the sink is on turn that off and he's all done and now we're just going to see not in this little figurines what anyone else tries to use the computer this one tries to go to google.com we'll see that Max is not signed in now you'll see up there we can switch it out other people who are signed in okay there's Richard now that brings up all of my Chrome personalization settings so hopefully that explains the difference between signing into the Chrome browser and your chrome profile versus signing in to your Google account always for more tips and tricks like this please check out Franklin techcom or subscribe to my youtube channel and if you have a question for me feel free to send me an email Richard at burn dot media and I'll be happy to help you out

How do I eSign a document before sending it?

airSlate SignNow allows document authors to eSign before sending it and even add signature fields for recipients if needed. Just upload your file, open it and create respective signature fields: My Signature to self sign a document and Signature Field to collect signatures. For self signing, you’ll need to generate your own eSignature. To do so, just apply the My Signature element and follow the instructions and either type, draw, or upload your signature. Once you like what you’ve generated, click Sign. After that, assign signature fields to recipients, add their emails, send it out and wait. Once everyone has signed, airSlate SignNow will automatically send each party an executed PDF copy.

What is an electronic signature when it comes to Word?

A lot of people consider doodles made with Word's Drawing tool eSignatures. And in some cases, they're correct, because it’s used with the intent to sign. Unfortunately, creating electronic signatures in Word like that doesn't suit every scenario because of compliance issues related to doing business digitally. If you want to create a legally-binding signature, consider using airSlate SignNow. It automatically converts your Word document into a PDF file and allows you to eSign DOC or DOCX samples in just a few seconds without any additional online converters or software.

How can I sign a paper document and a PDF file?

If you received a paper document that you want to sign electronically, you should first scan the document and then upload it to your airSlate SignNow account. If you have a PDF, then you can upload it to your account right from your device or the cloud. Open the PDF in the built-in editor and apply your electronic signature using the My Signature tool. You can draw, type, or upload an image of your signature using any device and get a fully executed document in just a couple of clicks.
